Erfindungsgemäß ist es möglich, die beschriebene Vorrichtung auch für den Abtrag von Festen Fahrbahnen anzupassen und zu verwenden. Claims (24)

  1. Device for excavating a track composed of track fields or track sections for rail vehicles, essentially consisting of a carrying structure (14) divided into at least two sections (11, 12) that can be arranged above the track to be excavated, which structure can be supported at the track bed (18) by means of carrying supports (15, 16, 17), with a first lifting device (22) for a track field (20) assigned to the first rear section (11) that can be positioned at the track end, a transport device (23) displaceable between the two sections (11, 12) and a loading station arranged at the front second section (12), wherein the carrying structure (14) can be under-bridged by a rail vehicle (25) that can be displaced on the track (19) at least in the region of the second section (12).
  2. Device according to claim 1, characterised in that the carrying structure (14) has a third section (13) connected to the second section, with a ballast infeed station (30) and that a ballast excavation device (29, 31) is provided subsequently to the first section (11), which device is connected to the ballast infeed station (30) via a conveyor (27) proceeding above the transport device (23) for the track fields (20).
  3. Device according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the carrying supports (15, 16, 17) are height adjustable.
  4. Device according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the carrying supports (15, 16, 17) are respectively arranged in pairs and are supported at the right and left side of the track (19).
  5. Device according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that at least part of the carrying supports (15) is provided with a slide base (38) or a crawler chassis, above which they are supported at the underlying bed, particularly at track ballast.
  6. Device according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that is can be displaced along the track (19) to be excavated.
  7. Device according to claim 6, characterised in that at least a part of the carrying supports (16) is provided with preferably hydraulic traction drives.
  8. Device according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that at least part of the carrying supports (17) arranged in the second and/or third section (12, 13) can be supported on the rails of the track (19) and arearticulated at the carrying structure (14) by means of a pivot device (37), with which they can be brought from their support position supported at the rails into a passage position lying laterally next to a rail vehicle (25) crossing below the carrying structure (14).
  9. Device according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the sections (11, 12, 13) of the of the carrying structure (14) are connected amongst each other in an articulated manner.
  10. Device according to one of claims 1 to 9, characterised in that the transport device (23) is provided with several, preferably four hoists forming the lifting device (22), particularly chain hoists.
  11. Device according to claim 10, characterised in that the hoists can be actuated individually or in groups.
  12. Device according to one of claims 1 to 11, characterised in that the transport device (23) can be displaced along at least one guide rail (24) arranged at the carrying structure (14), bridging the first and second section (11, 12).
  13. Device according to one of claims 2 to 12, characterised in that the conveyor (27) is an endless conveyor, for example a chain scraper conveyor, a belt conveyor or the like.
  14. Device according to one of claims 1 to 12, characterised in that the second section (12) is dimensioned for receiving at least one transport wagon (25) for track fields (20) or the individual parts forming these between their front and rear end respectively defined by carrying supports (16, 17).
  15. Device according to one of claims 2 to 14, characterised in that the third section (13) is defined for receiving at least one transport wagon (32) for ballast excavation or the like between its rear and front end respectively defined by carrying supports (17).
  16. Device according to claim 14 or 15, characterised in that at least one transport wagon (25) can be coupled to the device and can be displaced together therewith.
  17. Device according to claim 16, characterised in that the transport wagon(s) (25) arranged in the second section (12) can be coupled to the device and displaced therewith.
  18. Device according to one of claims 1 to 16, characterised in that at least one transport wagon (32) can be moved relative to the device (10) along the track.
  19. Device according to one of claims 1 to 18, characterised by a lateral cladding provided at least on one side.
  20. Device according to one of claims 1 to 19, characterised in that it can be controlled remotely.
  21. Method for excavating a track formed of track joints, particularly laid in the ballast substructure, wherein a carrying structure (14) consisting of at least two sections (11, 12) is arranged and supported by means of carrying supports (15, 16, 17) above the track (19) to be excavated (19) in such a manner that it can be under-bridged by at least one rail vehicle that can be displaced on the track (19), particularly a transport wagon (25) in the region of the second section (12), wherein a track field (20) in the rear section (11) is lifted from the track bed (18) by means of a lifting device (22) arranged at the carrying structure (14) and is brought to a loading station arranged at the second front section (12) by means of a transport device (23) displaeable along the carrying structure (14) and is loaded onto a rail vehicle arranged there.
  22. Method according to claim 21, characterised in that the track bed (18) consisting of ballast, solidified track foundation or the like is excavated by means of a ballast excavation device (31) subsequent to the excavation of a track field (20) and that the excavated material is transported to a ballast infeed station (30) arranged in front of the second front section (12) by means of a conveyor (27) arranged at the carrying structure (14) and is transferred there to a transport wagon (32) displaceable on the on the track (19).
  23. Method according to claim 21 or 22, characterised in that the carrying structure (14) is displaced along the track (19) to be excavated and supported again after the excavation of one or several track joints (20).
  24. Method according to one of claims 21 to 23, characterised in that the carrying structure (14) is displaced along the track (19) by means of an inherent displacement drive and that a rail vehicle (25) arranged in the front section (12) is coupled to the acrrying structure (14) and is displaced together therewith along the track by means of the displacement drive.
