Claims (13)
- A hinge device for an opening (40) on a structure (46), comprising a body (2) containing a central strip (3) extended laterally on a first side by a first column (4) containing a first bore (9) and on a second side by a second column (5) containing a second bore (11), the bores (9, 11) being longitudinal, essentially parallel to and remote from each other, and having a first and a second axis (10, 12), respectively, the body (2) being designed to be mounted on one hand on the opening (40), so as to pivot around the first axis (10), and on the other hand on the structure (46), so as to pivot around the second axis (12), characterized in that it also comprises:- at least one first pin (32) mounted mobile in longitudinal translation in a bore between an extended position, in which the first pin (32) protrudes partially outside the bore at a second longitudinal end (38) of the body (2), and a retracted position, in which the first pin (32) is housed in said bore;- actuating means for displacing the first pin between the extended and retracted positions,- means (31, 35, 37) for holding the first pin (32) in its extended position; and- elastic return means (34) housed in the same bore as the first pin (32) and capable of urging said first pin (32) toward its extended position;and in that the first and second columns (4, 5) of the body (2) are situated in the same half-plane defined by the central strip (3), the first and/or the second column (4, 5) including two adjacent faces (15, 16, 26, 27) inclined one toward the other forming a longitudinal protuberance (17, 28) of essentially triangular section, said protuberance (17, 28) being situated on the side of the first and/or second column (4, 5) essentially opposite the central strip (3).
- The hinge device according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises a second pin (33) mounted in the same bore as the first pin (32), said second pin (33) being mobile in longitudinal translation between an extended position, in which the second pin (33) protrudes partially outside said bore at a second longitudinal end (39) of the body (2), and a retracted position, in which the second pin (33) is housed in said bore, the device also comprising actuating means for displacing the second pin (33) between the extended and retracted positions and means (31, 36, 37) for holding the second pin (33) in its extended position.
- The hinge device according to claim 2, characterized in that it comprises elastic return means (34) housed in the same bore as the second pin (33) and capable of urging said second pin (33) toward its extended position.
- The hinge device according to claims 2 or 3, characterized in that the elastic return means comprise a spring (34) housed in the bore receiving the two pins (32, 33), between the two pins, said spring bearing at its first longitudinal end portion on an end (32a) of the first pin (32) and at its second longitudinal end portion on an end (33a) of the second pin (33).
- The hinge device according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that it comprises means (31, 35, 36, 37) for holding at least one pin (32, 33) in its retracted position.
- The hinge device according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the means for holding the pin in the extended and/or retracted position comprises a screw (37) which can be engaged on one hand in a longitudinal oblong opening (31) arranged in the body (2) opposite the bore receiving said pin (32, 33) and on the other hand in a through orifice (35, 36) arranged in said pin (32, 33).
- The hinge device according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the first pin (32) is engaged in the second bore (11).
- The hinge device according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the first column (4) includes a longitudinal rib (22) protruding opposite the second column (5).
- An opening, such as a door (40), designed to be hinged to a structure (46) and comprising a post (43) containing a housing (44) with a longitudinal axis and at least one recess situated along the axis of the housing (44), characterized in that it comprises at least one hinge device (1) according to one of claims 1 to 8, the body (2) of said hinge device (1) being placed in part in the recess such that the first axis (10) of the body (2) is essentially combined with the axis of the housing (44).
- The opening according to claim 9, characterized in that it comprises at least two recesses situated along the axis of the housing (44) one above the other, at least two hinge devices (1) each placed in one of the recesses such that the first axes (10) of the two bodies are essentially combined with the axis of the housing (44), and a peg engaged in the housing (44) and in the first bore (9) of each of the two hinge devices (1), the hinge devices (1) being fastened on the pin by fastening means (45) in a position such that the two axes (12) of the two bodies are essentially aligned.
- The opening according to claim 9 or 10, characterized in that it comprises at least one jacket engaged in the housing (44) arranged in the post (43), around the peg, the jacket being made of a material making it possible to facilitate the rotation of the peg in the housing (44), and including at one at least of its longitudinal ends, a shoulder situated outside the housing against a transverse face of a recess, the shoulder being inserted between the body (2) of the hinge device (1) and said transverse face.
- An isotherm container, able to be loaded on a vehicle, comprising a case including an opening surrounded by a frame (46) and at least one door (40) hinged on the frame (46) by at least one hinge device (1) according to one of claims 1 to 8.
- A structure including at least one post (48) and an opening (40) hinged on the post (48) by at least one hinge device (1), said hinge device comprising a body (2) including a central strip (3) extended laterally on a first side by a first column (4) containing a first bore (9) and on a second side by a second column (5) containing a second bore (11), the bores (9, 11) being longitudinal, essentially parallel to and remote from each other, and having a first and a second axis (10, 12), respectively, the body (2) of the hinge device (1) being designed to be mounted on one hand on the opening (40), so as to pivot around the first axis (10), and on the other hand on the post (48), so as to pivot around the second axis (12), characterized in that the post (48) comprises at least one longitudinal housing and the hinge device (1) comprises at least a first pin (32) mounted mobile in longitudinal translation in said housing, between an extended position, in which the first pin (32) partially protrudes outside the bore (9) and is capable of cooperating with said housing, and a retracted position, in which the first pin is housed in said bore (9), in that the structure comprises actuating means for displacing the first pin between the extended and retracted positions, means (31, 35, 37) for holding the first pin (32) in its extended position, and elastic return means (34) housed in said housing and capable of urging said first pin (32) toward its extended position, and in that the first and second columns (4, 5) of the body (2) are situated in the same half-plane defined by the central strip (3), the first and/or second column (4, 5) including two adjacent faces (15, 16, 26, 27) inclined one toward the other forming a longitudinal protuberance (17, 28) of essentially triangular section, said protuberance (17, 28) being situated on the side of the first and/or second column (4, 5) essentially opposite the central strip (3).
