Description

The present invention relates to the field of packaging products such as wet wipes, dressings, granules or powders.

The general principle of such packages is known for example by the international patent PCT W09929589A2 describing a case comprising sealing means and an opening device disposed on one side of the case. The opening device comprises an opening valve extended by an adhesive peripheral edge and surrounded at least in part by a line of weakness. This weakening line is an unclosed curved line extending, at each of its ends, in the vicinity of the edge of the case without coming into contact with said edge. A window for removing the wipes is formed on the main face of the case, and is reversibly closed by the opening valve.

The international patent WO0149571A2 presents a bag for packaging wipes, and in particular a case for containing and dispensing products, for example wet wipes having substantially in the form of folded sheet, arranged in a stack inside said case. This case has the same way an opening on which is applied a flap ensuring tightness before the first opening.

The problem that arises with its achievements is that the tightness of the window is provided by the pre-cut material that constitutes this window and by the adhesive that clogs the line of weakness of this window. Indeed, the liquid or the aromas can evaporate by this weakening line and pollute and alter the adhesive that can no longer fully seal, or may denature the product packaged inside.

To this end, the invention overcomes these problems and concerns in its most general sense a case for the packaging and dispensing of products, including granules, wipes or powders, formed by a casing having on its main face a window for the presentation and removal of the wipes, and a flap adapted to cover said window in the closed position, characterized in that the outer surface of the peripheral edge of the window, and the opening formed by the window are covered by a cover formed by a main zone extended by a tongue, the central zone being secured to the peripheral edge of the window, the tongue not being secured to the outer surface of said envelope, and in that the flap is formed by an adhesive label stuck on the main face of the envelope, including on said lid. Thus, the sealing of the opening system of the case is completely ensured before any first opening and the adhesive is never altered or polluted.

According to a preferred embodiment, the case according to the main claim is characterized in that the lid is made from a material compatible with the material of the bag where the opening window appears to be welded or glued .

Preferably, the peripheral edge has a width of between one and ten millimeters.

Avantageusement, la zone principale de l'opercule peut être solidarisée avec la face avant de l'enveloppe par soudure, mais elle pourrait également l'être par collage (dans ce cas, la zone de collage s'étendrait sur le bord de l'opercule sans jamais être en contact d'au moins 5 mm avec le contour de la fenêtre).Advantageously, the main zone of the lid can be secured to the front face of the envelope by welding, but it could also be bonded (in this case, the bonding zone would extend over the edge of the envelope. the operculum without ever being in contact of at least 5 mm with the outline of the window).

The adhesive that covers the lid is attached to the surface of the bag by gluing, welding or hinge.

According to a preferred variant, the lid is peelable.

The invention will be better understood on reading the description which follows, referring in a nonlimiting manner to an example embodiment and to the appended drawings in which:
  • the figure 1 represents the view of the main face before laying the lid,
  • the figure 2 represents the view of the main face after laying the lid,
  • the figure 3 represents the view of the main face after the application of the adhesive label.

The figure 1 represents a view of the main face (1) of the case. The case is made in known manner by folding a sheet or by assembling several sheets. The invention is not specific to an embodiment or to a specific case configuration.

The main face (1) has a window (2) whose shape and dimensions are adapted to allow access to the wipes and their removal. The application to the packaging of wipes is only one example of implementation, and this type of case can also be used to package other products such as dressings, granules or powders.

The figure 2 represents the front face during manufacture of the case. A cover (3) is applied to the front face (1) to cover the window (2) and to protrude a few millimeters, for example 5 millimeters around the window. The operculum has a main zone (4) covering the window (2) and a peripheral edge (5). This main zone (4) is extended by a tongue (6) extending radially at the edge of the central zone.

La languette, par contre, n'est pas solidaire de la face principale (1).The main zone (4) of the lid is welded to the surface of the front face, and is thus secured to the front face at the peripheral edge (5). The tongue, on the other hand, is not secured to the main face (1).

The front face (1) and the cover are made of compatible material for sealing or reversible bonding, for example a complex film having a PET surface and a seal consisting of a peelable PET.

La figure 3 représente l'étui après la pose du volet de fermeture (7).The figure 3 represents the case after the installation of the shutter (7).

It is glued on the main face (1) and covers the window closed by the cover (3), and in particular the tongue (6).

When the user proceeds to a first opening of the sealed case, the flap (7) causes the tongue (6) which forms a kind of "lever arm" facilitating the loosening of the lid (3). The cover (3) remains glued to the flap (7), and the opening of the flap (7) releases the window (2).

Après l'utilisation, le volet (7) est à nouveau rabattu sur la face principale, et assure la fermeture relativement étanche de la fenêtre (2).After use, the flap (7) is folded back on the main face, and ensures the relatively tight closure of the window (2).

The invention is described in the foregoing in a nonlimiting manner. It can be implemented according to various variants.

This system is valid for different types of sachets: sachets with one or more bellows, welded 3 and 4 sides that the welds are longitudinal and / or lateral.

This system is also valid for different types of labels and whatever their size or their method of attachment to the bag (gluing, welding, hinge ...). The constraint of the size is that it overflows of at least 5mm after the operculum.

Regarding the tab which extends the lid to make lever arm, it may be glued with a glue repositionable completely or in part in order to fix the cap during its removal in manufacture, that is to say before it is welded.

In addition, the lid may exceed the window by 2 to 10 millimeters depending on the product packaged inside. This distance is adjusted because it is determined according to the volatility of the product to avoid the pollution of the adhesive (the more the product is volatile the more the distance is increased). For powders for example, the distance between the opening and the adhesive must be large enough.

On peut également appliquer un opercule pelable en PE ou OPP sur un film en OPP.Regarding the materials, they must be peelable sealable between them between the seal and the bag. For example, a peelable PET seal may be sealed to a PET film. It is also possible to apply a peelable PE or OPP seal on an OPP film.
