Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Wärmetauscher aus Aluminium oder einer Aluminiumlegierung, insbesondere für Hochdruckklimatisierungskomponenten, bestehend aus einem einstückig stranggepressten Verbundprofil 10 mit mindestens zwei Flachrohren 12, 13 gleicher oder unterschiedlicher Außen- und Innengeometrie, die jeweils über einen Steg 14 miteinander verbunden sind, wobei in Längsrichtung des Verbundprofils 10 der Steg 14 jeweils unmittelbar benachbart zur Seitenwand 11 des Flachrohres 12 und des Flachrohres 13 eine Einengung 15 aufweist, wobei die Einengung 15. Diese Anordnung ermöglicht eine einfache Herstellung.
