Claims (17)

  1. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le jeu de données, généré de façon électronique, prélevé des données mémorisées, avec l'information concernant l'agencement, la forme ou la taille des différents exemplaires disposés sur la matière imprimée (03), est obtenu en liaison avec une fabrication d'une forme de découpage, pour séparer les exemplaires (09) de la matière imprimée (03).
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le jeu de données, généré de façon électronique, prélevé des données mémorisées, avec l'information concernant l'agencement, la forme ou la taille des différents exemplaires disposés sur la matière imprimée (03), est produit avec un système de conception assistée par ordinateur (CAD).

  7. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une numérotation, ou une autre caractérisation, est appliquée sur l'exemplaire (09) déterminé, présentant le défaut diminuant la qualité de l'image imprimée.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'exemplaire (09) déterminé, présentant le défaut diminuant la qualité de l'image imprimée, est affiché sur un moniteur (06).
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'exemplaire (09) déterminé, présentant le défaut diminuant la qualité de l'image imprimée, est séparé des autres exemplaires (9), en une étape de traitement subséquente au processus d'impression.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'exemplaire (09) déterminé, présentant le défaut diminuant la qualité de l'image imprimée, est séparé de la matière imprimée (03) par estampage.
  11. Procédé d'identification d'un exemplaire (09) individuel à image imprimée de qualité défectueuse, sur une matière imprimée (03) comportant plusieurs exemplaires (09), où une étape d'inspection enregistre, avec une caméra (01), une image de la matière imprimée (03), et traite des données de l'image enregistrée, dans un système de traitement d'images (04), le système de traitement d'images (04) comparant les données de l'image enregistrée à un jeu de données, concernant des exemplaires (09) individuels sur la matière imprimée (03), caractérisé en ce que le système de traitement d'images (04) effectue la comparaison à un jeu de données, prélevé des données mémorisées, concernant la forme des exemplaires (09) individuels sur la matière imprimée (03), le jeu de données provenant d'une fabrication d'une forme de découpage, pour séparer les exemplaires (09) de la matière imprimée (03).
