Claims (17)

  1. Vorrichtung (1) zum Entgraten bzw. Abscheren bzw. Abschneiden von Graten von einem halbfertigen Bauteils (S) zum Erhalten eines abgescherten Bauteils, wobei die Vorrichtung an einer Grundebene (T-T) anordenbar ist, wobei das halbfertige Bauteil einen Bauteilkörper (P) und abzuscherende Grate (B) aufweist, wobei die Vorrichtung umfasst:
    - eine befestigte bzw. feste Matrize bzw. Matrizenwerkzeug (2) mit einem Aufnahmehohlraum (2a), welcher eine Zugangsöffnung aufweist, wobei der Hohlraum wenigstens teilweise für die Aufnahme des halbfertigen Bauteils (S) geeignet ist, wobei die Grate außerhalb der Zugangsöffnung gelassen sind;
    - eine Scherstanze (4) umfassend ein Ende (6) geeignet für das Einwirken auf das halbfertige Bauteil, wenn es in der Matrize eingesetzt ist, zum Abscheren der Grate, wobei die Stanze von einer unteren Grenzposition, wobei das Ende (6) an einer unteren Grenzhöhe relativ zur Grundebene ist und einer oberen Grenzposition beweglich ist, wobei das Ende (6) an einer oberen Grenzhöhe relativ zur Grundebene ist, wobei die untere Grenzhöhe niedriger als die obere Grenzhöhe ist;
    wobei in der oberen Grenzposition die Stanze (4) für die Einwirkung auf das halbfertige Bauteil (S) zur Ausführung der Abscherung geeignet ist;
    - ein Haltemittel geeignet für das Halten des halbfertigen Bauteils (S) in dem Aufnahmehohlraum (2a) der Matrize (2), wenn sich die Stanze von der unteren Grenzposition zu der oberen Grenzposition bewegt,
    wobei die Vorrichtung dadurch kennzeichnet ist, dass das Haltemittel ein Ansaug- bzw. Einlassmittel umfasst geeignet zum Bereitstellen eines Luftflusses, der durch die Zugangsöffnung der Matrize (2) fließt.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Ende (6) eine Aufnahme aufweist, welche wenigstens teilweise für die Aufnahme des halbfertigen Bauteils (S) geeignet ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei der Aufnahmehohlraum der Matrize (2) und der Aufnahmehohlraum der Stanze (4) geeignet zum Umschließen des Bauteilkörpers (P) von einem asymmetrischen, halbfertigen Bauteil sind.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Matrize (2) und die Stanze (4) entlang einer vertikalen Achse senkrecht zur Grundebene ausgerichtet sind.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, wobei die Matrize (2) und die Stanze (4) entlang einer Achse geneigt relativ zur Grundebene ausgerichtet sind.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Haltemittel geeignet zum Beeinflussen des halbfertigen Bauteils (S) ist mit einer Wirkung, die wenigstens die Gravitationswirkung einwirkend auf das halbfertige Bauteil überwindet.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Ansaug- bzw. Einlassmittel eine Ansaug- bzw. Einlassleitung (3) umfasst, welche in Fluidverbindung mit dem Aufnahmehohlraum (2a) der Matrize (2) ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, ferner umfassend ein Sammelmittel geeignet zum Sammeln der gescherten Bauteile, wobei das Sammelmittel in Fluidverbindung mit dem Aufnahmehohlraum (2a) der Matrize (2) ist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, wobei das Sammelmittel eine in zwei Räume (14, 16) geteilte Sammelbox (12) getrennt durch ein Trennmittel (20) umfasst geeignet zum Wechseln von einer geschlossenen Konfiguration zu einer offenen Konfiguration zum Auslassen der gescherten Bauteile aus dem temporären Sammelraum (14) in den Auslassraum (16).
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, wobei der Auslassraum (16) eine Schließwand (20) umfasst geeignet zum Ändern von einer geschlossenen Konfiguration zu einer offenen Konfiguration geeignet zum Auslassen der in dem Auslassraum (16) gesammelten Bauteile zu einem externen Container.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, umfassend ein Betätigungsmittel geeignet zum Bewegen der Stanze (4) zum Ausführen eines Näherungshubs und eines Scherhubs mit unterschiedlicher Bewegungsgeschwindigkeit.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, ferner umfassend ein Auslassmittel geeignet zum Auslassen des halbfertigen Bauteils, wenn es inkorrekt geladen ist.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, ferner umfassend ein Detektionsmittel geeignet zum Detektieren einer korrekten oder inkorrekten Position des halbfertigen Bauteils in der Matrize.
  14. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, wobei das Detektionsmittel zum Detektieren einer Höhe erreicht durch die Stanze im Anschlag mit dem in der Matrize eingesetzten, halbfertigen Bauteil geeignet ist zum Detektieren der korrekten oder inkorrekten Position des halbfertigen Bauteils.
  15. Apparatur (30) zum Entgraten bzw. Abscheren bzw. Abschneiden umfassend:
    - eine Vorrichtung (1) zum Entgraten bzw. Abscheren bzw. Abschneiden konstruiert gemäß nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche;
    - ein Greifmittel geeignet zum Sammeln des halbfertigen Bauteils (S) von einer Ladeebene und um es auf eine Vorrichtung zum Ausführen der Abscherung zu laden.
  16. Apparatur nach Anspruch 15, wobei das Greifmittel einen Roboterarm (32) umfasst geeignet zum Nachobenwenden und Drehen des gesammelten, halbfertigen Bauteils, welcher das Beladen auf die Matrize oder auf den Scherkopf erlaubt.
  17. Apparatur nach Anspruch 15 oder 16, ferner umfassend ein Erkennungsmittel geeignet zum Erkennen der Anordnung des halbfertigen Bauteils auf der Ladeebene zum Kontrollieren bzw. Regeln bzw. Steuern des Nachobenwendens des halbfertigen Bauteils (S) zum Laden auf die Matrize.
