Definitions
- the invention relates to a double-broken bit for horses, according to the preamble of claim 1.
- An olive shape of the middle section is understood to mean a shape which on the one hand has a substantially circular shape in a cross section between the two joint bores and in which the diameter of this cross section lies approximately in the region of half the total length of the center section.
- the middle section is similar to an ovoid and the two joint bores have a relatively large bore length.
- the present invention while maintaining essential features of Pferdetrensengebisses of the type mentioned above, further develop a denture for horses to the effect that it is even more favorable and advantageous adapted to a horse and fits in a horse's mouth.
- the pressure caused by train on the reins not always acts only on the tongue of a horse, but also partially on the palate. Just a pressure on the palate is undesirable.
- the additional part is a ring
- the additional part is a body made of soft elastic material, which is connected to the base part of the middle section.
- the tongue of a horse includes the additional part offered to him, the horse can move with his tongue designed as a ring accessory.
- the additional soft-elastic body gives the tongue of a horse soft resistance and a non-metallic surface.
- the denture in training with an elastic body as an accessory causes calming horses to calm down. Teeth grinding stops, horses that try to dodge with their tongue, take the dentition gladly.
- each side section each has an outer bore.
- the outer bores are defined by outer axes, the two outer axes span a first plane.
- the two pivotal bores of the center section have parallel bore axes which define a second plane intersecting the first plane at an angle of 45 ° plus / minus 20 °.
- the dentition can thus better adapt spatially to a horse's mouth, it has higher degrees of freedom in the movement than a normal dentition.
- the bit has a significantly improved fit, acts more on the tongue of the horse and adapts better to the anatomy of the horse's mouth.
- the sum of core diameter D plus outer diameter A is not smaller than the sum of rim diameter R plus hole diameter L. This ensures that the ring does not recede at any point from the base part, that can sink deeper into the groove than the diameter of the edge of the groove ,
- the double hole diameter L is smaller than the sum of edge diameter R plus core diameter D. This ensures that the hole can not protrude from the edge of the hole, so the hole is always invisible.
- the dentition after FIG. 1 has two outer side parts 20, which are designed here as rings. Between these side parts 20 and connected to them, a bit portion is arranged, which is composed in the embodiment shown of two side portions 22 and a central portion 24.

- the eye axes 32 span a third plane which is perpendicular to the first plane, which is spanned by the bore axes 28.
- the middle section has a base part 34 and an additional part 36, which is here designed as a ring.
- the base part 34 is made of the same metal as the side portions 22.
- the base part 34 forms the joint bore 26 off.
- the additional part 36 is located between the two joint bores 26. It determines the outer surface of the center section in the region of the largest cross section, which is present in the middle between the two joint bores.
- the formed as a ring additional part 36 is bounded by radial surfaces 38, this is on FIG. 4 specifically referred.
- the ring has an outer diameter A and an axial hole 40 having an inner diameter L.
- the ring has an axial width B.
- a groove 42 is formed for the ring, in this groove 42, the ring is movably received and held captive.
- the groove 42 has an axial width W which is slightly larger than the axial width B, so that the ring is not axially clamped.
- the base part 34 has a connecting web 44, which holds it together and has a core diameter D.
- the groove 42 is bounded by a rim 46 having an edge diameter R. This edge diameter is how FIG. 3 shows, by several millimeters smaller than the outer diameter A of the ring.
- the core diameter D is again a few millimeters smaller than the inner diameter L of the hole 40. This allows the ring to move radially back and forth.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a double-broken bit for horses, according to the preamble of claim 1.
In particular, it has proved useful to make the bit smooth, with flowing contours and without edges, and to smoothly execute transitions between individual sections. Also, a cross-sectional tapering of the side portions inwardly from the outer side members toward the center portion has been found to be advantageous and is preferably maintained. The same applies to the curved formation of the bit, after which a External bores for the freely movable recording of the two outer side parts connecting the center line of the bow to the horse's palate bent towards runs. This feature is achieved in the denture of the type mentioned in that it has two joints, so that the curved training can be adjusted. Dentures with a double fracture are dentures that have a part with two joints.
The present invention, while maintaining essential features of Pferdetrensengebisses of the type mentioned above, further develop a denture for horses to the effect that it is even more favorable and advantageous adapted to a horse and fits in a horse's mouth. In the horse tweezers of the type mentioned, it has been found that the pressure caused by train on the reins, not always acts only on the tongue of a horse, but also partially on the palate. Just a pressure on the palate is undesirable.
This is where the invention begins. It has set itself the task of developing the bit of the type mentioned in that the fit is improved for a horse and a train on the reins, which is introduced via the rings, essentially affects the tongue. It should be ensured that the denture can adapt as well as possible to the anatomy of a horse's mouth. In addition, a horse should accept the bit as well as possible.
This object is achieved by a denture having the features of claim 1.
Due to the two-part training of the middle section, a horse takes the bit better. For the training of the additional part are two alternatives in the first embodiment according to the invention, the additional part is a ring, in the other embodiment, which is not part of the invention, the additional part is a body made of soft elastic material, which is connected to the base part of the middle section. In both cases, the tongue of a horse includes the additional part offered to him, the horse can move with his tongue designed as a ring accessory. The additional soft-elastic body gives the tongue of a horse soft resistance and a non-metallic surface.
In the formation of the attachment as a ring relaxation of the tongue muscles of the horse is observed. This leads to a relaxation of the entire top line of neck, neck and back of the horse. Best results were achieved in mauligen horses without sharper teeth.
The denture in training with an elastic body as an accessory, which is not part of the invention, causes calming horses to calm down. Teeth grinding stops, horses that try to dodge with their tongue, take the dentition gladly.
In a preferred embodiment, each side section each has an outer bore. The outer bores are defined by outer axes, the two outer axes span a first plane. The two pivotal bores of the center section have parallel bore axes which define a second plane intersecting the first plane at an angle of 45 ° plus /
The sum of core diameter D plus outer diameter A is not smaller than the sum of rim diameter R plus hole diameter L. This ensures that the ring does not recede at any point from the base part, that can sink deeper into the groove than the diameter of the edge of the groove ,
The double hole diameter L is smaller than the sum of edge diameter R plus core diameter D. This ensures that the hole can not protrude from the edge of the hole, so the hole is always invisible.
