Description

FAUSSES PAROIS EN TOILE TENDUE REUNIES PAR UNE LISSE SEPARATEUR INCLINEE FALSE WALLS IN TENSIONED CANVAS JOINED BY AN INCLINED SEPARATOR SMOOTH
The present invention relates to a false wall consisting of a canvas which is stretched by its periphery on support elements fixed to the walls or to the ceiling of a room. Various types of false wall are known, and in particular false ceilings which are thus made up of a metal heddle or of synthetic material which is provided with holding elements capable of cooperating with complementary holding means provided at the periphery of the canvas. These holding means may consist of visible healds, or as in patent EP-B-0338925 by healds which are hidden, at least in part, from the eyes of the users by the canvas itself. When the surfaces of the ceilings or wall walls are large, there are separating elements across the latter which are in fact made up of double heddles making it possible to maintain the canvas on both sides. These separating elements, even when using healds of the type mentioned above, as being of the so-called "invisible" type nevertheless have a gap, or space, between two adjacent canvas parts. Of course when such a space is on the periphery of the room, this space is all the more acceptable in terms of aesthetics as it is perceived with less acuity by the users of the room. The object of the present invention is to propose a separator smooth using profiled elements of the so-called "invisible" type, making it possible to significantly reduce the distance existing between two adjacent ply elements. The present invention relates to a false wall consisting of a stretched canvas held by its periphery by a border capable of hanging on beams integral with the ceiling and / or walls of a room, in which the beams comprise a set support consisting of two parallel wings spaced from each other, namely a first outer wing and a second inner wing of smaller height which ends in a shoulder which extends in the direction of the first wing and ends at a distance from the latter able to allow the passage of the edge, so that it can come to rest by simply pressing on the shoulder, characterized in that the heald consists of a base (B) and of two holding assemblies whose wings are inclined relative to the latter so that the large wings converge towards one another and the spacing of their ends is such that the distance existing between the end of a great ai the and the plane of the large wing of the opposite support assembly is equal to the distance separating the shoulder of the latter from the large wing associated with it. The two holding assemblies will preferably be symmetrical with respect to a plane perpendicular to the base and the wings may be inclined by about 45 ° relative to the latter. Such a device has several advantages. First of all, it makes it possible to pool, for each of the two support assemblies, the space necessary for the passage of the peripheral border of the fabric. The present invention also allows the laying technician, by making a more or less pronounced bending of the base of the two holding elements, to bring the ends of the wings of greater height more or less closer according to the needs of the application considered. In one embodiment of the invention, the base will consist of a support plate, possibly provided with fixing elements on its face opposite to the holding assemblies. In one embodiment of the invention, the base of at least one of the large wings will extend opposite to the holding assemblies, by a wing perpendicular to the base. Preferably the base of the two large wings will be extended in this way, so that it can cooperate with a stirrup provided with a tie rod secured to the ceiling of the room. According to the invention, the separator rail can be made in two parts which can be joined together, in particular a plate common to their base. An embodiment of the present invention will be described below, by way of non-limiting example, with reference to the attached drawing in which: FIGS. 1 and 2 are views in cross section of two modes of implementation a smooth separator which ensures the maintenance of two hanging edges of a fabric which are maintained on either side thereof. Figure 3 is a cross-sectional view of another embodiment of a heddle according to the invention and means for holding it relative to the ceiling of a room. Figure 4 is a perspective view of the rail and its suspension means shown in Figure 3. There is shown schematically in Figure 1 a false ceiling according to the invention which consists of a separator rail 1 which ensures the maintenance of two stretched fabric elements, respectively 3a and 3b. The separator rail 1 which is preferably made of a ductile material, such as aluminum allowing easy extrusion, essentially comprises a base plate 5 and two holding assemblies 7 which are symmetrical by a plane P perpendicular to the plate base 5. Each retaining assembly 7 consists of two parallel wings forming with the plate 5 an angle of approximately 45 °, namely a first external wing 7a and a second internal wing 7b ending in a shoulder 9 extending towards the first wing 7a, the end of which is sufficiently distant from the latter (spacing g_) so that the edge 6 produced on the periphery of the fabric 3 can be admitted between these two elements and that its free end comes into simple contact against the shoulder 9. The spacing of the two ends of the two outer wings 7a is such that it allows the introduction of the respective edges 6 of the fabric elements 3a and 3b between the pa wings 7a and 7b of the two support assemblies 7. Preferably, this spacing will be close of the spacing g existing between the end of the shoulder 9 and the outer wing 7a. Preferably the distance fj existing between the end of a large wing 7a and the plane of the large wing 7a of the opposite support assembly 7 will be equal to the distance h separating the shoulder 9 of the latter from the large wing 7a associated with it (≈g). It is thus understood that the inclination of the two holding elements 7 relative to the plane of the support plate 5 makes it possible to provide an inlet passage for the edge which is common to the two pairs of wings, which makes it possible to minimize this this. According to the invention, this arrangement makes it possible to use the separator rail 1 as a conventional rail, the user being able, at his option, either to introduce the border 6 into the separator rail and to stretch it over the rail of the opposite wall or , conversely, start by introducing the border into the opposite heddle and finish by introducing it, after tensioning, into the separating element. The device according to the invention will also allow the user wishing to adjust the space existing between the ends of the two external wings 7a, to give a bending to the support plate so as to bring these ends closer or further apart. As shown in Figure 2 the base B of the heddle can be interrupted at its center by a notch in the shape of "V". As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the base of each of the large wings 7a is extended opposite the holding assemblies 7 by a wing 10 perpendicular to the base B. The two wings can cooperate with a stirrup 12 provided with a tie rod secured to the ceiling of the room, to ensure the maintenance of the stringer. Of course, the base plates may be provided with various attachment means making it possible to secure the smooth separator of elements integral with the ceiling or with a wall wall. It would also be possible according to the invention, to make the separator smooth in two parts which would be placed side by side on a support element.
