Definitions
- the invention relates to packaging according to the preamble of claim 1 or 2 for flat, flexible objects, in particular for film-shaped or wafer-shaped dosage forms, as example, from the US 3872970 are known. These are non-resealable packages in which the contents of the package are accessible when the package is opened by peeling off a cover layer (eg peel film), whereby no tools, in particular tools (scissors, knives, etc.) are required for opening become.
- the packages according to the invention have features by which unauthorized opening, in particular by children, is prevented or at least made more difficult.
- the invention further relates to the use of such packages for packaging flat, flexible objects
- wafers are used for the administration of drugs, in particular for oral administration.
- These are thin platelets of a drug-containing film, these platelets are tuned in their thickness and dimensions to the dispensed drug amount.
- a wafer is generally flexible, soft, lightweight and tearable.
- the total thickness of such a film-shaped drug may be 5 ⁇ m to 5 mm, usually 50 ⁇ m to 1 mm.
- the surface shape can be round, oval, triangular or quadrangular, polygonal or have an arbitrarily rounded shape.
- Suitable active ingredients are drugs of all classes, for example analgesics, psychotropic drugs or nicotine for smoking weaning.
- Childproof packaging is well known in the field of tablet blister packaging.
- the opening of such a package can be made more difficult by the fact that the cover layer of the blister pack is provided with a peel-off layer, which prevents the pushing through and thus the removal of the tablets. Only after removing the peel-off layer, the tablet can be removed in the usual way by pushing the cover layer ( DE 196 13 959 A1 ).
- the cover layer DE 196 13 959 A1 .
- such packages are not suitable, since wafers can not be removed from their packaging by being pushed out of a package due to their physical nature.
- DE 197 43 485 A1 describes a child resistant package for large area and pressure sensitive products, e.g. B. transdermal therapeutic systems.
- the packing is formed from a dimensionally stable carrier film and a peelable, flexible cover layer; the two foils are sealed together.
- the carrier film has a perforation, which is breakable by bending. When breaking a breaking edge is formed, which serves as a gripping aid for removing the cover layer.
- the unauthorized opening by children is prevented by the fact that the stiffness of the sealed films is dimensioned so that the finger force required for bending the Aufbrech Weg of children can not be applied, by adults, however, already.
- US-A-3,941,248 describes a child-resistant packaging for tablets, pills and the like.
- the packaging comprises a carrier layer and a releasably connected to this cover layer.
- the packaging has a first surface area in which the carrier layer is not connected to the cover layer and which is completely surrounded by an edge region in which the carrier layer is detachably connected to the cover layer, whereby a cavity enclosed on all sides for receiving an object (tablet , Pill, etc.).
- the package further comprises a second surface area in which the carrier layer is not connected to the cover layer, wherein at least one perforation line is present, which extends at least partially within the second surface area. This perforation is applied both in the carrier layer and in the cover layer.
- the severing of the perforation causes a free edge of the cover layer to be created, which serves as a gripping aid and permits manual detachment of the cover layer from the carrier layer.
- the invention was therefore based on the object to provide a package which is suitable for packaging flat, flexible objects, in particular wafer-like or "film-shaped" dosage forms, and which impedes or prevents unauthorized opening and removal of the contents of the package, in particular the unauthorized opening and removal by children.
- adult persons should be allowed to use the packaging appropriately.
- the package according to the invention is characterized in that the width of the web increases in the tear-open direction of the package in such a way that the web preferably extends with a convex curvature or with the tip of a triangle or with the short edge of a trapezoid in the second surface area ,
- the above-mentioned object is achieved in that in a known packaging of the type described above, the second surface area on the one side by the web and on the opposite side by an edge region which extends to an outer edge of the package and in which the carrier layer is connected to the cover layer is limited, and that the second surface area on two further, opposite sides reaches to the respective outer edges of the packaging, wherein the carrier layer is not connected in these areas with the cover layer.
- the process of opening the package requires a combination and sequence of at least two actions that must be performed independently to expose the dosage form contained in the package.
- the package must be kinked and severed at the perforation. Only then a gripping aid is made available, which must be taken in the subsequent step with the fingers, so that the cover layer can be removed from the support layer, whereby the dosage form contained in the cavity is accessible.
- the cover layer is also severed when the carrier layer is torn off along the perforation. This prevents that the torn portion of the support layer can serve as a handle for the cover layer. Rather, it is necessary for the further opening process, resulting from the severing of the perforation free edge of the Cover layer with your fingers as described above.
- the edge of the cover layer which later serves as a grasping aid, is inaccessible and can not be grasped with the fingers since it is connected to the underlying support layer. Since the opening of the package, as described above, requires a combination and sequence of at least two actions, unauthorized opening of the package, especially by children, is made difficult or prevented. by virtue of the need for an order of action reduces the risk of children being able to open the pack by a playful approach.
- packaging materials made of paper, cardboard, plastic films (eg polyethylene, polyethylene terephthalate, polypropylene, polystyrene, cellophane, polyamides, polycarbonates, ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer) and metal foils (eg aluminum foil). and composite materials from the materials mentioned into consideration.
- plastic films eg polyethylene, polyethylene terephthalate, polypropylene, polystyrene, cellophane, polyamides, polycarbonates, ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer
- metal foils eg aluminum foil
- Another preferred film material is Barex ® (BP Chemicals), a copolymer of acrylonitrile and butadiene. Due to its good barrier properties and chemical resistance, it is particularly suitable for packaging medicines containing aggressive and / or volatile substances, eg. B. nicotine.
- each of the two packaging material components has a high tear resistance (eg according to DIN 53455 or EN-ISO 527). Suitable materials for this purpose are known in the art.
- the thickness of the carrier layer and the cover layer is preferably in the range of 0.01 to 2 mm, in particular 0.05 to 0.5 mm. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the carrier layer of the packaging has a greater thickness than the cover layer.
- Carrier layer and cover layer can be made of the same materials, or of different materials.
- at least one of the two packaging material components (carrier layer, cover layer) consists of transparent material (eg transparent plastic film).
- the invention includes embodiments in which a packaging material portion or both packaging material shares are dyed the same or different, which may each be a transparent or opaque coloring.
- the carrier web may be made from a non-transparent composite of paper (or paperboard) with plastics (eg, polyethylene or polyethylene terephthalate coated papers), and the top layer may be made from a transparent, colorless, or colored plastic film.
- plastics eg, polyethylene or polyethylene terephthalate coated papers
- the top layer may be made from a transparent, colorless, or colored plastic film.
- at least one surface of the carrier layer or / and the cover layer is metallised (eg coated with aluminum).
- both parts of the packaging material have a similarly high flexural strength (determinable according to ASTM D 747 or DIN 53121) and tensile strength.
- the backing layer and cover layer may be similar or identical in their composition (materials), nature (eg thickness, transparency) and / or function. Therefore, the opening of the package can also be carried out in such a way that after the perforation has been severed, a free edge of the carrier layer (instead of the cover layer) is used as a gripping aid in order to remove the carrier layer from the cover layer.
- a free edge of the carrier layer instead of the cover layer
- both the free edge of the carrier layer and the free edge of the cover layer are used together as Anfbus Anlagenn to replace the two packaging material portions of each other.
- the carrier layer is releasably connected to the cover layer, in such a way that the cover layer can be removed by finger force and without the aid of tools from the carrier layer, as is known from other peel-capable packaging.
- peelable package refers only to the nature of the opening operation (by peeling or peeling off one package half from the other package half, as described above); it does not limit the packaging materials used.
- the packaging according to the invention can be produced in the widest variety of geometric shapes (eg rectangle, square, triangle, trapezoid, circle, ellipse) and in different dimensions.
- the surface area is generally dependent on the size of the packaged product (eg wafers) and is usually in the range of 10 to 100 cm 2 .
- the size of the first surface area for receiving the packaged goods can be varied within wide ranges, depending on the surface area of the objects to be packaged.
- Carrier web and top layer can have identical shape and size; However, embodiments are also provided in which the cover layer has a smaller size than the carrier layer and / or a geometric form deviating from the carrier layer.
- the second area in which the two packaging material portion are not connected to each other, serves to form a gripping aid for the removal of the cover layer after the perforation has been severed.
- the size of this second surface area can also be varied within wide ranges. However, this surface area should be at least large enough that a secure gripping the gripping aid is made possible.
- its width perpendicular to the tear-open direction
- the detachable, peel-capable connection between cover layer and carrier layer is preferably produced by sealing or welding; appropriate means and procedures are known in the art. Both heat sealing and cold sealing methods are contemplated.
- hot melt adhesives hot melts, eg based on polyethylene-LD
- sealing wax, Siegel dispersions or adhesives are used.
- the peelable compound is produced by heat sealing at temperatures in the range between 50 ° C and 200 ° C, especially 50 to 90 ° C, using hot melts.
- the said second surface region is also completely surrounded by an edge in which the carrier layer is detachably connected to the cover layer.
- the second surface area extends on two opposite sides to the respective outer edges of the packaging, wherein the carrier layer is not connected in these areas with the cover layer.
- the gripping aid formed after cutting the perforation line is not connected in this case at its two lateral edges with the carrier layer.
- the first area is completely surrounded by a sealed seam or a sealed edge.
- the edge region surrounding the first surface region extends as far as the outer edge of the packaging.
- the cover layer is fully bonded to the carrier layer.
- the invention also includes such embodiments in which the first area together with the surrounding sealing edge does not extend to the outer edges of the carrier web, that is, the surface of the cover layer is smaller than the surface of the carrier web in this case.
- the packaging according to the invention may have a narrow outer edge, in which the two packaging material portions are not connected to each other.
- this outer edge is so narrow (maximum about 1 mm) that he can not serve as a gripping aid and can not be used to rupture of the pack.
- the packages according to the invention are characterized in that a web is present between the first surface region, which forms the cavity for receiving the packaged goods, and the second surface region, in the region of which the carrier layer is detachably connected to the cover layer, preferably by sealing.
- the special features of the packaging according to the invention prevent unauthorized opening of this packaging from being prevented or at least impeded.
- the packaging according to the invention is a child-resistant, non-resealable packaging which meets the requirements of DIN EN 14375 and / or according to ASTM D3475-03a.
- a "child-proof packaging” is understood to mean packaging that makes it difficult for small children to open and access the contents of the packaging, but allows adults to use it appropriately.
- the mentioned perforation lines can in a known manner, for. B. by punching generated.
- other types of weakening lines come into consideration, if they allow the tearing off.
- the length and widths of the individual perforations which form the perforation lines are preferably selected, depending on the tear strength and thickness of the carrier and cover layers, such that the finger force required for severing the perforations is easily, but generally not high, to adults Infants can be applied. By this measure, if necessary, an additional increase in child safety can be achieved.
- At least one perforation line is present, which runs at least partially within the second surface area.
- the phrase "within the second area" includes the case where a line of perforations extends along an outer edge of that area.
- the package is configured so that the perforation line, or, if there are two or more perforation lines, at least one of a plurality of perforation lines, extends from a first outer edge of the package to a second outer edge of the package.
- the perforation line may be arranged such that it additionally extends through an edge region in which the carrier layer is detachably connected to the cover layer.
- the packaging has a first perforation line which extends from a first outer edge of the packaging to a second outer edge of the packaging, and in that it additionally comprises a second perforation line shorter than the first perforation line and this touches or cuts, preferably at right angles. In this way, gripping the gripping aid is facilitated.
- the packaging according to the invention can be present as a single package; but it is also intended to combine two or more such packaging, so that a packaging unit consists, for example in the form of a strip or a card.
- These interconnected packages may preferably be present in rolled-up form or accordion-folded. It can be provided between the individual connected packaging perforation lines, which allow the separation of a single package. For example, about 50 to 500 such packages may be rolled up in the form of a donor roll around a winding core.
- Each of the interconnectable separable packages contains a single dose of a pharmaceutically active agent, and each of these packages has the characteristics of a child-resistant package as described above.

Description
In addition to the known administration forms for medicaments, such as tablets, capsules, etc., so-called "wafers" are used for the administration of drugs, in particular for oral administration. These are thin platelets of a drug-containing film, these platelets are tuned in their thickness and dimensions to the dispensed drug amount. A wafer is generally flexible, soft, lightweight and tearable. The total thickness of such a film-shaped drug may be 5 μm to 5 mm, usually 50 μm to 1 mm. The surface shape can be round, oval, triangular or quadrangular, polygonal or have an arbitrarily rounded shape. Suitable active ingredients are drugs of all classes, for example analgesics, psychotropic drugs or nicotine for smoking weaning.
Due to the active ingredient content of the wafers, it is essential to package them in such a way that they can not be removed and swallowed by unauthorized persons, especially children. At least the opening process should be difficult or delayed.
A disadvantage of this packaging that the opening of the package is possible without hindrance, as soon as the first obstacle - the bending - is overcome. By the resulting Anfaßhilfe the stripping of the outer layer is even easier.
For protection against unauthorized opening, the package further comprises a second surface area in which the carrier layer is not connected to the cover layer, wherein at least one perforation line is present, which extends at least partially within the second surface area. This perforation is applied both in the carrier layer and in the cover layer.
Between the two surface areas mentioned is a web, in the region of which the carrier layer is detachably connected to the cover layer.
During handling, the severing of the perforation causes a free edge of the cover layer to be created, which serves as a gripping aid and permits manual detachment of the cover layer from the carrier layer.
The tearing of this packaging, which cover and carrier layer must be separated from each other, may require an increased effort, so that the authorized adult persons the opening of the child-resistant packaging is difficult.
The invention was therefore based on the object to provide a package which is suitable for packaging flat, flexible objects, in particular wafer-like or "film-shaped" dosage forms, and which impedes or prevents unauthorized opening and removal of the contents of the package, in particular the unauthorized opening and removal by children. On the other hand, adult persons should be allowed to use the packaging appropriately.
This object is achieved by a package with the features of
The package according to the invention is characterized in that the width of the web increases in the tear-open direction of the package in such a way that the web preferably extends with a convex curvature or with the tip of a triangle or with the short edge of a trapezoid in the second surface area ,
In this way, it causes the tearing by authorized persons can take place under reduced force compared to those packages in which the width of the web is consistently large.
According to an alternative embodiment, the above-mentioned object is achieved in that in a known packaging of the type described above, the second surface area on the one side by the web and on the opposite side by an edge region which extends to an outer edge of the package and in which the carrier layer is connected to the cover layer is limited, and that the second surface area on two further, opposite sides reaches to the respective outer edges of the packaging, wherein the carrier layer is not connected in these areas with the cover layer.
Due to the design features described above, the process of opening the package requires a combination and sequence of at least two actions that must be performed independently to expose the dosage form contained in the package.
First, the package must be kinked and severed at the perforation. Only then a gripping aid is made available, which must be taken in the subsequent step with the fingers, so that the cover layer can be removed from the support layer, whereby the dosage form contained in the cavity is accessible.
Since the perforation line is not only applied in the carrier layer, but also in the cover layer, the cover layer is also severed when the carrier layer is torn off along the perforation. This prevents that the torn portion of the support layer can serve as a handle for the cover layer. Rather, it is necessary for the further opening process, resulting from the severing of the perforation free edge of the Cover layer with your fingers as described above.
Before severing the perforation, the edge of the cover layer, which later serves as a grasping aid, is inaccessible and can not be grasped with the fingers since it is connected to the underlying support layer. Since the opening of the package, as described above, requires a combination and sequence of at least two actions, unauthorized opening of the package, especially by children, is made difficult or prevented. by virtue of the need for an order of action reduces the risk of children being able to open the pack by a playful approach.
B. Nicotin. For the production of the carrier layer and the cover layer are packaging materials made of paper, cardboard, plastic films (eg polyethylene, polyethylene terephthalate, polypropylene, polystyrene, cellophane, polyamides, polycarbonates, ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer) and metal foils (eg aluminum foil). and composite materials from the materials mentioned into consideration. Another preferred film material is Barex ® (BP Chemicals), a copolymer of acrylonitrile and butadiene. Due to its good barrier properties and chemical resistance, it is particularly suitable for packaging medicines containing aggressive and / or volatile substances, eg. B. nicotine.
In order to prevent unauthorized or accidental destruction of the packaging by tearing, sharp objects, etc., it is necessary that each of the two packaging material components (carrier layer, cover layer) has a high tear resistance (eg according to DIN 53455 or EN-ISO 527). Suitable materials for this purpose are known in the art. The thickness of the carrier layer and the cover layer is preferably in the range of 0.01 to 2 mm, in particular 0.05 to 0.5 mm. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the carrier layer of the packaging has a greater thickness than the cover layer.
Carrier layer and cover layer can be made of the same materials, or of different materials. Preferably, at least one of the two packaging material components (carrier layer, cover layer) consists of transparent material (eg transparent plastic film). Furthermore, the invention includes embodiments in which a packaging material portion or both packaging material shares are dyed the same or different, which may each be a transparent or opaque coloring.
For example, the carrier web may be made from a non-transparent composite of paper (or paperboard) with plastics (eg, polyethylene or polyethylene terephthalate coated papers), and the top layer may be made from a transparent, colorless, or colored plastic film. In order to reduce the permeability to air, light and water vapor, it is advantageous if at least one surface of the carrier layer or / and the cover layer is metallised (eg coated with aluminum).
According to a further embodiment, it is preferred that both parts of the packaging material have a similarly high flexural strength (determinable according to ASTM D 747 or DIN 53121) and tensile strength.
As mentioned, the backing layer and cover layer may be similar or identical in their composition (materials), nature (eg thickness, transparency) and / or function. Therefore, the opening of the package can also be carried out in such a way that after the perforation has been severed, a free edge of the carrier layer (instead of the cover layer) is used as a gripping aid in order to remove the carrier layer from the cover layer. In general, when opening the package both the free edge of the carrier layer and the free edge of the cover layer are used together as Anfaßhilfen to replace the two packaging material portions of each other.
The carrier layer is releasably connected to the cover layer, in such a way that the cover layer can be removed by finger force and without the aid of tools from the carrier layer, as is known from other peel-capable packaging.
The term "peelable package" refers only to the nature of the opening operation (by peeling or peeling off one package half from the other package half, as described above); it does not limit the packaging materials used.
The packaging according to the invention can be produced in the widest variety of geometric shapes (eg rectangle, square, triangle, trapezoid, circle, ellipse) and in different dimensions. The surface area is generally dependent on the size of the packaged product (eg wafers) and is usually in the range of 10 to 100 cm 2 . Likewise, the size of the first surface area for receiving the packaged goods can be varied within wide ranges, depending on the surface area of the objects to be packaged.
Carrier web and top layer can have identical shape and size; However, embodiments are also provided in which the cover layer has a smaller size than the carrier layer and / or a geometric form deviating from the carrier layer.
Vorzugsweise beträgt dessen Breite (senkrecht zur in Aufreiß-Richtung) deshalb mindestens 0,5 cm, insbesondere mindestens 1 cm.The second area, in which the two packaging material portion are not connected to each other, serves to form a gripping aid for the removal of the cover layer after the perforation has been severed. The size of this second surface area can also be varied within wide ranges. However, this surface area should be at least large enough that a secure gripping the gripping aid is made possible. Preferably, its width (perpendicular to the tear-open direction) is therefore at least 0.5 cm, in particular at least 1 cm.
The detachable, peel-capable connection between cover layer and carrier layer is preferably produced by sealing or welding; appropriate means and procedures are known in the art. Both heat sealing and cold sealing methods are contemplated. As a material for sealing layers z. As hot melt adhesives (hot melts, eg based on polyethylene-LD), sealing wax, Siegel dispersions or adhesives are used. Preferably, the peelable compound is produced by heat sealing at temperatures in the range between 50 ° C and 200 ° C, especially 50 to 90 ° C, using hot melts.
According to an alternative, it is provided that the said second surface region is also completely surrounded by an edge in which the carrier layer is detachably connected to the cover layer. This has the advantage that the gripping aid formed after the severing of the perforation line on the two sides is still connected to the carrier layer, whereby the tearing of the package is further complicated. As a result, another coordinated action is required to grab hold.
Alternatively, it is provided according to a further embodiment of the invention that the second surface area extends on two opposite sides to the respective outer edges of the packaging, wherein the carrier layer is not connected in these areas with the cover layer.
The gripping aid formed after cutting the perforation line is not connected in this case at its two lateral edges with the carrier layer.
The first area is completely surrounded by a sealed seam or a sealed edge.
In order to achieve effective protection against unauthorized tearing, it is also preferred that the edge region surrounding the first surface region extends as far as the outer edge of the packaging. Within this range, the cover layer is fully bonded to the carrier layer. The invention also includes such embodiments in which the first area together with the surrounding sealing edge does not extend to the outer edges of the carrier web, that is, the surface of the cover layer is smaller than the surface of the carrier web in this case.
For manufacturing reasons, the packaging according to the invention may have a narrow outer edge, in which the two packaging material portions are not connected to each other. However, this outer edge is so narrow (maximum about 1 mm) that he can not serve as a gripping aid and can not be used to rupture of the pack.
According to a further preferred embodiment, the packages according to the invention are characterized in that a web is present between the first surface region, which forms the cavity for receiving the packaged goods, and the second surface region, in the region of which the carrier layer is detachably connected to the cover layer, preferably by sealing. By increasing the size of the surface of this web, or its width relative to the tear, the tearing can be further complicated.
As mentioned, the special features of the packaging according to the invention prevent unauthorized opening of this packaging from being prevented or at least impeded.
The packaging according to the invention is a child-resistant, non-resealable packaging which meets the requirements of DIN EN 14375 and / or according to ASTM D3475-03a. According to DIN EN 14375, a "child-proof packaging" is understood to mean packaging that makes it difficult for small children to open and access the contents of the packaging, but allows adults to use it appropriately.
The mentioned perforation lines can in a known manner, for. B. by punching generated. In addition to such perforation lines, other types of weakening lines come into consideration, if they allow the tearing off. The length and widths of the individual perforations which form the perforation lines are preferably selected, depending on the tear strength and thickness of the carrier and cover layers, such that the finger force required for severing the perforations is easily, but generally not high, to adults Infants can be applied. By this measure, if necessary, an additional increase in child safety can be achieved.
In the packaging according to the invention at least one perforation line is present, which runs at least partially within the second surface area. The phrase "within the second area" includes the case where a line of perforations extends along an outer edge of that area.
Preferably, the package is configured so that the perforation line, or, if there are two or more perforation lines, at least one of a plurality of perforation lines, extends from a first outer edge of the package to a second outer edge of the package.
Furthermore, the perforation line, or at least one of a plurality of perforation lines, may be arranged such that it additionally extends through an edge region in which the carrier layer is detachably connected to the cover layer.
According to a further preferred embodiment it is provided that the packaging has a first perforation line which extends from a first outer edge of the packaging to a second outer edge of the packaging, and in that it additionally comprises a second perforation line shorter than the first perforation line and this touches or cuts, preferably at right angles. In this way, gripping the gripping aid is facilitated.
The packaging according to the invention can be present as a single package; but it is also intended to combine two or more such packaging, so that a packaging unit consists, for example in the form of a strip or a card. These interconnected packages may preferably be present in rolled-up form or accordion-folded. It can be provided between the individual connected packaging perforation lines, which allow the separation of a single package. For example, about 50 to 500 such packages may be rolled up in the form of a donor roll around a winding core. Each of the interconnectable separable packages contains a single dose of a pharmaceutically active agent, and each of these packages has the characteristics of a child-resistant package as described above.
Furthermore, two or more individual packages can also be connected to one another in a radial symmetrical arrangement, whereby a packaging unit in the form of a donor disk is formed, from which the individual packages can be separated successively. Also in this case, each of the interconnected separable packages contains a single dose of active ingredient, and each of these packages has the characteristics of child-resistant packaging as described above.
Preferably, the packaging units described above are used together with dispensing devices suitable therefor, which facilitate or facilitate the separation and removal of the individual packages.
The invention also extends to the use of the packaging described above for packaging flat, flexible objects, in particular for packaging wafer-shaped or film-shaped dosage forms, and particularly preferably for child-resistant packaging of medicaments.

The first surface region (1) is completely surrounded by an edge (3, 3 ') in which the cover film (7) is connected to the carrier layer (6). Between the first surface region (1) and the second surface region (2) there is a web (3 '), on which the cover film is joined to the carrier layer. Between the second area (2) and an outer edge (13) of the packaging is another Surface area or edge region (11) provided in which the cover sheet is connected to the carrier layer. This surface area (11) prevents the separation of the cover layer from the carrier layer (or vice versa) before the perforation is severed.
The second surface area (2) extends on two opposite sides (14, 14 ') as far as the respective outer edges of the packaging, wherein the carrier layer (6) is not connected to the cover layer (7) in these areas.
In the region of the second surface area (14), a perforation line (8) is arranged which extends from a first outer edge (14) of the packaging to a second outer edge (14 ') of the packaging.
The second surface area (2) is preferably delimited on at least two sides by a sealing seam or sealing surface, namely on the one hand by the web (3) and on the other hand by the edge region (11) reaching to the outer edge of the packaging.

The advantage here is that the Anfaßhilfen (12, 12 ') are connected to each other after severing the perforation in these lateral areas, so that only the edges (12, 12') are freely accessible. This requires a further coordinated action in order to be able to grasp the gripping aids (12, 12 ').
By this measure it is achieved that the perforation line (8) located in the interior can only be severed when previously the perforation (8 ') was severed. In this way, the opening of the package is made even more difficult, because for the exposure of Anfaßhilfe two coordinated Actions are required (severing
