- Device for removing burr from a workpiece (10), comprising at least one brushing tool (30) which is rotatably mounted about a rotation axis (R) and which has a support plate (32), in which at least one bristle bundle (31) is held, and a guide disc (33) which is arranged at a distance from and in a rotationally fixed manner relative to the support plate (32) and through which the at least one bristle bundle (31) is passed with its freely emerging bristles, wherein the support plate (32) is arranged such as to be displaceable along the rotation axis (R) relative to the guide disc (33), characterized in that a first slide (40) carrying the guide disc (33) and a second slide (50) carrying the support plate (32) are traversable along a first and a second slideway (41, 51), respectively, wherein the second slide (50) is traversable independently of the first slide (40) but can be carried along by the latter.
- Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the brushing tool (30) is arranged such as to be displaceable along the rotation axis (R) relative to the workpiece (10) from which burr is to be removed.
- Device according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that stop means (43) are provided, by means of which the guide disc (33) can be held at a defined distance (d) from the workpiece (10) from which burr is to be removed.
- Device according to Claim 3, characterized in that the stop means (43) are arranged to be adjustable.
- Device according to Claim 4, characterized in that the guide disc (33) is connected in a rotationally fixed manner to a drive shaft (42) rotatably mounted in the first slide (40), in that the support plate (32) is connected in a rotationally fixed manner to a locating flange (52) which is rotatably mounted in the second slide (50) and which is displaceable along the drive shaft (42), passing through it, but in such a way as to be connected to the latter in a rotationally fixed manner.
- Device according to Claim 5, characterized in that the second slide (50) carries a drive unit, by means of which the drive shaft (42) can be set in rotation about the rotation axis (R).
- Device according to Claim 6, characterized in that the drive unit has a motor (54), gearing (55) and a hollow shaft (56), through which the drive shaft (42) is passed.
- Device according to Claim 7, characterized in that a feather key (60) is provided for the rotationally fixed connection between the drive shaft (42) and the hollow shaft (56) and the locating flange (52).
- Device according to one of Claims 5 to 8, characterized in that a passage system (70) is provided for the feeding of coolant and/or lubricant (K/S) to the at least one bristle bundle (31), said passage system (70) running at least partly through the drive shaft (42) and through the guide disc (33).
