Claims (13)
- Kraftstoffinjektoranordnung mit einer zentralen Längsachse (L), umfassend
einen Kraftstoffinjektor (20) mit einem Kraftstoffeinlassbereich (26) und einer äußeren Oberfläche (28) sowie einen Kraftstoffinjektorbecher (38) mit einer inneren Oberfläche (40), einer äußeren Oberfläche (42) sowie einem Endabschnitt (44), während
der Kraftstoffeinlassbereich (26) des Kraftstoffinjektors (20) gestaltet ist, um mit dem Endabschnitt (44) des Kraftstoffinjektorbechers (38) wechselzuwirken, und
die innere Oberfläche (40) des Kraftstoffinjektorbechers (38) gestaltet ist, um dichtend mit der äußeren Oberfläche (28) des Kraftstoffinjektors (20) in Eingriff zu stehen, während
die äußere Oberfläche (28) des Kraftstoffinjektors (20) einen Überstand (30) umfasst, der Endabschnitt (44) des Kraftstoffinjektorbechers (38) einen Vorsprung (46) umfasst und der Vorsprung (46) mit dem Überstand (30) des Kraftstoffinjektors (20) zum Zurückhalten des Kraftstoffinjektors (20) in dem Kraftstoffinjektorbecher (38) in Richtung der zentralen Längsachse (L) in Eingriff steht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorsprung (46) einen Endabschnitt (48) mit einem Rand (50) umfasst und der Längsabschnitt des Endabschnitts (48) die Form eines Halbkreisbogens aufweist, während der Rand (50) in Richtung zu der zentralen Längsachse (L) ausgerichtet ist. - Kraftstoffinjektoranordnung gemäß Anspruch 1, während die äußere Oberfläche (28) des Kraftstoffinjektors (20) ein Anschlagelement (32) aufweist und der Vorsprung (46) mit dem Anschlagelement (32) des Kraftstoffinjektors (20) zum Zurückhalten des Kraftstoffinjektors (20) gegen eine Drehung in Bezug auf den Kraftstoffinjektorbecher (38) in Eingriff steht.
- Kraftstoffinjektoranordnung gemäß Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, während der Überstand (30) eine Rille (34) aufweist und die Rille (34) den Vorsprung (46) aufnimmt.
- Kraftstoffinjektoranordnung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, während der Überstand (30) einen abgeschrägten ebenen Abschnitt umfasst, der eine schräge Ebene auf der äußeren Oberfläche (28) des Kraftstoffinjektors (20) bildet, während die schräge Ebene sich in Richtung der zentralen Längsachse (L) erstreckt.
- Kraftstoffinjektoranordnung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 3 und 4, während das Anschlagelement (32) sich in radialer Richtung von der äußeren Oberfläche (28) des Kraftstoffinjektors (20) erstreckt und in Bezug auf den Vorsprung (46) zum Zurückhalten des Vorsprungs (46) in der Rille (34) gegen die Drehung des Kraftstoffinjektors (20) in Bezug auf den Kraftstoffinjektorbecher (38) angeordnet ist.
- Kraftstoffinjektoranordnung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, während der Kraftstoffinjektor (20) eine Mehrzahl von Überständen (30) aufweist, die umfänglich über die äußere Oberfläche (28) des Kraftstoffinjektors (20) verteilt ist, und der Kraftstoffinjektorbecher (38) umfasst eine Mehrzahl von Vorsprüngen (46), die umfänglich über den Endabschnitt (44) des Kraftstoffinjektorbechers (38) verteilt ist.
- Kraftstoffinjektoranordnung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, während die äußere Oberfläche (28) des Kraftstoffinjektors (20) zwei entgegengesetzte Überstände (30) umfasst und der Kraftstoffinjektorbecher (38) zwei entgegengesetzte Vorsprünge (46) in radialer Richtung in Bezug auf die zentrale Längsachse (L) aufweist.
- Kraftstoffinjektoranordnung gemäß Anspruch 7, während die Überstände (30) und die Vorsprünge (46) sich winklig weniger als 90° erstrecken.
- Kraftstoffinjektoranordnung mit einer zentralen Längsachse (L), umfassend
einen Kraftstoffinjektor (20) mit einem Kraftstoffeinlassbereich (26) und einer äußeren Oberfläche (28) sowie einen Kraftstoffinjektorbecher (38) mit einer inneren Oberfläche (40), einer äußeren Oberfläche (42) und einem Endabschnitt (44), während
der Kraftstoffeinlassbereich (26) des Kraftstoffinjektors (20) gestaltet ist, um mit dem Endabschnitt 44 des Kraftstoffinjektorbechers (38) wechselzuwirken, und
die innere Oberfläche (40) des Kraftstoffinjektorbechers (38) gestaltet ist, um dichtend mit der äußeren Oberfläche (28) des Kraftstoffinjektors (20) in Eingriff zu stehen, während
die äußere Oberfläche (28) des Kraftstoffinjektors (20) einen Überstand (30) umfasst, der Endabschnitt (44) des Kraftstoffinjektorbechers (38) einen Vorsprung (46) umfasst und der Vorsprung (46) mit dem Überstand (30) des Kraftstoffinjektors (20) zum Zurückhalten des Kraftstoffinjektors (20) in dem Kraftstoffinjektorbecher (38) in Richtung der zentralen Längsachse (L) in Eingriff steht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorsprung (46) als eine Gabel mit zwei Zinken (52) sowie einer Lücke (54) zwischen den zwei Zinken (52) gestaltet ist, während die Gabel den Überstand (30) in der Lücke (54) aufnimmt. - Kraftstoffinjektoranordnung gemäß Anspruch 9, während der Überstand (30) einen trapezförmigen Querschnitt aufweist und die Lücke (54) einen inneren Lückenabschnitt (56) umfasst, der einen trapezförmigen Querschnitt aufweist, um den Überstand (30) aufzunehmen.
- Kraftstoffinjektoranordnung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 9 und 10, während die Lücke (54) gestaltet ist, so dass es möglich ist, den Überstand (30) in die Lücke (54) mittels elastischer Deformation der Zinken (52) zu drücken.
- Kraftstoffinjektoranordnung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8 oder 11, während der Überstand (30) und das Anschlagelement (32) ein einstückiges Element sind.
- Kraftstoffinjektoranordnung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, während der Kraftstoffinjektorbecher (38) aus einem rostfreien Stahl hergestellt ist.
