Claims (27)
- Appareil (10) pour le transfert d'un ruban d'une bande de matière à l'intérieur d'une machine pour le traitement d'une bande de matière, en particulier d'une bande de matière fibreuse, dans une cisaille à câbles (26) formée au commencement d'un agencement de câbles et disposée à l'extérieur de la trajectoire de la bande, caractérisé par une tête aspirante (32) et un dispositif de guidage (34), au moyen duquel la tête aspirante (32) est déplaçable de telle manière que le ruban de bande saisi par celle-ci puisse être retiré hors de la trajectoire de la bande et introduit dans la cisaille à câbles (26).
- Appareil de transfert selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le ruban de bande est déplaçable au moyen de la tête aspirante (32) hors de la trajectoire de la bande dans un plan de câbles, dans lequel les câbles (20, 24) de l'agencement de câbles sont guidés au moins de façon prépondérante.

- Appareil de transfert selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième dispositif à piston-cylindre (38) peut pivoter par rapport au premier dispositif à piston-cylindre (36), de préférence dans un plan perpendiculaire au plan des câbles.
- Appareil de transfert selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le premier dispositif à piston-cylindre (36) est réalisé sans tige de piston et son piston est couplé de manière correspondante directement au cylindre du deuxième dispositif à piston-cylindre (38).
- Appareil de transfert selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième dispositif à piston-cylindre (38) est réalisé sans tige de piston et son piston est couplé de manière correspondante directement à la tête aspirante (32).
- Appareil de transfert selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le ruban de bande est transféré en oblique dans la cisaille à câbles au moyen du deuxième guidage linéaire ou du deuxième dispositif à piston-cylindre (38).
- Appareil de transfert selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de guidage (34) peut être actionné de façon pneumatique, hydraulique et/ou électrique pour le déplacement correspondant de la tête aspirante (32).
- Appareil de transfert selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les deux dispositifs à piston-cylindre (36, 38) sont formés respectivement par une unité pneumatique ou par une unité hydraulique ou ils peuvent être remplacés par une unité électrique.
- Appareil de transfert selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la tête aspirante (32) peut être mise sous dépression via un tuyau souple (40) ou un tube.
- Appareil de transfert selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un éjecteur (42) pour soumettre la tête aspirante (32) à une dépression.
- Appareil de transfert selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'éjecteur (42) est actionné à l'air comprimé.
- Appareil de transfert selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu une pompe à vide pour soumettre la tête aspirante (32) à une dépression.
- Appareil de transfert selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la tête aspirante (32) présente une structure rigide.
- Appareil de transfert selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la tête aspirante (32) est fabriquée au moins partiellement en tôle.
- Machine pour le traitement d'une bande de matière, en particulier d'une bande de matière fibreuse, comportant au moins un appareil de transfert (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
- Machine selon la revendication 22, caractérisée en ce que le ruban de bande à transférer dans la cisaille à câbles (26) est prélevé d'un cylindre de séchage (12).
- Machine selon la revendication 23, caractérisée en ce que le ruban de bande à transférer dans la cisaille à câbles (26) est prélevé du dernier cylindre de séchage (12) d'une section ne présentant qu'une rangée de cylindres de séchage.
- Machine selon la revendication 23 ou 24, caractérisée en ce que l'appareil de transfert (10) est disposé en dessous d'un racloir (30) associé au cylindre de séchage (12).
- Machine selon la revendication 25, caractérisée en ce que la tête aspirante (32) est déplaçable dans une position située directement en dessous du racloir (30) afin de reprendre le ruban de bande.
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le ruban de bande à transférer dans la cisaille à câbles (26) est prélevé entre un groupe de séchage ne comportant qu'une rangée de cylindres de séchage et un groupe de séchage comportant deux rangées de cylindres de séchage.
