Claims (10)
- Dispositif de fixation d'un trépan à queue (30) comprenant une partie de base (10) à laquelle est fixé, de manière remplaçable, un porte-trépan (20), le porte-trépan (20) présentant un logement de trépan (28) pour le trépan à queue (30), le porte-trépan (20) présentant une surface de support (26) sur laquelle le trépan à queue (30) peut être supporté, le porte-trépan (20) étant accouplé à la partie de base (10) au moyen d'un support sur palier pivotant, et le porte-trépan s'appliquant au moyen d'une surface de contact (23.1, 23.2, 23.3, 23.4) contre une surface conjuguée (19.1, 19.2) de la partie de base (10), caractérisé en ce que
le porte-trépan (20) présente une portion articulée concave qui coopère, pour former le support sur palier pivotant, avec une portion articulée convexe de la partie de base (10) saillant dans la direction du porte-trépan (20),
en ce que le logement de trépan (28) est déplacé vers l'intérieur jusque dans la région du volume de la partie de base (10), et
en ce que le porte-trépan (20), dans l'état monté opposé au support sur palier pivotant, est fixé à la partie de base (10) au moyen d'une vis de fixation. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
l'axe de rotation ou la trajectoire de rotation (ci-après appelée pour simplifier "axe de rotation") du support sur palier pivotant coupe, dans l'état monté du porte-trépan (20), le logement de trépan (28) du porte-trépan (20). - Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que
la partie de base (10) présente un logement renfoncé (10.3), dans lequel le porte-trépan (20) vient en prise avec une portion de retenue (22), et en ce que le logement de trépan (28) est disposé au moins en partie dans la région du logement renfoncé (10.3). - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3,
caractérisé en ce que
le porte-trépan (20) présente une portion de retenue (22) qui forme le logement de trépan (28)
et
en ce qu'une pièce rapportée est façonnée sur la portion de retenue (22) en se raccordant latéralement transversalement à l'axe longitudinal du logement de trépan (28), laquelle pièce rapportée porte la portion articulée (23.1). - Dispositif selon la revendication 4,
caractérisé en ce que
de part et d'autre de la portion de retenue (22) est à chaque fois disposée une pièce rapportée symétrique par rapport au plan médian transversal du logement de trépan (28), laquelle pièce rapportée présente à chaque fois une portion articulée (23.1), les deux portions articulées (23.1) formant un axe d'articulation commun. - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5,
caractérisé en ce que
l'axe de rotation du support sur palier pivotant, dans l'état monté du porte-trépan (20), coupe l'axe médian longitudinal du logement de trépan (28). - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6,
caractérisé en ce que
la partie de base (10) présente une portion de fixation (10.1), au moyen de laquelle elle peut être montée sur un corps de rotation d'une fraise, en ce qu'une pièce rapportée de connexion (10.2) se raccorde à la portion de fixation (10.1), laquelle pièce rapportée de connexion porte la portion articulée (19), et
en ce que le porte-trépan (20) recouvre au moins en partie la pièce rapportée de connexion (10.2) au moyen d'un recouvrement (21) sur le côté opposé à la portion de fixation (10.1). - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7,
caractérisé en ce que
le porte-trépan (20), dans l'état monté, s'applique avec une surface de siège (23.2) contre une butée (18) de la partie de base (10),
en ce que le porte-trépan (20) présente un organe de fixation (24) avec un logement de vis (27) à l'opposé du support sur palier pivotant, se raccordant à la surface de siège (23.2),
en ce que l'organe de fixation (24) est disposé à distance d'une pièce rapportée de fixation (15) de la partie de base (10), et
en ce que le porte-trépan (20) est serré au moyen de la vis de fixation guidée à travers le logement de vis (27) avec la pièce rapportée de fixation (15) de la partie de base (10). - Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 8,
caractérisé en ce que
la partie de base (10) présente, dans la région de la pièce rapportée de fixation (15), un logement (13) dans lequel est reçu, de manière solidaire en rotation, un écrou, et en ce que l'écrou est en affleurement avec un orifice (14) de la pièce rapportée de fixation (15) et du logement de vis (27) de l'organe de fixation (24) du porte-trépan (20). - Dispositif de fixation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9,
caractérisé en ce que
le porte-trépan (20) présente une surface d'appui (26) tout autour du logement de trépan (28), sur laquelle s'appuie, directement ou par le biais d'un élément de protection contre l'usure (31), un trépan à queue (30), et en ce que le support sur palier pivotant est disposé dans la région de la moitié du logement de trépan (28) tournée vers la surface d'appui (26).
