Claims (5)
- Method for improving the forgery protection of a surface (12) of an object on which surface a first printed image (14) is printed, a second printed image (16) with a higher image resolution than the first printed image (14) being printed over the first printed image (14), characterised in that the second printed image (16) is printed with a colourless transparent matt lacquer.
- Method according to claim 1, characterised in that the second printed image (16) is printed as a complex printing pattern.
- Method according to either claim 1 or claim 2, characterised in that the second printed image (16) is printed by gravure printing with gravure cylinders with a very high screen resolution.
- Method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in the second printed image (16) is printed by offset printing.
- Method according to any one of claims at 1 to 4, characterised in that the object is printed in a forgery-proof manner in the form of a package, a packaging material, a packaging aid, a security paper, an entrance card or similar documents.
