Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zur abdichtenden Nebeneinander-Anordnung von Platten, umfassend zwei Kantenummantelungsprofile (6), die jeweils einen längsgerichteten Hohlkörper (7) aufweisen, der dafür vorgesehen ist, seinen Einbau in einer Nut zu ermöglichen, die in einem Rand einer Platte vorgesehen ist, wobei dieser Hohlkörper (7) eine längsgerichtete seitliche Öffnung (8) aufweist, die oberhalb einer Kanalwand (10) vorgesehen ist, die im unteren Teil des Körpers einen Auffang- und Entwässerungskanal (11) begrenzt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Profil (6) mit zumindest einer längsgerichteten Dichtlippe (14) versehen ist, die aus einem biegsamen Material hergestellt und mit dem oberen Rand der Kanalwand (10) fest verbunden ist, wobei diese biegsame Dichtlippe in Richtung des Kanals (11) geneigt ist, der im Boden des Körpers (7) des Profils vorgesehen ist, und sich ihr oberer Teil (14a), der nach oben gerichtet ist, nach außen jenseits der Ebene (P-P) erstreckt, in der die Außenfläche (12a-13a) oder die Kantenfläche des Profils liegt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die biegsame Dichtlippe (14) einen unteren Teil (14b) umfasst, der nach unten gerichtet ist und in den Entwässerungskanal (11) eindringt. - Vorrichtung entsprechend einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zumindest eine zweite längsgerichtete Dichtlippe (15) aufweist, die aus einem biegsamen Material hergestellt und oberhalb der Lippe (14) angeordnet ist, die sich in Richtung des Entwässerungskanals (11) erstreckt, wobei diese zweite biegsame Lippe (15) nach oben gerichtet ist und sich nach außen jenseits der Ebene (P-P) erstreckt, in der die Außenfläche (12a-13a) oder die Kantenfläche des Profils liegt, wobei die zweite Dichtlippe (15) einen zweiten Entwässerungskanal (16) begrenzt, der sich über die gesamte Länge des Profils erstreckt. - Vorrichtung entsprechend einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Ablenkstreifen (17) aufweist, der nach unten in Richtung der Auskehlung (9) des Profils (1) geneigt ist, wobei der Ablenkstreifen (17) oberhalb der Dichtlippe (14), die in Richtung der Auskehlung (9) geneigt ist, sowie beabstandet zu dieser angeordnet ist und mit dieser Lippe (14) die Öffnung (9) für den Zugang zu der Auskehlung (9) begrenzt. - Vorrichtung entsprechend einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie an der Vorderseite des Hohlkörpers oder Einbauteils (7) eine längsgerichtete obere Stützwand (12), die nach oben gerichtet ist, und eine längsgerichtete untere Stützwand (13), die nach unten gerichtet ist, aufweist, wobei diese Wände (12, 13) in derselben Ebene (P-P) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung zur abdichtenden Nebeneinander-Anordnung von Platten (1A-1B) entsprechend einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung ferner ein Ablenkelement (19) aufweist mit zwei Neigungen (19a, 19b), die sich beiderseits einer Firstlinie (19c) gegenüberliegen, wobei dieses Ablenkelement (19) dafür vorgesehen ist, oberhalb von abgedichteten Kontaktelementen (14-14; 15-15) angeordnet zu werden, derart, dass seine gegenüberliegenden Neigungen (19a, 19b) bis oberhalb des bzw. in die Auffang- und Entwässerungskanäle (11) der Profile reichen. - Vorrichtung zur abdichtenden Nebeneinander-Anordnung von Platten entsprechend Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das längsgerichtete Ablenkelement (19) ein ablaufbergartiges Profil mit zwei Ebenen (19a, 19b) aufweist, die beiderseits einer mittigen Kante (19c) geneigt sind. - Vorrichtung zur abdichtenden Nebeneinander-Anordnung von Platten entsprechend einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das längsgerichtete Ablenkelement (19) mit zwei gegenüberliegenden Neigungen (19a, 19b) durch Biegen eines ebenen Streifens aus biegsamem Material erhalten ist. - Vorrichtung zur abdichtenden Nebeneinander-Anordnung von Platten entsprechend Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die seitlichen Teile des ebenen Streifens, die den Neigungen oder geneigten Ebenen (19a, 19b) entsprechen, aus einem halbsteifen Material gebildet sind, während sein mittiger Teil, welcher der Kante oder der Firstlinie (19c) entspricht, aus einem Material hergestellt ist, das biegsam ist und vorzugsweise elastisch verformbar ist. - Platten, die dafür vorgesehen sind, dem Ablauf ausgesetzt zu sein, und auf dichte Weise nebeneinander angeordnet werden können,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsseite oder die Verbindungsseiten der Platten mit einem Profil (1) entsprechend einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 versehen ist/sind, das in eine Auskehlung eingebaut ist, welche die Seite oder Seiten aufweist bzw. aufweisen, wobei das Profil derart angeordnet ist, dass sich seine längsgerichtete Lippe (14) oder längsgerichteten Lippen (14, 15) nach außen jenseits der Ebene (P'-P') erstreckt bzw. erstrecken, in der die Kantflächen (3a', 4a') der Platten liegen. - Platten entsprechend Anspruch 10, enthaltend einen Kern (2) aus Kunststoffhartschaum oder gebildet aus einem Verbundmaterial, der zwischen zwei starren Verblendungen (3, 4) angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profile (1) in einer Nut eingebaut sind, die in den Seiten des Kerns (2) vorgesehen ist, und dass die Ränder (3a, 4a) der Verblendungen (3, 4) gebogen und gegen die obere (12) und untere (13) längsgerichtete Wand umgebogen sind. - Verfahren zur abdichtenden Nebeneinstanderstellung von Platten, die mit einer Vorrichtung entsprechend einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 versehen sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den Kantenummantelungsprofilen (6) der nebeneinander angeordneten Platten oberhalb der Abdichtungsmittel (14-14, 15-15) dieser letzten ein Ablenkelement (19) positioniert wird mit zwei Neigungen (19a, 19b), die sich beiderseits einer Firstlinie (19c) gegenüberliegen, derart, dass die gegenüberliegenden Neigungen (19a, 19b) dieses Ablenkelements bis oberhalb des bzw. in die Auffang- und Entwässerungskanäle (11) der Profile reichen.
