Claims (14)
- Dispositif d'ajustement de cylindre plieur pour contrôler des organes guidant des produits de pliage,
caractérisé par
une tringlerie (7 à 13; 55, 57, 59, 61, 63; 56, 58, 60, 62, 64) ajustable en longueur par l'intermédiaire d'un système de réglage (3, 51) monté dans le cylindre plieur (1, 50), et un organe de réglage (14, 65, 67; 75, 77), pivotant autour de l'axe du cylindre plieur, articulé côté sortie sur la tringlerie, qui contrôle les organes guidant les produits de pliage, de sorte que l'ajustement de ceux-ci se fait avec la même structure de base dans le sens périphérique ou dans le sens radial du cylindre plieur. - Dispositif d'ajustement selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
la tringlerie comporte une broche (7, 55, 56, 80, 81, 92, 96) pivotante et non coulissante dans le sens longitudinal avec une partie à filetage extérieur (10, 57, 58, 93, 97) qui s'engage dans une douille filetée (11, 59, 60, 94, 98) couplée avec l'organe de réglage (14, 65, 67, 75, 77) par un boulon (13, 63, 64, 95, 99). - Dispositif d'ajustement selon la revendication 2,
caractérisé en ce que
la liaison filetée entre la partie à filetage extérieur (10, 57, 58, 93, 97) et la douille filetée (11, 59, 60, 94, 98) est autobloquante. - Dispositif d'ajustement selon au moins une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
le système de réglage (3, 51) présente un arbre de sortie (4) sur lequel est montée une roue dentée conique (5, 52) qui s'engrène avec au moins une autre roue dentée conique (6,53,54) montée sur une broche (7, 55, 56), l'autre roue dentée conique entraînant la broche (7, 55, 56, 90, 91, 92, 96). - Dispositif d'ajustement selon au moins une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
le système de réglage (3, 51) est conçu comme un moteur électrique. - Dispositif d'ajustement selon au moins une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
pour l'alimentation électrique du système de réglage (3) des bagues collectrices (33), fixées sur l'arbre (2) du cylindre plieur (1), qui collaborent avec des contacts d'alimentation électrique (34, 35) montés sur une paroi fixe (30) de la plieuse, et qui peuvent être déconnectés des bagues collectrices par soulèvement. - Dispositif d'ajustement selon la revendication 6,
caractérisé en ce qu'
un arbre (38) avec des cames excentriques (39, 40) soulèvent les contacts d'alimentation électrique (34, 35) des bagues collectrices (33). - Dispositif d'ajustement selon au moins une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
l'organe de réglage (14) est doté d'une couronne dentée extérieure (16) dans laquelle s'engagent des pignons (17) qui entraînent chacun un arbre monté sur le cylindre de pliage (1) avec des segments d'arbre (18), qui s'engagent dans un support tubulaire (20) avec des segments d'arbre excentriques (19) et qui possèdent un segment de liaison (21) entre les segments d'arbre (19), et le support tubulaire porte des organes qui guident des produits de pliage et se déploient radialement. - Dispositif d'ajustement selon la revendication 8,
caractérisé en ce que
les supports (20) sont reliés deux par deux de manière fixe pour être protégés contre la rotation par une barre de guidage (28). - Dispositif d'ajustement selon la revendication 8 ou 9,
caractérisé en ce que
les organes guidant des produits de pliage sont conçus comme des segments périphériques (23) d'un cylindre collecteur. - Dispositif d'ajustement selon une des revendications 1 à 7,
caractérisé en ce que
les organes de réglage (75, 76, 77) sont reliés de manière fixe à un organe guidant des produits de pliage (78) réglable dans le sens périphérique. - Dispositif d'ajustement selon la revendication 11,
caractérisé en ce que
l'organe guidant des produits de pliage est conçu comme partie de volet de pliage fixe (78). - Dispositif d'ajustement selon une des revendications 1 à 7,
caractérisé en ce que
chaque organe de réglage (65, 67) porte l'axe d'inclinaison (69) d'un organe guidant des produits de pliage (68). - Dispositif d'ajustement selon la revendication 13,
caractérisé en ce que
l'organe guidant des produits de pliage est conçu comme un volet de pliage (68).
