Abstract
Description

Solche Reflektoren werden von mehreren Herstellern in diversen Reflektorgeometrien angeboten.
Sie bestehen üblicherweise aus einem entsprechend profilierten Reflektorstreifen, der zur Aufnahme von Klammern oder Clipsen mit entsprechenden Bohrungen oder eingestanzten Öffnungen oder Durchbrechungen versehen ist. Mit diesen Klammern / Clipsen aus Kunststoff oder Metall wird der Reflektor üblicherweise auf ein Leuchtstoffröhre geklemmt.
In solchen Leuchten sind keine Metallteile zulässig, die in Berührung mit spannungsführenden basisisolierten Leitungen kommen könnten. Eine explizit in der Leuchtennorm genannte Ausnahme stellen lediglich die schmalen Metallringe an den Enden der Leuchtstoffröhre dar.
Das beschriebene Reflektorsystem zeichnet sich durch drei voneinander unabhängige konstruktive Merkmale aus, die je nach Anwendungsfall, d.h. Art der Leuchte, gemeinsam oder einzeln auftreten können.
A: die elektrische Isolierung eines metallischen Reflektors, z.B. aus eloxiertem Aluminium, gegen die Berührung mit basisisollerten Leitungen
B: die Konstruktion der Befestigung des Reflektors an Montageelementen zur Montage des Reflektors am Leuchtmittel oder anderen Teilen der Leuchte, zB. etwaigen Adaptervorschaltgeräten oder dem Leuchtengehäuse, bei der die für die Schutzklassenunabhängigkeit notwendiger Isolationseigenschaften eingehalten werden. C: die Möglichkeit, dass in einer vorteilhaften Ausführung die Befestigungselemente am Reflektor frei verschiebbar sein können und ihre Anzahl beliebig hoch sein kann.
Ein zur Nachrüstung geeignetes Reflektorsystem ist prinzipiell natürlich auch zur Erstausrüstung von Leuchten geeignet. Vorteile ergeben sich insbesondere dadurch, dass auch für kleine Serien von Leuchten, z.B. Sonderleuchten, preiswerte leistungsfähige Reflektoren verfügbar sind.
Im Rahmen der Erstausrüstung können die Reflektoren entweder, wie im Bereich der Nachrüstung üblich, an der Röhre befestigt werden oder sie können am Gehäuse selber befestigt werden. Das beschriebene Befestigungssystem bietet hierzu eine einfache und kostengünstige Lösung.
Dies geschieht in der Regel mit entsprechenden Montageelementen, mit denen der Reflektor an der Leuchte, an den Fassungen, an ggf. vorhandenen Adapterstücken oder am Leuchtmittel selber befestigt wird. Welcher dieser Stellen für die Befestigung der aus Reflektor und Montageelementen gewählt wird, ist für die beschriebene Erfindung jedoch ohne Bedeutung.
Hier kommt es lediglich auf die Ausgestaltung der Verbindung der Montageelemente an dem in A beschriebenen Reflektor-Isolierstoffverbund an. Wesentlich für die Ausgestaltung dieser Verbindung im Zusammenhang mit dem isolierten Reflektor ist, dass die Schutzklassenunabhängigkeit der Gesamtkonstruktion nicht beeinträchtigt wird.
Dies wird in der hier beschriebenen Erfindung durch folgende zwei Merkmale (M1, M2) der Montageelemente erreicht:

Claims (10)
- Reflektorsystem, bestehend aus einem Reflektor sowie Verbindungs- oder Montageelementen zur Verbindung des Reflektors mit einer Leuchte oder mit dem Leuchmittel - insbesondere einer Leuchtstoffröhre - oder mit der/den Fassung(en) des Leuchtmittels oder mit gegebenenfalls vorhandenen an den Enden eines geraden röhrenförmigen Leuchmittels - insbesondere einer Leuchtstoffröhre - aufgesetzten Adapterstücken, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:Die dem Leuchtmittel - insbesondere einer Leuchtstoffröhre - zugewandte reflektierende Seite des Reflektors besteht aus einem elektrisch leitenden, im Sinne der geltenden Regeln und Normen nicht elektrisch isolierten Metall und die dem Leuchtmittel - insbesondere einer Leuchtstoffröhre- abgewandte Seite ist mit einem elektrisch isolierenden Material bekleidet und diese Bekleidung ist zur Vermeidung von Kriechströmen derart ausgeführt, dass sie die Reflektorkanten ausreichend umkleidet.Die Verbindungs- oder Montageelemente zur Befestigung des Reflektors bestehen aus einem elektrisch isolierenden Material.Die Verbindungs- oder Montageelemente zur Befestigung des Reflektors durchdringen den oben beschriebenen aus Metall-Isolierstoffverbund bestehenden Reflektor nicht, oder
- Reflektorsystem nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass der metallische Reflektor aus eloxiertem oder mit Oxyden beschichtetem oder lackiertem Aluminiumblech besteht.
- Reflektorsystem nach den Ansprüchen 1-2, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die verwendeten Isolierungen eine Durchschlagspannung von mindestens 2500 V aufweisen und mindestens 3,6 mm auf die dem Leuchtmittel - insbesondere einer Leuchtstoffröhre - zugewandten Seite herumgeführt sind.
- Reflektorsystem nach den Ansprüchen 1-3, gekennzeichnet dadurch dass die Isolation des Reflektors aus einem oder aus mehreren Elementen besteht, insbesondere wenn es sich dabei um zusätzlich angebrachte Streifen einer isolierenden Folie oder um elektrisch isolierende Endkappen handelt.
- Reflektorsystem nach den Ansprüchen 1-4 gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass es sich bei der Isolation des Reflektors um eine isolierende Folie handelt, die unter das umbördelte Reflektorblech derart herumgeführt ist, dass sie durch dieses eingeklemmt wird.
- Reflektorsystem nach den Ansprüchen 1-5 gekennzeichnet dadurch, das die Verbindungs- oder Montageelemente den Reflektor umgreifen und auf diesem frei verschiebbar sind und an beliebigen Stellen des Reflektors und in beliebig großer Anzahl angebracht werden können.
- Befestigungselemente nach Anspruch 6 gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass sie die an den Rändem des Reflektors durch eine Umbördelung entstehenden Vorsprung für ein Einrasten des Befestigungselementes nutzen.
- Befestigungselemente nach Anspruch 8 - 7, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass sie durch ein Loch der Leuchte gesteckt werden können, dabei zusammengedrückt werden und durch Wiederaufspreizen das Befestigungselement im Gehäuse festhalten.
- Verbindungs- oder Montageelement zur Verwendung in einem Reflektorsystem gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1-8.
- Reflektor zur Verwendung in einem Reflektorsystem gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1-8.
