Des weiteren werden insbesondere bei Papierbeutelmaschinen Einstellungen an der Transport- und Vereinzelungsvorrichtung vorgenommen. Mit einer solchen Transport- und Vereinzelungsvorrichtung befasst sich unter anderem auch die DE 35 42 923 A1, wobei die in dieser Anmeldung behandelten Fragestellungen nicht beleuchtet werden. In diesem Zusammenhang ist es erwähnenswert, dass ich die Abzugswalzen 2, 2a, 2b für jede der zuvor beschriebenen Riementransportkonstruktionen vorteilhafterweise separat verschieben lassen, um so auch Schläuche, die über ihre Breite verschiedene Stärken aufweisen, zuverlässig und genau verarbeiten zu können. Der eigentliche Transport erfolgt wieder durch die Abzugswalzen 2, 2a, 2b und 2c, wobei die Schlauchabschnitte 8 nicht kleiner sein sollten als der Abstand zwischen zwei solcher Walzenpaare, um die Schlauchabschnitte 8 vernünftig transportieren zu können. Wieder ist davon auszugehen, dass in der quer zu den beiden Raumrichtungen z und y dargestellten Raumrichtung x, welche in die Zeichenebene hineinragt, noch einmal die gleiche Anordnung von Walzen vorgesehen ist, um die Beutelbestandteile an ihrer anderen Seite zu halten. Wieder erfolgt der Abriss der vorperforierten und vorgeschnittenen Schlauchabschnitte 6 dadurch, dass die Abreißwalzen 3 mit größerer Umfangsgeschwindigkeit betrieben werden. Die Einstellung der Abzugswalzen auf die beabsichtigte Schlauchabschnittslänge erfolgt jedoch dadurch, dass die einstellbaren Abzugswalzen 2a durch kurvengesteuertes Abheben Sackbestandteile freigeben. Das heißt bei sehr langen Schlauchabschnitten ist davon auszugehen, dass sowohl die Abzugswalze 2a als auch die Abzugswalze 2b angehoben werden müssen, um den Sackabschnitt rechtzeitig freizugeben. Das Abreißen des Schlauchabschnittes erfolgt dann zwischen dem Walzenspalt zwischen der Abzugswalze 2c und der nicht-einstellbaren Abzugswalze 2 sowie dem Spalt zwischen den Abreißwalzen 3. Bei kürzeren Schlauchabschnitten kann es vorkommen, dass lediglich die Abzugswalze 2a angehoben werden muss. Um die entsprechenden Änderungen in der Funktionsweise vorzunehmen, ist es notwendig, dass die Kurvenpakete bei Formateinstellungen ausgetauscht werden. Diese Arbeit ist aufwändig. Ähnlich wie bei der erfindungsgemäßen Transport- und Vereinzelungsvorrichtung 1 werden die Sackbestandteile in der Regel, wenn diese Vorrichtung 1 Bestandteil einer Beutelmaschine ist, im Anschluss an die Transport- und Vereinzelungsvorrichtung 1 einem Bodenmacherzylinder zugeführt. Wie erwähnt wurden bei Fig. 2 keine Sackbestandteile aus darstellerischen Gründen gezeigt.
Claims (7)
- Transporting and separating arrangement (1) by means of which flexible-tube portions (8) are separated from a flexible tube (6), which has been previously perforated and/or cut along perforating or cutting lines (P), and transported away• in the case of which the previously perforated and/or previously cut flexible-tube portion (8) is separated between a pair of tear-off rollers (3), which are operated at relatively high speed, and one of the pairs of advancing rollers (2, 2b, 2c),• in the case of which (1) the flexible-tube portion (8) which is to be separated is retained with clamping action by the pair of tear-off rollers (3) and the flexible tube (6) is retained with clamping action by the pair of advancing rollers (2, 2b, 2c),• in the case of which (1) the spacing between the pair of tear-off rollers (3) and at least one pair of advancing rollers (2, 2a), which (2, 2a) is arranged between the pairs of rollers (3, 2, 2b) involved in the separating operation, can be adjusted by changing the position of a roller (2a), and• in the case of which (1) it is possible to adjust the spacing of the rollers of a pair of rollers in a direction orthogonal to the transporting direction of the flexible-tube portion,characterized
in that it is possible to change the position of a tear-off (3) or advancing roller of at least one pair of rollers (3, 3; 2, 2a; 2, 2b; 2, 2c) in the transporting direction (z) of the bag parts (6, 8) in accordance with the desired length of the flexible-tube portion (8) such that the cutting or perforating line (P) has passed the advancing roller (2a, 2b, 2c) when the flexible-tube portion (8) is gripped by the tear-off roller (3), and
in that it is possible to change the position of the tear-off or advancing roller of the at least one pair of rollers in the transporting direction (z) irrespective of the adjustment of the spacing of the rollers of the pair of rollers orthogonal to the transporting direction (z). - Arrangement (1) according to Claim 1, characterized in that the at least one roller is the final advancing roller (2a) or penultimate advancing roller (2b), which is arranged upstream of the pair of tear-off rollers (3), as seen in the transporting direction (z) of the bag parts.
- Arrangement (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a plurality of advancing rollers (2, 2a) guide a transporting belt (14, 15).
- Arrangement (1) according to Claims 2 and 3, characterized in that it is also the case that the at least one roller, which is the final advancing roller (2a) or penultimate advancing roller (2b), which is arranged upstream of the pair of tear-off rollers (3), as seen in the transporting direction (z) of the bag parts (8), and which can be adjusted in this direction (z), guides the transporting belt.
- Use of an arrangement (1) according to one of the preceding claims for producing paper bags.
- Use of an arrangement (1) according to the preceding claim, characterized in that paper bags are produced in a paper-bag machine in which at least the following operating steps necessary for producing the bag are carried out:• unwinding paper or flexible paper tube material• separating a flexible tube to form flexible-tube portions in a tear-off unit• forming and gluing the bag bottoms.
- Use of an arrangement (1) according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the paper bags are produced continuously by the paper-bag machine.
