Claims (9)
- Locking device for a door or a window, having
a mounting section (2) for wall, ceiling or floor mounting and having at least one electromagnet (4), which is able to be moved linearly against the force of a damping means (7) in the direction of a base plate (10) of the mounting section (2), and wherein the damping means (7) is a coil spring (7),
characterised in that the spring (7) is supported with its one end in a recess (8) in an underside of the electromagnet (4) and with its other end in a recess (9) in the base plate (10). - Locking device according to claim 1,
