Abstract

Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Vorrichtung (1) zum Austausch von Wärme, insbesondere für Kraftfahrzeuge, wobei im ersten Verfahrensschritt wenigstens eine Durchflusseinrichtung mit wenigstens zwei Fluidverteil- und/oder -sammeleinrichtungen (3a,3b) kraft- und/oder formschlüssig zusammengefügt wird. In einem weiteren Verfahrensschritt wird wenigstens eine Fluidzu- bzw. -abflusseinrichtung (6,8) mit wenigstens einer Fluidverteil- und/oder -sammeleinrichtung (3a,3b) im Bereich wenigstens einer der vorgesehenen Öffnungen, welche wenigstens ein begrenzendes Formelement (10) aufweist, kraft- und/oder formschlüssig zusammengefügt. Dabei ist die Form des Formelements (10) derart auf die Form der Fluidzu- bzw. - abflusseinrichtung (6,8) geometrisch abgestimmt bzw. angepasst, dass durch die Relativbewegung wenigstens eines Endabschnitts wenigstens einer Fluidzu- bzw. -abflusseinrichtung (6,8) gegenüber dem Formelement (10) wenigstens eine Verbindungsfläche zwischen wenigstens einem Formelement und wenigstens einem Teil des Endabschnitts der Fluidzu- bzw. -abflusseinrichtung (6,8) entsteht. Dabei wird durch Größe und/oder Form dieser Verbindungsfläche die Fluidzu- bzw. -abflusseinrichtung (6,8) an der Fluidverteil- und/oder -sammeleinrichtung (3a,3b) selbsthemmend vorfixiert.
