Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine Abgaseinleitvorrichtung für eine Brennkraftmaschine zur Einleitung von Abgas mittels mindestens einer Öffnung in ein Ansaugkanalabschnitt eines Saugrohres, mit einem Abgaszuleitungsabschnitt, einem Abgasrückführventil und einem Abgaseinleitblech, das mit dem Bandbereich des Ansaugkanalabschnitts ein Ringkanal bildet.
- Eine derartige Abgaseinleitvorrichtung ist aus der
DE -A1- 196 45 280 bekannt. Hierbei wird durch eine Dichtung, die entsprechend umgeformt ist, zwischen dem Ansaugkanalabschnitt ein Ringkanal gebildet, wobei die Dichtung so geformt ist, daß der Ringkanal über eine ringförmige Öffnung mit dem Ansaugkanal verbunden ist. Eine derartige Abgaseinleitvorrichtung besitzt den Nachteil, daß die Dichtung präzise umgeformt sein muß, und der Montagevorgang dahingehend schwierig ist, daß eine gleichmäßige ringförmige Öffnung zum Einleiten des Abgases im montierten Zustand vorliegt. - Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine gattungsgemäße Abgaseinleitvorrichtung dahingehend weiter zu bilden, daß sie kostengünstig herzustellen und auf einfache Weise zu montieren ist.
- Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß das Abgaseinleitblech als Stanzteil mit umformbaren Stegen ausgeführt ist, derart, daß die Stege im eingebauten Zustand des Abgaseinleitbleches den Ringkanal mit Öffnungen definieren.
- Eine derartige Abgaseinleitvorrichtung ist besonders einfach und kostengünstig herzustellen, wobei auch die Montage lediglich einen geringen Justieraufwand benötigt.
- Vorzugsweise ist das Abgaseinleitblech auch eine Dichtung.
- Dadurch daß das Abgaseinleitblech weitere Öffnungen aufweist, die mit Leitungsabschnitten des Saugrohres und des Abgasrückführventils korrespondieren, ist es möglich auf einfache Weise mittels eines Bauteiles die Abgaseinleitung in das Saugrohr zu realisieren, wobei das Abgaseinleitblech die einzelnen Leitungsabschnitte gegeneinander abdichtet.
- Im folgenden wird unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnung ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung näher erläutert.

- eine Draufsicht des Abgaseinleitbleches nach dem Austanzvorgang.

Figur 1 zeigt eine Abgaseinleitvorrichtung 1, die an einem Saugrohr 2 zur Einleitung von Abgas in einen Ansaugkanalabschnitt 3 (s.Figur 2 ) angeordnet ist. Die Abgaseinleitvorrichtung 1 besteht im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel im wesentlichen aus einem schematisch dargestellten Abgasrückführventil 4 und einem Abgaseinleitblech 5, wobei das Abgaseinleitblech gleichzeitig als Dichtung ausgebildet ist, durch die das Abgasrückführventil 4 abgedichtet am Saugrohr angeflanscht ist. Des weiteren ist inFigur 1 noch eine Kühleinrichtung 6 dargestellt, über die das Abgas gekühlt zum Abgasrückführventil 4 geführt werden kann. Die genaue Ausbildung des Abgaseinleitbleches 5 und seine Wechselfunktion zusammen mit dem Saugohr 2, dem Abgasrückführventil 4 und dem Kühler 6 werden später anhand derFigur 3 verdeutlicht. - Es sei noch angemerkt, daß aus der schematischen Darstellung des Abgasrückführventiles 4 zu erkennen ist, daß das Abgasrückführventil 4 eine nach oben wirkende Ventilstange 7 mit einem Ventilteller 8 aufweist, der über einen Ventilsitz 9 einen Abgaszuleitungsabschnitt 10 öffnen oder verschließen kann.

Figur 2 zeigt nun in einer Seitenansicht das Abgaseinleitblech 5 kurz vor der Montage am Saugrohr 2 mit einem Ansaugkanalabschnitt 3. Deutlich zu erkennen sind die bereits umgeformten Stege 11 des Abgaseinleitbleches. Des weiteren zeigtFigur 2 auf schematische Weise einen Ausschnitt einer Kühleinrichtung 12 mit einem Kühlmittelkanal 13 und Abgaskanälen 14, wobei das in den Abgaskanälen 14 geführte Abgas auf bekannte Weise durch das Kühlmittel im Kühlmittelkanal 13 gekühlt wird. -
Figur 3 zeigt in einer Draufsicht das Abgaseinleitblech 5 als Stanzteil. Hierbei sind die Stege 11 noch nicht umgeformt. Nach dem Umformen der Stege 11 und der Montage am Saugrohr 2 bilden die Stege 11 zusammen mit dem Wandbereich des Ansaugkanalabschnittes 3 des Saugrohres 2 einen Ringkanal über den auf bekannte Weise Abgas dem Ansaugkanalabschnitt 3 zugeführt wird. Dies geschieht dabei mittels Öffnungen 12, die, wie ausFigur 2 ersichtlich, durch das Umformen der Stege 11 entstehen. - Des weiteren sind Öffnungen 15, 16, 17 dargestellt, die mit entsprechenden Kanälen korrespondieren.
So wird über die Öffnung 15 das Abgas dem Abgasrückführventil 4 zugeleitet, während die Öffnungen 17 mit dem Kühlmittelkanal 13 und den Öffnungen 16 mit den Abgaskanälen 14 korrespondieren.
Claims (3)
- Abgaseinleitvorrichtung für eine Brennkraftmaschine zur Einleitung von Abgas mittels mindestens einer Öffnung in einen Ansaugkanalabschnitt eines Saugrohres, mit einem Abgaszuleitungsabschnitt, einem Abgasrückführventil und einem Abgaseinleitblech, das mit dem Wandbereich des Ansaugkanalabschnittes einen Ringkanal bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abgaseinleitblech (5) als Stanzteil mit-umformbaren Stegen (11) ausgeführt ist, derart, daß die Stege (11) im eingebauten Zustand des Abgaseinleitbleches (5) den Ringkanal mit Öffnungen (12) definieren.
- Abgaseinleitvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abgaseinleitblech (5) eine Dichtung ist.
- Abgaseinleitvorrichtung nach einen der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abgaseinleitblech (5) weitere Öffnungen (15, 16, 17) aufweist, die mit Leitungsabschnitten des Saugrohres (2) und des Abgasrückführventiles (4) korrespondieren.
