Claims (17)

  1. Vorrichtung (1) zur Verpackung und zur Ausgabe eines Produkts, insbesondere eines Kosmetik- oder Pflegeprodukts, die aufweist:
    - einen das Produkt enthaltenden Behälter (2), wobei über dem Behälter ein Hals (6) sitzt, derart, dass ein freier Rand (8) dieses Halses eine erste Ausgabeöffnung (7) des Produkts begrenzt;
    - einen lösbaren Deckel (3), der mit dem Hals zusammenwirken kann, um diese erste Ausgabeöffnung selektiv zu verschließen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der freie Rand des Halses mindestens zum Teil (18) eine zweite Ausgabeöffnung (9, 9') begrenzt, wobei die zweite Ausgabeöffnung in der Lage ist, als Reaktion auf eine Bewegung des Deckels bezüglich des Halses von einer verschlossenen Stellung in eine offene Stellung überzugehen, um
    i) gemäß einem ersten Ausgabemodus, wobei der Deckel sich in einer Zwischenstellung bezüglich des Halses zwischen einer Verschlussstellung der ersten Öffnung und einer vom Hals gelösten Stellung befindet, das Produkt über die zweite Öffnung auszugeben, und
    ii) gemäß einem zweiten Ausgabemodus, wobei der Deckel vom Hals gelöst ist, das Produkt über die erste Öffnung zu liefern.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Öffnung Abmessungen aufweist, die eine manuelle Entnahme des Produkts direkt im Inneren des Behälter erlauben können.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Öffnung eine Querschnittsöffnungsfläche (A) definiert, die eine Entnahme des Produkts von außerhalb des Behälters erlauben kann.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Öffnung Abmessungen hat, die eine manuelle Entnahme des Produkts direkt im Inneren des Behälters verhindern können.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine maximale Öffnungsfläche der zweiten Öffnung geringer ist als eine maximale Öffnungsfläche, die von der ersten Öffnung angeboten wird.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Ausgabeöffnung in der Dicke einer Wand des Halses ausgebildet ist und einen Schlitz über mindestens einen Teil der Höhe des Halses bildet.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die von der zweiten Öffnung im ersten Ausgabemodus angebotene Öffnungsfläche zum Teil von einer Randleiste des Deckels begrenzt wird.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abmessung der Öffnungsfläche der zweiten Öffnung in Abhängigkeit von einer Stellung des Deckels bezüglich des Behälters variiert.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitz einen trapezförmigen Querschnitt bildet, derart, dass eine Basis des Trapezes in Höhe des freien Rands (8) geformt wird, während eine Höhe des Trapezes bezüglich dieser Basis parallel zu einer Hauptlängenachse (X) des Halses definiert wird.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Öffnung lotrecht zur einer Hauptlängenachse (X) des Halses definiert ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Öffnung parallel zu einer Hauptlängenachse (X) des Halses definiert ist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hals ein Gewinde (13) aufweist, und dass der Deckel entsprechend einen Schraubengang (14) aufweist, wobei die Stellung des Deckels auf dem Hals die Größe der in Höhe dieser zweiten Öffnung geformten Öffnungsfläche in Abhängigkeit von seinem Schraubgrad auf den Hals variieren lässt.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gewinde des Halses mindestens einen harten Punkt aufweist, der es ermöglicht, den Deckel in der Zwischenstellung zwischen der ersten, vollständig auf den Hals geschraubten Stellung und der zweiten, vom Hals gelösten Stellung zu halten.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter mindestens eine elastisch verformbare Wand aufweist, so dass ein auf diese Wand ausgeübter Druck eine Verschiebung des Produkts im Behälter in Richtung mindestens einer der Ausgabeöffnungen in Abhängigkeit von der Stellung des Deckels bezüglich des Halses bewirkt.
  15. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verformbare Wand durch elastische Rückstellung wieder eine nicht verformte Stellung annehmen kann, wenn dieser Druck endet.
  16. Verwendung einer Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche zur Verpackung eines kosmetischen Produkts, insbesondere eines Frisierprodukts oder eines Haut- oder Haarpflegeprodukts.
  17. Verfahren zur Verwendung einer Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man wählt, das Produkt zu entnehmen
    i) entweder gemäß einem ersten Ausgabemodus, wobei der Deckel sich in einer Zwischenstellung bezüglich des Halses befindet, über die zweite Öffnung,
    ii) oder gemäß einem zweiten Ausgabemodus, wobei der Deckel vom Hals gelöst ist, über die erste Öffnung.
