Claims (14)
- Wegeventil zum Ansteuern eines Verbrauchers mit zwei koaxial zueinander angeordneten Steuerschiebern (8, 10), über die zwei mit dem Verbraucher verbundene Arbeitsanschlüsse (A, B) mit einem Druckraum (P) oder einem Rückführraum (R) verbindbar sind, und die in Grundstellung vorgespannt sind, wobei zwischen den Steuerschiebern (8, 10) eine Federeinrichtung (58) mit einem Federelement (200) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federeinrichtung (58) eine Begrenzung zur Festlegung einer maximalen Wirklänge des Federelements (200) hat.
- Wegeventil nach Patentanspruch 1, wobei die Begrenzung eine Zugstange (202) hat, auf der zwei Federteller (204, 206) verschiebbar geführt sind, die jeweils über das Federelement (200) zumindest gegen eine Schulterfläche (208, 210) der Zugstange (202) gespannt sind.
- Wegeventil nach Patentanspruch 1, wobei die Begrenzung zwei Zugkörper (226, 228) hat, deren Endabschnitte (230, 232) hakenförmig ausgebildet sind und ineinandergreifen, und die in ihrer Begrenzungsposition die maximale Länge der Federeinrichtung (58) und damit die Vorspannung der Federelements ('200) bestimmen.
- Wegeventil nach Patentanspruch 1, 2 oder 3, wobei das Federelement (200) eine Druckfeder ist.
- Wegeventil nach Patentanspruch 1, wobei der Zwischenraum zwischen den beiden Steuerschiebern (8, 10), in dem die Federeinrichtung (58) aufgenommen ist, zum Tank druckentlastbar ist.
- Wegeventil nach Patentanspruch 5, wobei Tankbohrungen (214, 224) zur Druckentlastung eines Zwischenraums (212) in den Steuerschiebern (8, 10) ausgebildet sind.
- Wegeventil nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, wobei zwischen den beiden Steuerschiebern (8, 10) ein Anschlag (80) ausgebildet ist, gegen den die Steuerschieber (8, 10) durch Beaufschlagung mit maximalen Steuerdruck (PAX, PBX) in Anschlagposition bringbar sind.
- Wegeventil nach Patentanspruch 7, wobei der Anschlag (80) als ein Sprengring in einer mittigen gehäuseseitigen Innenumfangsnut (234) ausgebildet ist.
- Wegeventil nach Patentanspruch 7 oder 8, wobei die Arbeitsanschlüsse (A, B) in Anschlagposition der Steuerschieber (8, 10) mit dem Rückführraum (R) verbunden sind.
- Wegeventil nach Patentanspruch 7, 8 oder 9, wobei bei einem der Steuerschieber (8, 10) in Anschlagposition eine Steuerung des Verbrauchers über den zweiten Steuerschieber (8, 10) ermöglicht ist.
- Wegeventil nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, wobei zwischen den Arbeitsanschlüssen (A, B) und der Schieberbohrung (52) jeweils ein entsperrbarer Sperrblock (16, 18) angeordnet ist, die in Abströmrichtung sperren und über Beaufschlagung mit einem Entsperrsteuerdruck in Abströmrichtung durchschalten.
- Wegeventil nach Patentanspruch 11, wobei die Sperrblöcke (16, 18) jeweils einen Aufstoßkolben (172, 174) haben, die von dem ablaufseitigen Lastdruck (YA, YB) beaufschlagbar sind.
- Wegeventil nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, wobei das Wegeventil (6) als ein LS-System (2) mit einer Individualdruckwaage (4) ausgeführt ist.
- Wegeventil nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, wobei das Wegeventil (6) ein 6-Stellungsventil ist.
