- Adjustment Of The Magnetic Head Position Track Following On Tapes (AREA)
Claims (19)
- Tête de manche de balai (10) comprenant un support de poils (12a, 12b), une garniture de poils (14) disposée sur celui-ci et formant une enveloppe de garniture de poils (26), et un support (27, 42) relié au support de poils (12a, 12b), caractérisé en ce que le support (27, 42) est fixé sur le support de poils (12a, 12b), des lamelles (18, 44, 50) d'une garniture de lamelles (15) sont disposées sur le support (27, 42), et la garniture de lamelles (15) repose au moins approximativement sur l'enveloppe de garniture de poils (26).
- Tête de manche de balai (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la garniture de lamelles (15) comporte des lamelles externes (18, 44), qui sont disposées sur le bord extérieur du support de poils (12a, 12b).
- Tête de manche de balai (10) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que des lamelles externes (18) sont disposées sur deux régions d'extrémité (16) opposées l'une à l'autre en direction longitudinale (L), sur le support de poils allongé (12a) qui définit une direction longitudinale (L).
- Tête de manche de balai (10) selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les lamelles externes (18) associées à une région d'extrémité (16) sont disposées sur un support de lamelles (27) en forme de U présentant des ergots de retenue (32), le support de poils (12a) présente sur les régions d'extrémité opposées l'une à l'autre (16) chaque fois une rainure de retenue (28) et des trous d'ancrage (30) formés dans celle-ci, et le support de lamelles (27) en forme de U est retenu dans la rainure de retenue (28) au moyen des ergots de retenue (32).
- Tête de manche de balai (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la garniture de lamelles (15) comprend des lamelles internes (50) dans un vide (35) de la garniture de poils (14).
- Tête de manche de balai (10) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le vide (35) est disposé au moins approximativement au milieu, est allongé et s'étend à travers la garniture de poils (14).
- Tête de manche de balai (10) selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que le support de poils (12b) présente au moins un passage (34), les lamelles internes (50) traversent ce passage (34) et sont fixées sur le côté (22) du support de poils (12b) opposé à la garniture de poils (14).
- Tête de manche de balai (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les lamelles internes (50) sont subdivisées en barrettes de lamelles rondes (52) dans la région d'extrémité libre.
- Tête de manche de balai (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé par une coiffe de lamelles (42) formant le support (27, 42), qui est posée sur le support de poils (12b) sur le côté (22) situé à l'opposé de la garniture de poils (14), dans lequel la garniture de lamelles (15) est installée sur cette coiffe de lamelles (42).
- Tête de manche de balai (10) selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la coiffe de lamelles (42) présente des boutons (46), qui s'engagent en complémentarité de forme dans des évidements correspondants (36) sur le support de poils (12b).
- Tête de manche de balai (10) selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que des lamelles externes (44) sont formées sur la coiffe de lamelles (42), et sont fendues à partir de leur extrémité libre en formant des barrettes de lamelles (48).
- Tête de manche de balai (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité libre des lamelles (18, 44, 50) est plus proche du côté de garniture de poils (24) du support de poils (12a, 12b) que l'extrémité libre des poils (14') de la garniture de poils (14).
- Balai de sol avec une tête de manche de balai (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12.
- Balai-brosse avec une tête de manche de balai (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12.
- Balayette avec une tête de manche de balai (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12.
- Brosse à balayer avec une tête de manche de balai (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12.
- Procédé de fabrication d'une tête de manche de balai (10), dans lequel dans une première étape on fabrique un support de poils (12a, 12b), dans une autre étape on bourre le support de poils (12a, 12b) avec des poils (14') formant la garniture de poils (14) et on coupe les poils (14'), dans une autre étape on injecte un support de lamelles (27) ou une coiffe de lamelles (42) avec une garniture de lamelles (15) présentant des lamelles (18, 44, 50), et dans une autre étape on monte le support de lamelles (27) ou la coiffe de lamelles (42) avec la garniture de lamelles (15) sur le support (12a ou 12b).
- Procédé selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que l'on fabrique le support de lamelles (27) avec la garniture de lamelles (15) au moyen d'un procédé d'injection à deux ou plusieurs composants.
- Procédé de fabrication d'une tête de manche de balai (10), caractérisé en ce que l'on injecte un support de poils (12a, 12b) et on injecte ensuite une garniture de lamelles (15) comprenant des lamelles (18) sur le support de poils (12a, 12b) ou on fabrique le support de poils (12a, 12b) et la garniture de lamelles (15) au moyen d'un procédé d'injection à deux ou plusieurs composants en une seule étape, puis dans une autre étape on bourre le support de poils (12a, 12b) avec des poils (14') formant une garniture de poils (14) et ensuite on coupe les poils (14').
