Claims (13)
- Conteneur de gaz comprimé (10'), qui présente une bride folle (14) de forme annulaire, prévue sur une ouverture supérieure de sa paroi (10, 11, 12), soudée au conteneur de gaz comprimé (10'), avec laquelle un couvercle à bride (15) doté d'au moins une vanne de prélèvement (22) est vissé,
caractérisé en ce que la bride folle (14) est élargie radialement à l'extérieur d'une zone masquée par le couvercle à bride (15) par une bride annulaire (40) massive, la bride annulaire (40) étant soudée radialement à l'extérieur avec la paroi (10, 11, 12) du conteneur de gaz comprimé (10') et présentant une rainure périphérique (44) dans une face frontale (42) supérieure radialement à l'intérieur à côté de la zone masquée par le couvercle à bride (15) et en ce que un capuchon de secours (50), qui présente une nervure d'étanchéité (46) s'engageant dans la rainure périphérique (44), peut être vissé ou est vissé avec la bride annulaire (40), afin de fermer de façon étanche au gaz le conteneur de gaz comprimé (10') autour de la vanne de prélèvement (22). - Conteneur de gaz comprimé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la bride annulaire est conçue d'une seule pièce avec la bride folle (14).
- Conteneur de gaz comprimé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la bride annulaire est une partie séparée, soudée avec la bride folle (14).
- Conteneur de gaz comprimé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la bride annulaire (40) est dotée d'une couronne d'alésages filetés (48) pour le raccord vissé avec une bride de fixation (54) du capot de secours (50).
- Conteneur de gaz comprimé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la nervure d'étanchéité (46) dépasse d'une surface frontale (52) de la paroi cylindrique (52).
- Conteneur de gaz comprimé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par un joint (64) de forme annulaire inséré dans la rainure périphérique (44).
- Conteneur de gaz comprimé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le capot de secours (50) présente une paroi (52) cylindrique et entoure radialement de façon serrée le couvercle à bride (15) dans un état monté sur le conteneur de gaz comprimé (10').
- Conteneur de gaz comprimé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la bride annulaire (40) présente à l'extérieur à distance radiale de la rainure périphérique (44) un rebord (66) surélevé qui entoure radialement de façon serrée la paroi (52) cylindrique lorsque le capot de secours (50) est monté.
- Conteneur de gaz comprimé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la rainure périphérique (44) est disposée au centre entre un pourtour extérieur du couvercle à bride (15) et un pourtour intérieur du rebord (66) surélevé de la bride annulaire (40).
- Conteneur de gaz comprimé selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que la bride de fixation (24) du capot de secours (50) est prévue sur un côté extérieur de la paroi cylindrique (52).
- Conteneur de gaz comprimé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la bride de fixation (54) est prévue sur le côté extérieur de la paroi (52) cylindrique de telle sorte que, lorsque le capot de secours (50) est monté, il présente une distance axiale étroite à une surface frontale (68), axialement voisine, du rebord (66) surélevé de la bride annulaire (40).
- Conteneur de gaz comprimé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que la bride de fixation (54) est une bague à bride soudée avec le côté extérieur de la paroi (52) cylindrique.
- Conteneur de gaz comprimé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le conteneur de gaz comprimé (10') est un conteneur de gaz comprimé conçu spécialement pour la bride folle (14) élargie par la bride annulaire (40) avec une ouverture supérieure élargie en conséquence de sa paroi (10, 11, 12).
