Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung (1) zum Ausrichten von Plattenelementen, welche in einer Durchlaufebene (2) einer sie bearbeitenden Maschine, insbesondere einer Falz-Klebe-Maschine, durchlaufen, umfassend ein oberes Ausrichtelement (60) und ein unteres Ausrichtelement (10), welches einerseits mit einem auf einer unteren Wange (13) angebrachten Führungselement (40) und andererseits mit einer unteren Transportvorrichtung (20) ausgestattet ist, von welcher wenigstens ein Nutzabschnitt (28) fest mit einer oberen Wange (14) verbunden ist, welche in der horizontalen Ebene bezüglich der unteren Wange (13) beweglich ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die untere Wange (13) und die obere Wange (14) ein einheitliches Tragelement (11) bilden, welches durch eine Öffnung (12) geschwächt ist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung (12) durch einen Schlitz gebildet ist, welcher die winklige Positionierung der oberen Wange (14) in einer horizontalen Ebene bezüglich zur unteren Wange (13) des Trägerelements (11) ermöglicht, und zwar in der einen oder der anderen Richtung bezogen auf die Durchlaufrichtung (F) der Plattenelemente in der Maschine, und dass ein Regulierelement (50) das Einstellen und Blockieren der oberen Wange (14) bezüglich der unteren Wange (13) in einer winkligen Position ermöglicht.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Führungselement (40) beweglich an der unteren Wange (13) des Trägerelements (11) befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Führungselement (40) bezüglich der Durchlaufrichtung (F) der Plattenelemente auf der rechten Fläche der unteren Wange (13) des Trägerelements (11) befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Führungselement (40) bezüglich der Durchlaufrichtung (F) der Plattenelemente auf der linken Fläche der unteren Wange (13) des Trägerelements (11) befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Führungselement (40) durch eine umkehrbare Längsführungsschiene (43) gebildet ist, welche eine profilierte Fläche (45) oder/und eine ebene Fläche (46) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ausrichtelement (10) eine Haltestange (30) umfasst, welche beweglich auf der dem Führungselement (40) gegenüberliegenden Seite angeordnet ist und eine obere Oberfläche aufweist, welche sich im wesentlichen auf der Höhe der Durchlaufebene (2) der Plattenelemente befindet.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltestange (30) auf Höhe der Durchlaufebene (2) durch Schenkel (31) gehalten ist, welche in Stutzen (32) eingeschoben sind, die seitlich entlang von zwischen den Gestellen der Falz-Klebe-Maschine angeordneten Querträgern (33) gleiten.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das obere Ausrichtelement (60) mit einer oberen Transportvorrichtung (70) ausgestattet ist, welche entlang zur unteren Transportvorrichtung (20) angebracht ist und fest mit der unteren Wange (13) durch einen beweglichen Träger (61) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere Transportvorrichtung (70) von mehreren Andrückrollen (75) gebildet ist, welche auf einer ihrer Flächen durch ein bewegliches Blech (80) geschützt sind, das an seiner Basis eine entlang der Haltestange (30) angeordnete Kufe (82) aufweist.
