Claims (10)

1. A connection element for the connection of two electrical conductors, which has a closable housing and integrated electronic components (48) which are located on a circuit board (16) which is releasably connected to the connection element and on which contact elements (50, 54) are provided,

A connection element for the connection of electrical conductors in accordance with claim 5, characterized in that the circuit board (16) has contact elements (50, 54) at each of its two ends; and in that, in the two positions of the second cover plate (14), the respective contact elements (50, 54) lying at one end are covered by the second cover plate (14) and the contact elements (54, 50) lying at the other end are simultaneously open and accessible.
7. A connection element for the connection of electrical conductors in accordance with claim 5, characterized in that the second cover plate (14) has a respective cut-out at two oppositely disposed sides at its lower side facing the circuit board (16); and ) have spring contacts.
9. A connection element for the connection of electrical conductors in accordance with claim 1, characterized in that the housing consists of precisely three components (10, 12, 14) releasably connected to one another.
