- the front illumination means may be arranged at the front side of the first display means and the second display means. In this case, if the inside of the game arcade is dark, the front illumination means can illuminate both the first display means and the second display means with enough light. Therefore, there may be a case that the player can clearly recognize the images displayed on the display means, thus it can be expected that the player can enjoy more various effects in the gaming machine.

Description
Claims (6)
- A gaming machine (1) comprising:game result display means for displaying a game result thereon; andbeneficial state generating means (41) for generating a beneficial state for a player when a predetermined game result is displayed on the game result display means;
wherein common illumination means (29, 38a, 38b) for illuminating both the first display means and the second display means is provided. - The gaming machine (1) according to claim 1, wherein the common illumination means comprises front illumination means (38a, 38b) for illuminating the first display means from a front side thereof and rear illumination means (29) for illuminating the first illumination means from a rear side thereof.
- The gaming machine (1) according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the first display means includes a plurality of symbol display parts (3L, 3C, 3R) capable of variably displaying and stopping a symbol or plural symbols, and is constructed so that one of the symbol display parts positioned between the second display means and the common illumination means has light transmittance,
wherein the second display means is constructed from a liquid crystal display device (31) comprising a liquid crystal panel (34), light guide means (35) arranged at a rear side of the liquid crystal panel, individual illumination means (37a, 37b) for guiding light to the light guide means and reflection means (36) for reflecting light guided to the light guide means toward the liquid crystal panel positioned at a front side of the light guide means, and
wherein an area (36BL, 36BC, 36BR) of the reflection means corresponding to the symbol display part is made light transmitting part. - The gaming machine (1) according to claim 3, wherein the liquid crystal panel is set to a normally white state in which the first display means is seen and recognized from outside of the liquid crystal panel when the liquid crystal panel is not driven.
- The gaming machine (1) according to one of claims 1 ~ 4, further comprising:game start instruction means (10) which is operable by a player;internal winning combination determination means (43) for determining an internal winning combination based on an output from the game start instruction means; andgame result display control means (43, 73) for conducting display control of the game result display means based on a determined result by the internal winning combination determination means;
- The gaming machine according to one of claims 1 ~ 5, wherein the illumination means included in the common illumination means variably displays the symbols.
