Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a fitting arrangement for glass doors, with an upper fitting, which has a fitting body with a clamping device for the glass wing and with a vorschiebbaren bearing pin for engagement in an abutment on the skylight or the like and with a lower fitting with a fitting body with a clamping device for the Glass wing and with a receiving recess for a floor closer or floor storage.
Fitting arrangements are well known. As a rule, however, the fittings and the upper abutment, which is mounted on a skylight above the glass wing of the glass door, aligned transversely to the vertical axis of the glass door. This disturbs the overall visual impression, since the substantially vertical overall orientation of the glass door interrupted by transverse elements and perceived by the viewer as disturbing. In addition, often located next to the glass door side panel with included in the counter bearing, so that there is an overall somewhat chunky design.
Furthermore, as a result of this construction, upon pivoting of the glass wing between the front edge of the side part and the side part facing front edge of the glass wing form a gap in which you can easily pinch, resulting in painful injuries.

The clamping device has a receptacle for the glass cutout with two opposing clamping surfaces for lateral contact with the glass leaf. Due to this construction, an effective power transmission and a secure connection between fitting and door can be achieved.
So that the fastening devices for fastening the clamping devices on the glass wing do not obtrusively catch the eye, it is provided that the clamping device is provided with longitudinal grooves for receiving fastening screws, which pass through bolt holes in the clamping device and the holes in the glass wing.
In order to achieve a reinforcement of the grooves and to ensure a solid and play-free storage of the fastening screws even with prolonged use, a clamping insert is preferably provided for insertion into the grooves.
The clamping insert is provided according to an advantageous development with a receptacle for a cover. As a result, not only the overall visual impression of the fitting arrangement can be positively influenced, but it is also an adaptation to different colors, shapes, etc. possible.
The optical adjustment of the fitting arrangement according to the invention can be further improved if, according to a preferred embodiment, the fitting body and the counter bearing are covered by a panel.
The aperture is preferably according to the embodiment according to claim 1 of pieces of pipe which are slidable over the fitting body and the abutment.
It can be provided according to an embodiment that only the fitting body and the abutment are covered by the pipe. According to an alternative embodiment, the tube can also extend over the entire height of the glass wing. This design also serves as a pinch protection, as pinching between the side panel and the glass wing can be safely avoided by reducing the gap occurring.
In addition, the fitting arrangement according to the invention is not optically disturbing because it emphasizes the vertical orientation of the glass door due to its slim and graceful design. In addition, the aperture offers a wide scope for architectural and design variants.
So that the tube fits well in the overall picture of the door also in terms of appearance, according to an advantageous development, the tube is provided with a longitudinal slot and covers the rear end edge of the glass wing.
If the tubular panel extends over the entire height of the glass wing, is to increase the stability and clamping of the tube on the glass wing, preferably provided in the central region of the rear end edge of the glass wing, another fitting part. This fitting part may be formed similar to the upper or lower fitting.
To attach this fitting part holes are provided according to an advantageous development in the glass wing.
B. rund, halbrund, eckig, oval usw.To allow easy adaptation to any design variants, the panels can be provided in different colors and / or shapes, eg. B. round, semicircular, angular, oval, etc.
Thus, the aperture does not hinder the attachment of the fittings and in particular the accessibility of the mounting screws, the aperture is provided in an advantageous development with slots, which engage under the clamping insert or the cover. Thus, the Abdeckblende the clamping insert can be easily removed when access to the mounting screws is required.
Preferably, the upper or the lower fitting is covered in each case on its outwardly facing end face with a cap, which preferably consists of plastic.
In order for a simple and easy installation of the glass wing is possible, advantageously, the bearing pin is slidably mounted in the upper clamping device in the axial direction of this clamping device. Thus, the bearing pin can be easily inserted into the upper counter bearing.
With the fitting arrangement specified in
According to an advantageous development of the bearing pin is attached by at least one fastening screw to the fitting body and / or the clamping device for the all-glass wing. In this case, the fastening screw penetrates orthogonally to the central axis of the bearing journal in the journal or penetrates it. The fastening screw is inserted into a slot within the fitting body and / or the clamping device in order to make the bearing pin displaceable in the direction of the vertical axis. The thread of the fastening screw penetrates within the journal into a threaded hole. By tightening the mounting screw when the journal is extended, it is positively and positively connected to the fitting body and / or the clamping device.
The fact that the bearing pin is located within a blind bore, it is possible to introduce below the extended journal another screw, which also penetrates orthogonal to the central axis of the journal both the fitting body and / or the clamping device. The arrangement of the locking screw, namely offset by 180 ° to the mounting screw, it is not possible to disassemble the built-in glass wing with the door closed. This is only possible if on one side of the all-glass door on one side the locking screw and on the opposite side the fastening screw would be unscrewed or loosened. However, this means that the fitting and / or the clamping device must be accessible from both sides of the door leaf.
If only the locking screw removed after removing the cover on one side of the glass door, so can not be lowered due to the construction of the bearing pin, because the mounting screw holds the bearing pin in position even if the Securing screw is removed. This results from the fact that the fixing screw offset by 180 ° to the locking screw, in this case within the room, is accessible. Only after opening the all-glass door, the fastening screw can also be released and thus immerse the bearing pin in the fitting body and / or the clamping device. This is only possible if the locking screw has been completely removed. When removing the locking screw, the lower part of the blind bore into which the bearing pin is inserted, released.
In another case, a person would solve only the fastening screw, so the bearing pin can not dip down into the blind hole due to the screwed on the opposite side locking screw.
It is clear that such a configuration of the locking screw and the fastening screw of the bearing journal is a simple, but effective backup of the journal is given. The adjustability when inserting the glass door is not affected by the measure of the locking screw. It is irrelevant how constructive the fitting is made.

Directly below the end of the
If one were to remove the locking
The situation, namely removal of the retaining
