Claims (10)
- Steckverbinder für einen ringgewellten Außenleiter (52) aufweisende Koaxialkabel, mit einem Steckerkopf (1), der kabelseitig eine Kegelringfläche (11) hat, die zur innenseitigen Kontaktierung des Stirnrandbereiches des Kabelaußenleiters (52) bestimmt ist, sowie mit einem den Kabelaußenleiter umschließenden, in radialer Richtung auffederbaren Klemmelement, das im montierten Zustand von einem mit dem Steckerkopf (1) verschraubbaren Druckglied umschlossen und axial in Richtung der Kegelringfläche (11) des Steckerkopfes (1) belastet ist, so dass der Stirnrandbereich des Kabelaußenleiters (52) zwischen der Kegelringfläche (11) und einer Gegenfläche des Klemmelementes elektrisch kontaktiert und mechanisch geklemmt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die Kegelringfläche (11) des Steckerkopfes (1) an dessen kabelseitigem Stirnrand ausgebildet ist,dass das Druckglied eine Hülse (4) mit einem Innengewinde ist, das in ein Außengewinde (14) des Steckerkopfes (1) eingreift,dass das Klemmelement ein einseitig offener Klemmring (6) ist, der in einer gestuften Innennut (4.1, 4.3) der Hülse (4) sitzt, welche Innennut steckseitig einen ersten, größeren Durchmesser und kabelseitig einen zweiten, kleineren Durchmesser hat,wobei der Übergang (4.2) zwischen den beiden Durchmessern der gestuften Innennut (4.1, 4.3) im Zusammenwirken mit dem kabelseitigen Stirnrand des Klemmringes (6) so gestaltet ist, dass der Klemmring (6) während des Verschraubens der Hülse (4) mit dem Steckerkopf (1) unter radialer Kompression den Stirnrandbereich des Kabelaußenleiters (52) gegen die Kegelringfläche (11) des Steckerkopfes spannt.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Klemmring (6) einen Querschnitt entsprechend einem Dreieck mit abgestumpfter Spitze hat.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Übergang zwischen dem größeren Durchmesser und dem kleineren Durchmesser der Innennut (4.1, 4.3) konusartig ausgebildet ist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steckerkopf (1), axial beabstandet von seiner kabelseitigen Stirnfläche um etwa den halben Abstand zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Wellenbergen des Kabelaußenleiters (52), eine umlaufende Ringschulter, entsprechend einer Verkleinerung des Steckerkopfinnendurchmessers von dem Durchmesser des Kabeldielektrikums (51) auf den zur Erhaltung eines konstanten Wellenwiderstandes erforderlichen Wert, hat.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steckerkopf (1) steckseitig von seinem Außengewinde (14) eine Umfangsnut (15) hat, deren Tiefe geringer als der Durchmesser eines in die Nut eingelegten O-Ringes (5) ist.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umfangsnut (15) einen Vormontagezustand definiert, in welchem der steckseitige Stirnrand der Hülse (4) gegen den O-Ring (5) anliegt und der in der Innenut mit dem größeren Durchmesser (4.1) aufgenommene Klemmring (6) zwischen seiner Gegenfläche (6.3) und der Kegelringfläche (11) des Steckerkopfes einen Umfangsspalt zur Aufnahme des Stirnrandbereiches des Kabelaußenleiters (52) freiläßt.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf dem Steckerkopf (1) verliersicher ein Schraubüberwurf (30) sitzt, dessen kleinster Innendurchmesser etwa gleich dem Außendurchmesser des Steckerkopfes (1) ist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Hülse (4) eine elastische Profildichtung (7) angeordnet ist, die mindestens eine ringförmige Lippe (7.1) hat, die nach dem Aufschieben des Steckverbinders auf das Kabel in ein Wellental des Kabelaußenleiters (52) zu liegen kommt und die nach dem Verspannen des Steckverbinders mit dem Kabel durch Aufschrauben der Hülse (4) auf den Steckerkopf (1) den Kabelaußenleiter etwa in Höhe eines Wellenberges dicht umschließt.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profildichtung (7) in der Hülse (4) formschlüssig festgelegt ist.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profildichtung (7) hülsenförmig ausgebildet ist und zur Kabelseite hin axial beabstandet von ihrer Lippe (7.1) mindestens eine weitere Lippe (7.2) hat, die zur dichtenden Anlage an den Kabelmantel (53) bestimmt ist.
