Claims (3)

  1. Ein Verbinder für elektrische Systeme, der ein erstes Gehäuse (2) umfasst, das Stifte (4) umfasst und mit einem zweiten Gehäuse (3) verbunden werden kann, das Buchsen (5) umfasst, wobei das erste Gehäuse (2) mit dem zweiten Gehäuse (3) durch eine Verankerungshebel-Verbindung gekoppelt werden kann, die aus einem Verankerungshebel (6) besteht, der drehgelenkig an einem der Gehäuse (2, 3) angebracht ist und der ausgebildet ist, um in zwei Nasen (7) einzugreifen, die mit dem anderen Gehäuse (2, 3) verknüpft sind,
    wobei der Verankerungshebel (6) ist monolithisch,
    wobei der Verankerungshebel (6) Referenzglieder (8, 9) umfasst, die eine konturierte Feder (10) halten, welche der Nase (7) des dazugehörigen Gehäuses Verankerung bietet,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feder (10) eine geschlossene Kontur hat, wodurch über die Zeit größere Elastizität und Stabilität bereitgestellt werden,
    wobei die Feder (10) eine Spitze (12) in einem Kopplungsbereich hat, wobei die Spitze (12) ausgebildet ist, um sicherzustellen, dass der Eingriff mit dem Drehzapfen selbst unter kritischen Bedingungen aufrechterhalten wird, zum Beispiel bei Vorhandensein von Vibrationen oder Stößen,
    wobei ein Referenzglied (9) an einer rechteckigen Öffnung (13) geformt ist, für den Klemmvorgang zum Halten der konturierten Feder (10) an Ort und Stelle,
    wobei ein Referenzglied (8) sicher stellt, dass die konturierte Feder (10) sich beim Verankern nicht biegt oder nach innen bewegt.
  2. Der Verbinder gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verankerungshebel (6) einen Griff (14) hat, der von dem Bediener ergriffen werden kann, um den Verbinder zu öffnen oder zu schließen.
  3. Der Verbinder gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er zwei Verankerungshebel (6) umfasst.
