Abstract

Arrangement for adjustably attaching sanitary objects comprises a wall pole having a continuous guide profile for guiding a slide (6), and at least one holder (2) for fixing the wall pole on a wall or similar object, which leaves free the part of the guide profile guiding the slide. Description

The invention is based on an arrangement with which a sanitary object, for example a hand shower, can be adjustably mounted in height. Usually this vertical wall bars are used, which are usually mounted at a small distance in front of the wall. For attachment serve two holders, one holder at the top and one at the bottom. The holders also form the end of the wall bar. A slide guided on the wall bar, on which the shower is fixed, can be moved over the entire length of the wall bar, but not beyond the upper or lower end.

Also known are guides in the form of more complex profiles, which are usually designed as a hollow profile. Here is a guide for the slide may be formed by a groove open to the front or to a rear side.

In a known device of the holder of shower fittings ( EP 76906 ) is a hollow profile with an open towards the front groove for guiding a slider. The holder for mounting the hollow profile on the wall engage the upper and lower end side of the hollow profile.

The invention is based on the object to provide an arrangement for the adjustable attachment of sanitary objects, in which greater freedom in the type of attachment are given.

To solve this problem, the invention proposes an arrangement with the features mentioned in claim 1. Further developments of the invention are the subject of dependent claims.

The at least one holder for the wall bar is reduced according to the teachings of the invention to its actual function. Its task is to hold the wall bar without simultaneously forming the conclusion up or down. If such a conclusion is desired, a closing element, such as a rosette, either in the then free end of the profile or even be attached to the holder. For example, if a wall bar is fastened to such a holder at the top and bottom, it is still possible to remove only the end rosette, and then to extend and replace the slider.

The invention is applicable for example in such wall bars, in which the slider slides on the outside of the wall bar. For the actual holder, only a small point on the slide needs to be released.

Another embodiment of the wall bar made possible by the invention is to construct it from several sections and then to string them together. It is thereby possible to build wall bars of different lengths through modular individual pieces. This can be done in the simplest case so that the wall sections one behind the other be attached with one or two holders. Alignment can be done by attachment alone.

The invention proposes to design the holder so that it can be connected to the wall bar in its end region.

In particular, it can be provided that the holder is connected by plugging, latching or other possibilities to be carried out without tools with the wall bar, without having to be screwed to the wall bar. The determination of the wall bar in the holder can be done by screwing two wall brackets to the wall and extending the wall bar between them.

According to the invention, the arrangement may comprise a plurality of at least partially identical holders. If necessary, the holders can also be connected in reverse orientation with the wall bar.

It was mentioned that it is possible to build the wall bar from single sections. Since the holder leaves the guide profile free, then the slider can be pushed through the interface between the two sections. According to the invention, it is provided that at least one holder is designed for connection to two wall rod sections to be arranged in mutual extension. The orientation and orientation of the two wall bar sections can thus be done by a holder. At the separation point between the two wall bar sections then only a single holder needs to be present.

In a further development of the invention, the at least one holder may have two opposite connecting portions, one of which for connection to a closing rosette or other wall bar end is trained. This training may differ from that intended for connection with the wall rod portion training, since the wall rod portion is still supported at its opposite end by another holder. The connecting section for the closing rosette or the wall bar end can serve to securely hold this element, in particular, the connecting section may have a device for positive and / or non-positive fixing of the end element.

Nevertheless, it can also be provided here that both connecting sections of a holder have guide means for the wall bar sections.

According to the invention it can be provided that the two connecting portion of a holder are separated by a web surface, which forms a parting line in composite elements. The web surface may be formed as a narrow circumferential projection, which also offers a certain design options visually. In individual cases, the web surface can also be made wider, especially if you want to attach more parts to her.

For attaching the holder to the wall may be provided an opening for the insertion of a screw, said opening is preferably arranged in the connecting portion, which is intended for fixing the closure element.

By way of example, the wall bar can have a groove forming the guide profile, which is open either toward the back, but in particular towards the front of the wall bar. This groove is then released by the holder as well. FIG. 1 shows a wall bar, which is to be composed of an upper wall bar portion 1 a and a lower wall bar portion 1 b. Both wall bar sections 1 a, 1 b have the same cross-section, but in the illustrated case different length. At the connection point between the two rod sections 1a, 1b, which is shown in an exploded view, a holder 2 is shown, which has approximately a U-shape. In web of the U there is an opening through which a screw can be inserted, with which the holder 2 can be screwed for example to a wall. The assembly is done in the following order. First, the middle holder 2 is screwed to the wall. FIG. 1 shows in a shortened representation of the profile of the wall bar 1 a. The profile is a hollow profile that has a closed circumference. In the interior of the hollow profile, the side wings of the holder 2 engage. For this purpose, the corresponding guide surfaces 12 bear against the insides of the profile. Since the holder 2 engage in the cavity of the profile, they leave the cross section of the groove 5 completely free. The groove 5 forms the guide profile for the slider 6. The web surface 8 has an outer periphery which corresponds to the outer periphery of the profile of the wall rod. As a result, no part of the web projects beyond the profile cross-section of the groove 5 into it.

The two in FIG. 2 shown holders are constructed identically, although they are arranged differently. One of the two connecting sections is specifically designed for the connection with a closing element, but can also be used for insertion and thus guiding into the cavity of the profile of the wall bar 1. Although in the connecting portion 2 a, the guide surfaces 12 for the profile of the wall bar 1 is slightly shorter than in the other area, but this is sufficient for the leadership completely. The resilient projection 10 can be pushed back so that it does not interfere further. A positive fixing in the axial direction is not required in the wall bars, as they are always secured at both ends by a corresponding holder 2.

In contrast, it is not necessary that a holder 2 has two connecting portions 2 a for connection to a closing element, since no case occurs where two end members are to be attached directly abutting one another.

The lower end element 4, see FIG. 1 , is constructed so that it has practically the same profile as the wall bar, except that this profile is not open at the bottom. The closing element 4 continues the groove 5. Through this end element, the hose can hang through.

FIG. 3 shows a further embodiment in which the wall rod 21 is also formed as a hollow profile, with an open towards the front groove 5, which forms the profile for the guidance of the slider. In this embodiment, a holder could also be shaped so that it engages with its two connecting portions in the interior 22 of the hollow profile. But it is also conceivable that the holder is shaped so that it engages with two lateral rod-like profiles in the two laterally open profiles 23 of the wall rod 21. Preferred is an embodiment in which it engages in the interior 22 of the hollow profile.

While the two previously discussed embodiments relate to hollow sections in which an open groove serves as a guide profile, show FIGS. 4 and 5 a simplified embodiment with a circular cross-section wall rod in which a slide slides on the outside of the wall rod along. 1. Arrangement for the adjustable attachment of sanitary fittings, with

   1.2 at least one holder (2, 34) which serves to attach the wall rail (1, 21, 31) to a wall or similar, where

   1.3 the at least one holder (2, 34) leaves the part of the guide profile free which serves to guide the slider (6),

   1.4 the at least one holder (2, 34) is designed to connect with two wall rail sections (1 a, 1 b, 31 a, 31 b) which are to be arranged in such a way as to form extensions of each other,
2. Arrangement according to Claim 1, in which the at least one holder (2, 34) can be connected to the wall rail (1, 21, 31) or the wall rail sections (1 a, 1 b; 31 a, 31 b) at their end region.
3. Arrangement according to Claim 1 or 2, in which at least one holder (2, 34) can be connected to the wall rail (1, 21, 31) or the wall rail sections (1 a, 1 b; 31 a, 31 b) by means of insertion, hooking in or similar.
4. Arrangement according to one of the preceding claims, with several at least partly identically-designed holders (2, 34).
