Claims (4)

  1. A mast base for a windsurfing sail, comprising a tightening device for cables and the like, wherein the tightening device is arranged at the mast base of a windsurfing sail,

  3. A mast base as claimed in claim 1 or 2, characterized in that a ratchet lever (5, 7), a crank or an electric drive is provided for driving the clamping disk (6).
  4. A mast base as claimed in one of the claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the clamping disk (6) is provided on its wedge surfaces with a profiling.
