Claims (7)
- Method of reeling up thin metal strip (1), particularly hot-rolled or cold-rolled thin steel strip, on a reeling mandrel (3a), which is adjusted in diameter, wherein at the beginning the coil inner windings (12) are wound on the set reeling mandrel diameter and after winding of the coil (11) to finished state the reeling mandrel (3a) is withdrawn or the coil (11) is pulled off, wherein one or more profile elevations or profile depressions are introduced at the circumference in one or in several mutually adjacent inner windings (12), characterised in that as profile elevations or profile depressions profile grooves (17) are impressed over the circumference by the rotationally driven reeling mandrel (3a), which is provided with profile beads (16), during winding of the metal strip (1).
- Method according to claim 1, characterised in that one or more profile grooves (17) are impressed into one or more mutually adjacent inner windings (12) at the circumference by way of the rotationally driven reeling mandrel (3a), which is provided with profile beads (16), during the rotation.
- Method according to one of claims 1 and 2, characterised in that after winding the first winding (12) on the reeling mandrel (3a) a subsequent spreading is carried out and the profile grooves (17) are impressed into the inner windings (12) by a force dependent on strip and material.
- Method according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that strip thicknesses in the order of magnitude of 0.4 to 1.8 millimetres are processed.
- Device for reeling thin metal strip (1), particularly hot-rolled or cold-rolled thin steel strip, by a drivable reeling mandrel (3a), which is adjustable in diameter by means of spreadable segments (3b) and is settable to a winding inner diameter (14) and to a diameter for release of the finished coil (11), characterised in that the segments (3b) are provided with segment-shaped profile beads (16).
- Device according to claim 5, characterised in that segment-shaped profile beads (16) are exchangeable and are adaptable in width and height to the metal strip (1).
- Device according to one of claims 5 and 6 , characterised in that the width and height of the profile beads (16) can be fixed in dependence on the strip thickness and the material properties.
