Claims (17)
- Karde mit einer, eine Ganzstahlgarnitur aufweisenden Trommel (2) und einem Wanderdeckelapparat mit eine Garnitur (6) aufweisenden Deckelstäben (23), wobei die Deckelgarnitur Häkchen (8) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Häkchen (8) einen Hinterschliff in einem Winkel (α) kleiner 5 Grad aufweisen.
- Karde nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine durch den Hinterschliff geformte Hinterschlifffläche (13) eben ausgebildet ist, das heißt, dass der Hinterschliffwinkel (α) 0 Grad beträgt.
- Karde (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest die Hinterschliffflächen (13) aller Häkchen (8) eines Deckelstabes (23) im Wesentlichen in einer Ebene liegen.
- Karde (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Hinterschliffflächen (13) der Häkchen (8) des Deckelstabes (23) dieselbe Entfernung zu einer Deckelstabebene (24) aufweisen.
- Karde nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Hinterschlifffläche (13) eine Länge aufweist, die mindestens dem 0,5fachen der größten Häkchenquerschnittsabmessung entspricht.
- Karde nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hinterschlifffläche (13) ein Längen/Breitenverhältnis von größer 3,5 aufweist.
- Karde nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hinterschlifffläche (13) eine Breite von kleiner 0,1 mm, bevorzugt 0,07 mm, aufweist.
- Karde nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Häkchen (8) in Richtung Hinterschlifffläche (13) aufeinander zulaufende Seitenflächen (15) aufweisen, die eine vertikale Höhe von mindestens 1,5 mm zur Hinterschlifffläche (13) aufweisen.
- Karde (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils zwei Häkchen (8) aus einem U-förmig gebogenen Drahtstück geformt sind.
- Karde nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Drahtstück in einer Gewebekonstruktion verankert ist.
- Karde nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der Hinterschlifffläche (13) und der vorderen Bearbeitungsfläche (22) des Häkchens (8) ein Winkel (γ) größer 60 Grad, bevorzugt größer 70 Grad, aufgespannt ist.
- Karde (1) nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel (y) kleiner 90 Grad, bevorzugt 80 Grad, beträgt.
- Karde (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest die Häkchen (8) aus einem legierten Kohlenstoffstahl bestehen.
- Karde oder Krempel (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Häkchen (8) wärmebehandelt sind.
- Karde (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gesamthöhe der Häkchen (8) kleiner 9,0 mm beträgt.
- Karde (1) nach einen der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trommelumfangsgeschwindigkeit größer als 1300 m/min ist, eine Höhe der Trommelgarnitur kleiner als 3 mm ist, ein Brustwinkel der Zähne der Trommelgarnitur größer als 25° und insbesondere größer gleich 30° ist, und die Fußbreite der Trommelgarnitur kleiner als 0,8 mm insbesondere kleiner als 0,7 mm ist.
- Deckelgarnitur zum Einsatz in einer Karde (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15.
