Definitions
- the invention relates to a box container according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
- Box containers are containers that are nested in an empty state to better transport them.
- the containers have a rectangular cross-section and the side walls are slightly conical towards the bottom, so that a second uniform container can be placed in the rectangular opening of the container.
- a pivotally mounted support strut limits the rectangular opening of the container, so that the bottom of a uniform container can stand on the support struts.
- a box container in which provided on the opposite shorter side walls U-shaped support struts, which can be brought into three different positions (Fig. 3).
- the support strut has a pivot bearing, which is arranged at a distance from the end wall in the edge region, and thus can be pivoted between a projecting into the opening of the container and an opening releasing position. Furthermore, the support strut can be pivoted over the releasing position, wherein it bears against the side wall, down to a stop, so that a second same container can be stacked deeper into the first container.
- the ends of the support struts are loosely guided in an open guide and can therefore fall out of the container when it is turned over. In order to bring the support strut in the lower position, the ends must be pushed inwards, so that it can be brought out over a backdrop. The locking of the support strut in the two upper positions is not guaranteed.
- the present invention is based on the object of specifying a box container in which the support struts or brackets are better managed so that they can not fall out of the container and the bracket can be locked in any position.
- the invention has the great advantage that the pivoting bracket is always held in a guide and can be locked in the various positions.
- the bracket of the inventive container can also be particularly easy to bring in the different positions.
- two identical rectangular box containers 1 and 1 ' are shown in perspective view in partial section, each having a bottom plate 2, two longer side walls 3 and two shorter side walls 4.
- the side walls 3 and 4 are slightly conical towards the bottom 2.
- two brackets 7 are pivotally mounted in a semicircular groove 8 in the wall 9 of the side walls 3.
- the groove is bounded by a protruding semicircular tabs 10 which is at a right angle to the shorter side wall 4.
- the brackets 7 have an elbow 11 and an outwardly bent end 12, which is held in a T-shaped opening 13 in the edge 6.
- a longitudinal groove 14 is provided at the bottom of the edge 6 at the shorter side walls 4, so that the brackets 7 can be sunk (see FIG. 2).
- the rectangular bottom plate 2 also has shorter sides than the dimensions of the upper free opening 15 of the container 1, so that a second identical container 1 'can be placed in the container 1.
- a small, round recess 16 is provided in the groove 8, so that the bracket 7 are latched there and so protrude into the free opening 15 of the container 1, that the container 1 'in a middle position can be nested in the lower container 1.
- the container 1 may be filled to about half with goods or goods.
- in particular rectangular openings 17 are provided as handles, whereby the container 1 can be easily touched and repealed.
- FIG. 2 shows the same box containers 1 and 1 'with the two brackets 7 in the position B which releases the opening.
- the bracket 7 is engaged on both sides in another small round recess 18 at the end of the groove 8 and is more or less flush with the lower edge of the openings 17, so that these openings 17 are only slightly covered by the bracket 7.
- the brackets 7 can be pushed through the openings 17 from the position B to the position A ( Figure 1).
- the container 1 ' With the two brackets 7 in the position B, the container 1 'can be completely nested in the container 1, ie the edge 6 of the container 1' lies on the edge 6.
- the bracket 7 lie in the longitudinal grooves 14, so that they flush are with the inner wall of the container 1.
- FIG. 4 shows the same position A as in FIG. 1 in a bottom view.
- the ribbed bottom 20 is visible with two longitudinal grooves 21, which serve to receive the bracket 7.
- the bracket 7 is thus pivotally guided on a semicircle formed by the groove 8 from the position A for stacking at a medium height (Fig. 1) on the one hand in the position B for the box (Fig. 2) and on the other hand in the position C. for normal stacking (Fig. 3).
- the small recesses 16, 18 and the gate 19 are used together with the T-shaped opening 13 in the edge 6 to lock the bracket 7 on the elbow 11.
- the necessary clearance to bring the bracket 7 out of the respective locking position is thereby released from the T-shaped opening 13, i. by lifting the bracket 7, the bent end 12 is urged into another corner of the T-shaped opening 13, whereby the bracket 7 comes to rest in the groove 8.
- bracket 7 for example, is not fully engaged in the position B, this is automatically pressed in the nesting of a same container 1 'in the locking position B. In all positions A, B and C, the rectangular openings or handles 17 are largely released from the bracket 7.
- a label holder 22 is also provided in the shorter side walls 4 at about half height, which in the nested position ( Figure 2) is at the same height as the rectangular opening 17 of the bottom one Container 1 comes to rest, and thus is still readable. Also in the other positions C (Fig. 3) and A (Fig. 1), the label holder 22 of the upper container 1 'is not covered by the underlying container 1.
- bracket 7 would suffice on one side of the container 1, wherein the opposite side is to be provided with a steeper side wall 4 and a protruding inner edge.

Description
The invention relates to a box container according to the preamble of
Box containers are containers that are nested in an empty state to better transport them. The containers have a rectangular cross-section and the side walls are slightly conical towards the bottom, so that a second uniform container can be placed in the rectangular opening of the container. In order for such box containers in the filled state are also stackable, there are various proposals, with a pivotally mounted support strut limits the rectangular opening of the container, so that the bottom of a uniform container can stand on the support struts.

In the figures, the same reference numerals have been used for the same elements and first explanations apply to all figures, unless expressly stated otherwise.
In FIG. 1, two identical
The
As can be seen in the figures, a
It is understood by those skilled in the art that even a
