Abstract
Disclosed is a form-fitting connection between a piece of wire (4) and an injection-molded plastic body (1), particularly for eyeglasses. One end of the piece of wire (4) is anchored in the molded body (1) via two adjacent sections of a holding device. Die parallelen Befestigungsstifte ergeben außerdem eine verdrehsichere Halterung des Drahtstückes gegenüber dem Formstück, was vorteilhafte Befestigungsbedingungen schaft. Nachteilig bei dieser Befestigung über parallele Befestigungsstifte ist vor allem der mit dem Anlöten oder Anschweißen verbundene, erhöhte Konstruktionsaufwand, wobei die Löt- bzw. Schweißstellen korrosionsgefährdet sind und die Bruchgefahr vergrößern, wenn das Drahtstück gegenüber dem es haltenden Formstück, beispielsweise zum Anpassen der Nasenauflage einer Brille, gebogen werden soll.

Trotzdem kann eine axial gesicherte Halterung des Endes des Drahtstückes im Formkörper aus Kunststoff erzielt werden, wenn der Formkörper eine an die Haarnadelform des Drahtendes angepaßte, eine Hinterschneidung bildende Steckaufnahme für das Drahtende aufweist, weil die Hinterschneidung mit dem die Hinterschneidung hintergreifenden Abschnitt des haarnadelförmigen Drahtendes ein Ausziehen des Drahtendes aus der Steckaufnahme verhindert. Eine an ein solches Drahtende angepaßte Steckaufnahme bildet allerdings eine Hinterschneidung, die kaum entformt werden kann. Es wird daher vorteilhaft der sich beim Einsatz eines runden Drahtstückes zwischen den beiden Schenkeln des haarnadelförmigen Endes ergebende Zwickelbereich für die axiale Verankerung des Drahtstückes in der Steckaufnahme herangezogen, indem die Steckaufnahme in diese Zwik- kelbereiche vorstehende Wand abschnitte bildet. Diese vorstehenden Wandabschnitte legen sich vor den die beiden Schenkel miteinander verbindenden, gebogenen Steg des haarnadelförmigen Endes und verhindert somit ein Ausziehen des Drahtstückes aus der Steckaufnahme des Formkörpers. Die Negativform der Steckaufnahme für den die beiden Schenkel miteinander verbindenden Steg des Drahtendes braucht nicht zwangsläufig mit einer Hinterschneidung der in den Zwickelbereich zwischen den beiden Schenkeln vorstehende Wandabschnitte versehen zu werden.
