Claims (10)
- Leuchtenanordnung, insbesondere für Lichtbandsysteme, mit einer Tragschiene (2), welche eine Durchgangsverdrahtung (3) mit einem Schutzleiter (4) und elektrische Adapter (5) sowie einen Geräteträger (7) für Betriebsgeräte und Leuchtmittel aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur elektrischen Verbindung des Schutzleiters (4) der Durchgangsverdrahtung (3) und wenigstens der Tragschiene (2) ein Erdungsblech (10) vorgesehen ist, und
dass das Erdungsblech (10) auf oder an dem elektrischen Adapter (5) fixierbar und mit diesem und der Durchgangsverdrahtung (3) in der Tragschiene (2) montierbar ist. - Leuchtenanordnung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Erdungsblech (10) derart ausgebildet ist, dass die Befestigung an oder auf dem elektrischen Adapter (5) in eine mechanisierte Montage der Durchgangsverdrahtung (3) integrierbar ist. - Leuchtenanordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Erdungsblech (10) aus einem nichtrostenden, federnden Stahlblech oder einem federnden Stahlblech mit einem nichtrostenden Überzug durch einen Stanz-Biege-Vorgang herstellbar ist. - Leuchtenanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Erdungsblech (10) einen Steckkontakt (11) für die elektrische Verbindung mit dem Schutzleiter (4) im Bereich des elektrischen Adapters (5) und zwei Federbügel (12) mit Schneidkanten für die elektrische Verbindung mit der Tragschiene (2) aufweist. - Leuchtenanordnung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Erdungsblech (10) im Querschnitt U-förmig ausgebildet ist und an einer Verbindungsfläche (14) die Federbügel (12) als vertikale Schenkel sowie der Steckkontakt (11) stiftförmig ausgebildet sind. - Leuchtenanordnung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Erdungsblech (10) komplementär zu dem elektrischen Adapter (5) und einem deckenseitigen Profilbereich (25) der Tragschiene (2) ausgebildet ist und dass der Steckkontakt (11) in Aufsteckrichtung an dem Erdungsblech (10) angeformt ist und bei montierter Durchgangsverdrahtung (3) den Kontakt des Adapters (5) für den Schutzleiter (4) kontaktiert. - Leuchtenanordnung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der deckenseitige Profilbereich (25) der Tragschiene beidseitig einer oberen Grundfläche (23) ein Rast- oder Klemmprofil (24) aufweist und dass die Federbügel (12) des Erdungsblechs (10) zum Verrasten oder Hintergreifen des Rast- oder Klemmprofils (24) ausgebildet sind. - Leuchtenanordnung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneidkanten (13) derart an den Federbügeln (12) des Erdungsblechs (10) ausgebildet sind, dass sie im montierten Zustand der Durchgangsverdrahtung (3) im Bereich des Rast- oder Klemmprofils (24) der Tragschiene (2) elektrisch leitend anliegen. - Leuchtenanordnung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tragschiene (2) aus verzinktem, lackierten Stahlblech besteht und dass das Erdungsblech (10) derart ausgebildet ist, dass die Schneidkanten (13) der Federbügel (12) des Erdungsblechs (10) bei der Montage die Lackierung bis zu der Verzinkung der Tragschiene (2) aufkratzen. - Leuchtenanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Durchgangsverdrahtung (3) und die Schutzleiterverbindung der Tragschiene (2) mit Hilfe der elektrischen Adapter (5) und Erdungsbleche (10) in einer Montagevorrichtung herstellbar ist.
