Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Herstellen eines Gründungselementes (5) im Boden mit einem Bodenbearbeitungsgerät (10) zum Lösen von Bodenmaterial in einem Bodenbereich (6), einer Zuführeinrichtung zum Zuführen einer Flüssigkeit zum gelösten Bodenmaterial und einer Mischeinrichtung zum Vermischen des gelösten Bodenmaterials im Bodenbereich mit der Flüssigkeit zu einer abbindbaren Suspension (20). Eine solche Vorrichtung weist eine Abfördereinrichtung zum Abfördern von Suspension aus einem ersten Abschnitt des Bodenbereichs und eine Rückfördereinrichtung zum Rückfördern zumindest eines Teils der abgeförderten Suspension in einen zweiten Abschnitt des Bodenbereichs auf. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Gründungselementes im Boden. The invention relates to a device for producing a foundation element (5) in the ground with a soil cultivation device (10) for dissolving soil material in a bottom region (6), a supply device for supplying a liquid to the dissolved soil material and a mixing device for mixing the dissolved soil material in the bottom region with the liquid to a settable suspension (20). Such a device has a removal device for removing suspension from a first section of the bottom region and a return conveyor device for returning at least a portion of the removed suspension into a second section of the bottom region. The invention further relates to a method for producing a foundation element in the ground.
