Definitions
- the invention further relates to a water tank for a Toilet, in particular a toilet or urinal, comprising a Container for storing water, which has an inlet to the Introduce the water and an outlet having drain for draining the water into the toilet bowl has during a rinsing process, as well as a Device to protect against water pollution through the toilet water in the toilet bowl, the protective device in the direction of flow in front of the water tank is arranged.
- the invention relates a toilet with a corresponding water box.
- Water tanks also called cisterns, that are neither rigid Walls must have a typical box shape known for storing water, which for the rinsing process in the case of a toilet, in particular a toilet or urinal, is needed.
- Water tanks are usually above of the toilet bowl mounted on the wall.
- a such assembly is very simple and therefore inexpensive, but has the disadvantage of a visible water tank.
- it offers a more visually appealing solution flush mounting or mounting under a separate Stand wall, which is much more complex and therefore is more expensive. Flush mounting is also not without more later, for example when renovating a bathroom, possible.
- a free outlet is, for example, in the standard DIN EN 1717.
- a free outlet prevents contaminated substances from flowing back Liquid in the drinking water installation, prevents backflow in the present case of the water used during the rinsing process in the Fresh water pipe system. Since the free outlet according to State of the art between the naturally pressurized Fresh water pipe system and the water tank is provided and seen in the flow direction behind the there is free discharge of atmospheric pressure, the Water in the water tank is pressurized again to get out of the water tank of the water tank to get into the toilet bowl.
- the present invention is based on the object to further develop the water tank mentioned at the beginning, that considering the in many States imposed purity requirements on simple and inexpensive way of sufficient water pressure can be generated for the rinsing process.
- the previously derived and shown task for one Water box for a toilet, especially a toilet or Urinal comprising a container for storing water, the one inlet for introducing the water and one a discharge opening for discharge of water in the toilet bowl during a flushing process has, as well as a device for protection against pollution of water through the one in the toilet bowl Toilet water, dissolved in that the container is a pressure vessel and a valve in the area of the drain that can be opened during the rinsing process, wherein the pressure vessel can be pressurized is that is suitable for water without using a slope through the outlet opening of the drain into the toilet bowl to direct, and that the protective device in Flow direction is arranged behind the valve.
- the protective device that holds the water to protect against pollution, instead of between the fresh water pipe system and the water tank, now arranged between the water tank and the toilet bowl.
- the invention provides that the water tank to store the water a pressure vessel has, which can be emptied via a valve. Thereby it is now in compliance with all purity regulations possible, naturally in the fresh water pipe system existing water pressure also in the water tank of the water tank and for the rinsing process to use.
- the device to protect against water pollution which is downstream of the pressure vessel advantageously by an air gap or at least a ventilation opening between the outlet of the Drain and the toilet bowl formed. In this way is a backflow of the water used for rinsing excluded in the fresh water pipe system. It will even achieved that not even the pressure vessel of the water tank due to flushing water flowing back can be contaminated, which from a hygienic point of view is particularly advantageous.
- the protective device through a type A1 pipe interrupter with permanent Connection to the atmosphere established according to DIN EN 1717.
- the protective device can also be equipped with a free outlet according to DIN EN 1717 with one outlet opening and an inlet opening are formed, wherein the outlet opening of the free outlet through the outlet opening of the process is formed.
- the flow rate of the water additionally introduced into the toilet bowl increases the inlet opening of the free spout is funnel-shaped.
- the outlet opening form the free outlet nozzle-shaped.
- the inventive solution that the pressure of the fresh water pipe system can be used. It is for that an advantage if the inlet of the water tank is immediate is connected to the fresh water pipe system. It is also conceivable, between fresh water pipe system and water tank to provide a further protective device, which is designed such that the pressure is indirect or directly on the pressure tank of the water tank is transmitted, in particular a backflow preventing Device, for example a valve.
- the outlet opening of the drain of the water tank arranged above the overflow of the toilet bowl is.
- a free outlet such as it was previously described, implemented particularly easily as the water from above with additional use gravity, but also the pressure in the water tank, gets into the inlet opening of the free outlet, with a distance of air, by the water does not touch any pipe parts.
- valve arranged in the area of the drain which the water under pressure in the pressure vessel an actuating mechanism for the purpose of flushing releases, is advantageously in the highest point of the Water box, especially at the highest point of the process of the water box arranged. In this way, the operating mechanism acting on the valve by the user be handled in a simple manner.
- the Drain connected to the lower part of the pressure vessel. This ensures that the process before and is always filled with water during the rinsing process and no air possibly in the pressure vessel through the Expired.
- the previously derived and shown task for one Water box for a toilet, especially a toilet or Urinal comprising a container for storing water, the one inlet for introducing the water and one a discharge opening for discharge of water in the toilet bowl during a flushing process has, as well as a device for protection against pollution of water through the one in the toilet bowl Toilet water, with the protective device in Flow direction is arranged in front of the water tank, thereby solved that the drain in the lower part of the water tank connected to this that the water tank connected to a compressed air tank via a valve is that the compressed air tank one by means of water air pump driven in the fresh water pipe system, in particular upstream of a diaphragm or piston pump is and that in the area of the inlet an inlet valve is provided.
- This Compressed air tank is over for purge purposes actuable valve with the water tank of the water tank connected.
- a second valve is in the area the inlet into the water tank.
- the valve connected to the compressed air tank is opened, so that the compressed air takes the water over the bottom spout in the toilet bowl suppressed.
- the rinsing process closes the valve connected to the compressed air tank and the inlet valve opens, so that new water in the Flow in the water tank while the residual air escapes can.
- inlet valve It is conceivable to have one in the area of the inlet valve provide free spout. In this case it would exist Inlet valve consisting of two individual valves, one being the The outlet of the free spout closes if none Water should flow into the water tank, and where the second valve before the flushing process, for the compressed air gets into the water tank, closes. It is also conceivable to design the inlet valve as a single valve, in which case the free run according to the regulations already exists beforehand, based on the flow direction of the water, must be realized. This can be in front of or behind the water powered Be an air pump.
- the previously derived and shown task for one Water box for a toilet, especially a toilet or Urinal comprising a container for storing water, the one inlet for introducing the water and one a discharge opening for discharge of water in the toilet bowl during a flushing process has, as well as a device for protection against pollution of water through the one in the toilet bowl Toilet water, with the protective device in Flow direction is arranged in front of the water tank, thereby solved that the drain in the lower part of the water tank connected with this that the container Pressure vessel is a valve in the area of the drain has that can be opened during the rinsing process, wherein the pressure vessel can be pressurized, which is suitable to use the water without using a slope through the outlet opening of the drain into the toilet bowl to ensure that the pressure vessel has a membrane, that a membrane is provided in the inlet, and that an inlet valve is provided in the area of the inlet is.
- This device also uses how the device acc. the second teaching of the invention, the naturally existing Pressure in the fresh water pipe system indirectly for flushing.
- the container for Storing the water around a pressure vessel which is a Pressurization experiences that a membrane is provided, preferably in a side wall of the Pressure vessel.
- a membrane in the inlet of the pressure vessel which is identical to the membrane of the pressure vessel can bulge if there is overpressure in the fresh water pipe system to the outside, causing the membrane of the Pressure vessel experiences a curvature inwards. Thereby the pressure is in the otherwise closed pressure vessel elevated.
- valves in the area of the inlet can automatically are controlled, for example by means of a Float, the valve or valves at low tide opens and closes when the water tank is full.
- the membrane in the pressure vessel and the membrane in the inlet around two separate membranes that work together.
- this has the advantage of a double Wall, what may be necessary for water conservation on the other hand, the two membranes can also be different be large, creating a gear ratio can be adjusted between the two membranes. This allows different pressures in the inlet on the one hand and realize on the other hand in the pressure vessel.
- the previously derived and shown task for one Water box for a toilet, especially a toilet or Urinal comprising a container for storing water, the one inlet for introducing the water and one a discharge opening for discharge of water in the toilet bowl during a flushing process has, as well as a device for protection against pollution of water through the one in the toilet bowl Toilet water, with the protective device in Flow direction is arranged in front of the water tank, thereby solved that an energy transmission device is provided, comprising in the flow direction before Protective device a device for energy production from hydropower, one with the facility for energy production cooperating device for energy storage and in the direction of flow after the protective device interacting with the device for energy storage Device for delivering energy to the water.
- the facility for energy production could be one Turbine.
- the facility for energy delivery could a pump, for example a piston pump.
- the steam engine principle could also be applied, the fresh water being used for the drive instead of water vapor is and via piston rods as an energy output device serving pump is used.
- the reverse too The principle of a gear pump or centrifugal pump is conceivable, initially producing rotational energy, which in turn have a rotatable shaft or shafts Pump drives.
- Energy storage for example in that the shaft is divided into two and one or more springs, advantageously spiral springs, connect the shaft parts.
- Teaching water box described is advantageous at least partially, preferably completely, in the Toilet, i.e. in the area below the toilet bowl, integrated. This is a particularly aesthetic one and space-saving solution.
- Fig. 1 shows an embodiment of a toilet with a Water tank according to the first teaching of the present Invention, the water tank a container 1 for Storage of water with an inlet (not shown) for introducing the water and an outlet 2 having drain 3 for discharging the water into the Toilet bowl 4 during a rinsing process. Furthermore, one Protective device 5 is provided, which prevents Water used for rinsing back through drain 3 can flow into the water tank 1.
- the protective device 5 is in the present case a type A1 pipe interrupter with permanent connection to the atmosphere according to DIN EN 1717.
- the pipe interrupter creates an air gap between the outlet opening 2 and the toilet bowl 4.
- the water in the pressure vessel 1 has since between the fresh water pipe system, not shown and the water box not, as is common in the prior art, a free outlet is realized, the same water pressure, like the water in the fresh water pipe system. In this way it is possible, when flushing is activated, i.e. when opening the valve 6 in the highest point of the Water box, even without a slope sufficient between the water box and the toilet bowl To achieve a rinsing effect.
- Fig. 2 shows an alternative to Fig. 1 embodiment, which differs in the type of protective device 5.
- the protective device thanks to an unobstructed free outlet according to DIN EN Formed in 1717, the free outlet is an outlet opening 7, which with the outlet opening 2 of the outlet 3rd is identical, as well as an inlet opening 8.
- the inlet opening 8 of the free outlet is in the present case to increase the flow rate of the rinse water, funnel-shaped. Otherwise corresponds to Operation of the embodiment shown in Fig. 1.
- the protective device 5 of the two Differences described above differs.
- the protective device 5 by a free spout formed with injector. This is the exit opening 7 of the free outlet is nozzle-shaped, to increase the flow rate of the water.
- the further functioning please refer to the Description of the embodiment shown in Fig. 1 directed.
- the water box 4 is an embodiment of a water box according to the second teaching of the present invention.
- the water box also consists of in this case a water tank 1 with a corresponding outlet 3, which leads to a toilet bowl (not shown).
- the water tank 1 is via a valve 6, which at the flushing is actuated with a compressed air tank 9 connected, which is supplied with air pressure via a pump 10 becomes.
- the pump 10 is above the water in the Water pipe 11 driven and thereby compressed without additionally required energy, from the environment above the line 12 sucked air.
- the device is exemplary in the present case 5 to protect against water pollution Water box upstream.
- the protective device 5 exists from a free outlet, which is in the area of Outlet opening a valve 13 and in the area of the inlet opening has a valve 14.
- another float 15 is provided, which with the valve 14 is in operative connection.
- Air pressure container 9 By the pump 10 when the valve 6 is closed in Air pressure container 9 generates air with a relatively high pressure.
- the valve 6 When the valve 6 is opened for the purpose of flushing the air from the container 9 enters the water container 1 and pressurize the water through the drain above to the toilet bowl. In this process are the valve 13 and the valve 14 closed. Is the rinsing process ends, valve 6 closes again and the float 15 signals the valve 14, which in turn with the valve 13 cooperates to open it. As soon as the valves 13 and 14 are open, flows through the Line 11 water into the water tank 1, thereby the Pump 10 is caused to produce high pressure air in the container 9 form. Once the water tank 1 is sufficient is filled, so the float 15 is back in its remains in the upper position, a signal to close the valves 13 and 14 generated. From that point onwards the water box shown in Fig. 4 for a renewed Ready to rinse.
- FIG. 5 shows an exemplary embodiment of a Water box according to the third teaching of the present Invention, in which also a free outlet as Protective device 5 is realized, the water tank is connected upstream.
- Fig. 4 it is the present water tank 1, however a pressure vessel.
- the water tank 1 has in its left side wall on a membrane 16, which with a Membrane 17 cooperates in the inlet of the water tank.
- a float 15 is used for control the inlet via two valves 13 and 14 provided.
- Water is fed into the pressure vessel 1 via the line 11 directed when the valves after a flushing process 13 and 14 are open.
- the valves 13 and 14 are closed. Since the line 11 with the fresh water pipe system is connected and therefore water up to a certain Pressure is supplied, the membrane 17 expands to equalize the pressure. As the membrane 17 immediately acts on the membrane 16, with increasing Curvature of the membrane 17 over the membrane 16 the volume in the pressure vessel 1 reduced, which in turn Pressure in pressure vessel 1 increased.
