Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a fluid dispenser comprising a fluid reservoir defining an actuating wall moveable and or deformable able to be moved or depressed, an orifice of distribution and spring means adapted to urge the deformable wall in a state of maximum volume of the tank.
  • the distributor, or at least the reservoir can for example be made from one or two flexible sheets forming the actuating wall. By depressing the actuating wall at against the spring means, the internal volume of the reservoir is reduced and fluid is thus discharged through the dispensing orifice. This is where of a classic design for a distributor in the field of perfumery, cosmetics or pharmacy.
  • the means of spring act on the wall by deforming it to a state of deformation in which it defines a state of maximum volume for the tank.
  • the deformation of the deformable wall due to the spring means is not always aesthetic and can therefore affect the appearance of the dispenser.
  • the spring means increase the total thickness of the dispenser which can be a major disadvantage in some cases of use.
  • the present invention aims to remedy this disadvantage mentioned above of the prior art by defining a fluid dispenser whose means spring does not detract from the aesthetics of the actuating wall, at least before using the dispenser.
  • the present invention provides that the means of spring co-operate with means of armament able to bring the means of spring in solicitation of the actuating wall from an initial state in which the spring means do not bias the actuating wall.
  • spring means do not act on the actuating wall in the initial state and the means of armament are used to confer on the means of spring their true and desired function, that is to say of solicitation of the wall actuating.
  • the dispenser of the invention can therefore be stored before use in a state in which the spring means do not act on the actuating wall. In the absence of stress, the actuating wall remains unconstrained and can thus present a suitable aesthetic appearance.
  • the spirit of the invention lies in the fact that the spring means perform their function at the appropriate time, in this case just before the use of the dispenser.
  • the actuating wall, and thus the distributor, can then remain in a perfectly flat state, suitable for use as that sample in magazines.
  • the arming means are located out of the tank.
  • the arming means may for example comprise a pivoting actuator.
  • a pivoting actuator may for example comprise a pivoting actuator.
  • an organ rotary or translational actuation may for example comprise a pivoting actuator.
  • the spring means and the arming means are made in one piece.
  • the spring means extend in the tank under the actuating wall.
  • the means of spring are integrated in the actuating wall.
  • the spring means and the means armaments are connected by a deformable zone.
  • the zone deformable is able to form a line of folding or articulation by pivoting.
  • the spring means and the means of armament comprise a substantially rigid foldable element defining a inner part which extends inside the tank and an outer part which extends outside the tank, the inner part forming the spring means and the outer portion forming the arming means.
  • the reservoir comprises two leaves, one of which defines the actuating wall, the folding element substantially rigid extending between the two sheets.
  • a substrate substantially rigid is interposed between the two sheets, said substrate forming the substantially rigid foldable element.
  • the substrate comprises a portion of reservoir forming a recess which defines, with the two sheets, said reservoir of fluid product.
  • the substrate further comprises a part actuator connected to the reservoir portion along a fold line.
  • the reservoir portion and the actuating portion have dimensions substantially identical, so that they can be superimposed after folding the along the fold line.
  • the internal part of the element foldable substrate extends in the same plane as the tank part, before folding of the actuating portion of the substrate forming the outer portion of the foldable element.
  • the dispensing orifice is closed by an organ removable shutter.
  • the reservoir contains almost only of the fluid product before removal of the removable closure member.
  • the arming means Before withdrawal of the removable closure member, or more generally before using the distributor, it is possible to actuate the arming means so as to activate the spring means biasing the actuating wall. Before actuation of the arming means, the spring means are inoperative on the actuating wall.

  • the spring means include a front plate and a back plate, the tank being located between the front and rear plates, the arming means comprising means spacers positionable between the front plate and the back plate for at least locally away from each other, the spacer means being elastically deformable so as to allow a reconciliation of front and back plates and thus crush the tank located between them.
  • the product distributor fluid comprises a plate or substrate 1 having for example a thickness of the order of 1 to 2 mm and also having a certain rigidity.
  • the dispenser also comprises two sheets 2 and 3 arranged each side of the substrate 1. At least one of the two leaves, in this case the sheet 2, is flexible or deformable.
  • the other sheet 3 can also be flexible or deformable.
  • a sheet 3 that is perfectly rigid or even incorporated in the substrate 1. In fact, it is not excluded the substrate 1 can define a base such as the sheet 3.
  • the substrate 1 also forms a dispensing orifice. More specifically, the substrate 1 may comprise or form a housing in which is received a support piece 4 which defines the dispensing orifice 41. This support piece 4 also serves to fix a piece of material porous 5 adapted to imbibe fluid product by capillarity.
  • This support piece 4 also serves to fix a piece of material porous 5 adapted to imbibe fluid product by capillarity.
  • the dispensing orifice is directly formed by the substrate or even at one of the two sheets 2 and 3. In other words, the precise positioning of the dispensing orifice is not a critical feature for the present invention.
  • the dispensing orifice 41 is closed before use of the dispenser by a removable closure member 6 which may be under the shape of an easy grip tab.
  • a removable closure member 6 which may be under the shape of an easy grip tab.
  • To unmask the hole distribution 41 simply pull on the tongue 6 so as to tear it off substrate 1.
  • other forms can be imagined for the organ removable shutter.
  • the substrate 1 forms a reservoir portion 10 and a actuating part 11 connected together at a fold line AA which is materialized at the level of the substrate 1 in the form of two windows 13 which extend in the axis of the fold line AA.
  • These two elongated windows 13 realize a line of weakness that passes through the substrate 1 so that the substrate 1 tends to bend in half along the AA fold line if one exercises a pushing or pulling on the actuating portion 11 while holding the part 10 fixed tank.
  • the tank portion 10 forms a housing or internal recess 14 which form with the two sheets 2 and 3 the fluid reservoir 12.
  • the piece of support 4 which is received in the housing formed by the substrate 1 closes the recess 14 and holds the piece of porous material 5 so as to extend inside the tank 12, as can be seen in Figures 1 and 2. Thus, before removing the shutter tab 6, the interior of the tank 12 is isolated from the outside.
  • sheets 2 and 3 For fixing the sheets 2 and 3 on the substrate 1, it is possible for example use a bonding technique, or advantageously heat sealing.
  • the sheets 2 and 3 can thus be fixed or connected to the substrate 1 along lines which can for example extend all around the recess 14 and / or all around the outer contour of the substrate 1 as seen with lines of cross in Figure 1.
  • Sheets 2 and 3 may extend over the entire substrate 1, or only on a part thereof. For example, sheets 2 and 3 can only extend over the tank portion 10 of the substrate 1, and leave the actuating portion 11 devoid of sheet coating.
  • the reservoir 12 comprises spring means 7 which are adapted to urge the sheet 2 at an actuating wall 21 which is located at the reservoir 12, as can be seen in Figures 2 and 4.
  • the spring means 7 serve to urge the actuating wall 21 away from sheet 3, which of course is only possible after removal of the removable closure member 6.
  • the means of spring 7 can also urge the deformable actuating wall 21, but to a very limited extent. However, this does not preclude the deformable actuating wall 21 looks quite unsightly due to a irregular deformation.
  • the spring means 7 extend inside the tank 12 under the actuating wall 21. It is not excluded that the wall actuator 21 is connected or fixed to the spring means 7. This is not however not required.
  • the spring means 7 can be an integral part of the substrate 1 as is the case in the embodiment of Figures 1 to 5.
  • the spring means 7 may for example be in the form of a lobe or pallet that extends inside the tank 12. In practice, this pallet 7 is obtained during the formation of the recess 14 leaving a part central connected to an edge of the recess 14 by a bridge 9.
  • the spring means then extend inside the recess 14 in the form of a peninsula or of an isthmus. However, this is only one form of specific to that of Figures 1 to 5. It is of course possible to imagine other forms for the spring means.
  • One of the essential features is the the spring means extend inside the tank 12.
  • the spring means 7 are formed here directly by the 1, they have the same thickness as the part of the substrate 1 which makes them surrounded. Without any solicitation, the spring means 7 extend exactly in the same plane as the tank part 10 surrounding them. Therefore, the spring means 7 do not bias the deformable wall 21 in deformation: it can therefore remain unconstrained in a suitable aesthetic state.
  • the spring means 7 cooperate with means in the form of the actuating part 11 formed by the substrate 1. More precisely, the lobe or the spring pallet 7 communicates with the actuating portion 11 via the bridge 9 which connects to the actuating portion 11 between the two elongated windows 13. By therefore, the fold line AA passes between the bridge 9 and the part actuator 11 of the substrate. Looking at Figure 1, we can even say that the actuating part 11 is connected only to the bridge 9 since the windows elongations 13 substantially separate the actuating portion 11 from the part of the tank 10. The bridge 9 is practically the only solid link and substantially rigid between the spring means 7 and the actuating portion 11 which forms the arming means according to the invention.
  • a pivoting of the actuating portion 11 along the folding line AA by holding the tank part 10 fixedly has the effect to rotate the pallet 7 and the deck 9 in the same direction but beyond the folding line AA because of the relatively rigid connection which connects them, in the occurrence of the bridge 9.
  • the drive of the spring means 7 by the actuating part 11 is very quickly limited and stopped by the sheet 2 which is connected to the substrate 1.
  • the spring means 7 will deform the sheet 2 to define the actuating wall 21 to a state of maximum deformation which corresponds to the maximum volume of the tank 12. This is however true after removal of the removable closure member 6.
  • the pallet 7 will of course be biased against the actuating wall 21, but this will only deform very slightly.
  • the actuating portion 11 has dimensions substantially identical or even perfectly identical to those of the part of tank 10 so that when fully connected, the actuating part 11 is placed exactly under the tank part 10.
  • the spring means 7 and the arming means 11 can also be considered as a substantially rigid foldable element that defines a inner part, in this case the pallet 7 and the deck 9, which extends inside the tank 12 and an outer part, in this case the actuating part 11 which extends outside the tank.
  • Such an element is foldable at the level of the part 91.
  • Foldable element could then be in the form of a tongue or a slat of which a part penetrates inside the tank and the other part is located outside the tank.
  • a dispenser comprising other spring means, directly incorporating the arming means.
  • the dispenser is formed from two sheets or a shell and a sheet or a shell and a plate: in the example shown, it is a shell 2 and a sheet 3.
  • a support piece 4 is fixed between the shell and the sheet and defines the outlet orifice 41 which is closed by a detachable tongue 6.
  • a reservoir 12 is formed between the shell 2 and the sheet 3.
  • This reservoir contains a spring 7 'which has the effect of soliciting the hull in away from the leaf.

Description

The present invention relates to a fluid dispenser comprising a fluid reservoir defining an actuating wall moveable and or deformable able to be moved or depressed, an orifice of distribution and spring means adapted to urge the deformable wall in a state of maximum volume of the tank. The distributor, or at least the reservoir can for example be made from one or two flexible sheets forming the actuating wall. By depressing the actuating wall at against the spring means, the internal volume of the reservoir is reduced and fluid is thus discharged through the dispensing orifice. This is where of a classic design for a distributor in the field of perfumery, cosmetics or pharmacy.

In the case where the actuating wall is deformable, the means of spring act on the wall by deforming it to a state of deformation in which it defines a state of maximum volume for the tank. The deformation of the deformable wall due to the spring means is not always aesthetic and can therefore affect the appearance of the dispenser. Moreover, the spring means increase the total thickness of the dispenser which can be a major disadvantage in some cases of use.

Indeed, it is known from FR-A-2 791 645 a distributor of this type whose dispensing orifice is closed before use by an organ removable shutter. The tank interior does not communicate with outside and, according to this document, the spring acting on a deformable wall is compressed to a maximum state, so that the thickness of the dispenser can be kept to a minimum. This is a primary requirement when one wants include such a distributor in magazines in the form of sample of fluid product. Even when the dispensing orifice is closed, the spring acts obviously on the deformable wall, which deforms aesthetically the deformable wall which then has an often irregular relief.

We also know distributors of the prior art whose wall Actuation is not deformable, but just movable.

The present invention aims to remedy this disadvantage mentioned above of the prior art by defining a fluid dispenser whose means spring does not detract from the aesthetics of the actuating wall, at least before using the dispenser.

To achieve this goal, the present invention provides that the means of spring co-operate with means of armament able to bring the means of spring in solicitation of the actuating wall from an initial state in which the spring means do not bias the actuating wall. Thus, spring means do not act on the actuating wall in the initial state and the means of armament are used to confer on the means of spring their true and desired function, that is to say of solicitation of the wall actuating. The dispenser of the invention can therefore be stored before use in a state in which the spring means do not act on the actuating wall. In the absence of stress, the actuating wall remains unconstrained and can thus present a suitable aesthetic appearance.

The spirit of the invention lies in the fact that the spring means perform their function at the appropriate time, in this case just before the use of the dispenser. The actuating wall, and thus the distributor, can then remain in a perfectly flat state, suitable for use as that sample in magazines.

According to one embodiment, the arming means are located out of the tank. The arming means may for example comprise a pivoting actuator. However one can also imagine an organ rotary or translational actuation.

Advantageously, the spring means and the arming means are made in one piece.

According to another aspect of the invention, the spring means extend in the tank under the actuating wall. Alternatively, the means of spring are integrated in the actuating wall.

According to another aspect of the invention, the spring means and the means armaments are connected by a deformable zone. Advantageously, the zone deformable is able to form a line of folding or articulation by pivoting.

According to another aspect of the invention, the spring means and the means of armament comprise a substantially rigid foldable element defining a inner part which extends inside the tank and an outer part which extends outside the tank, the inner part forming the spring means and the outer portion forming the arming means.

According to a practical embodiment, the reservoir comprises two leaves, one of which defines the actuating wall, the folding element substantially rigid extending between the two sheets. Advantageously, a substrate substantially rigid is interposed between the two sheets, said substrate forming the substantially rigid foldable element.

According to one embodiment, the substrate comprises a portion of reservoir forming a recess which defines, with the two sheets, said reservoir of fluid product. Advantageously, the substrate further comprises a part actuator connected to the reservoir portion along a fold line. Of preferably, the reservoir portion and the actuating portion have dimensions substantially identical, so that they can be superimposed after folding the along the fold line. Advantageously, the internal part of the element foldable substrate extends in the same plane as the tank part, before folding of the actuating portion of the substrate forming the outer portion of the foldable element.

According to another characteristic of the invention which is already present in the FR-A-2 791 645, the dispensing orifice is closed by an organ removable shutter. Advantageously, the reservoir contains almost only of the fluid product before removal of the removable closure member. Before withdrawal of the removable closure member, or more generally before using the distributor, it is possible to actuate the arming means so as to activate the spring means biasing the actuating wall. Before actuation of the arming means, the spring means are inoperative on the actuating wall.

According to another embodiment, the arming means are located in the tank. The spring means can for example be presented under the shape of a leaf spring incorporating arming means which does not become effective only after the first relaxation of the blade.

According to another embodiment of the invention, the spring means include a flexible front plate and a back plate, the tank being located between the front and rear plates, the arming means comprising spacer means positionable between the front plate and the back plate for distance them at least locally from each other, the flexible front plate being and elastically deformable by approximation of the back plate of way to crush the tank located between them. Advantageously, the means spacers are selectively movable between an inoperative position in which the two plates extend substantially parallel corresponding to a state of minimum tank volume and an operative position in which the two plates are spaced apart from each other. Advantageously, the means of spacer comprise an articulated flap secured to the front plate, respectively rear, at a hinge line and defining an edge bearing intended to come into bearing contact against the back plate, respectively before, said flap being substantially indeformable. Advantageously, the dispensing orifice is closed by a shutter member removable, common actuating means being provided for consecutively remove the removable closure member and position the means spacer between the two plates. In a variant, the spring means include a front plate and a back plate, the tank being located between the front and rear plates, the arming means comprising means spacers positionable between the front plate and the back plate for at least locally away from each other, the spacer means being elastically deformable so as to allow a reconciliation of front and back plates and thus crush the tank located between them.

The invention will now be further described with reference to attached drawings giving by way of non-limiting example an embodiment of a dispenser according to the invention.

En effet, il n'est pas exclut le substrat 1 puisse définir un fond tel que le forme la feuille 3.In the embodiment of Figures 1 to 5, the product distributor fluid comprises a plate or substrate 1 having for example a thickness of the order of 1 to 2 mm and also having a certain rigidity. We can example use a plate made of a suitable plastic material. In addition to substrate 1, the dispenser also comprises two sheets 2 and 3 arranged each side of the substrate 1. At least one of the two leaves, in this case the sheet 2, is flexible or deformable. The other sheet 3 can also be flexible or deformable. However, we can also imagine a sheet 3 that is perfectly rigid or even incorporated in the substrate 1. In fact, it is not excluded the substrate 1 can define a base such as the sheet 3.

The substrate 1 also forms a dispensing orifice. More specifically, the substrate 1 may comprise or form a housing in which is received a support piece 4 which defines the dispensing orifice 41. This support piece 4 also serves to fix a piece of material porous 5 adapted to imbibe fluid product by capillarity. Of course, he does not this is only a particular embodiment, and one can very well imagine design variants in which the dispensing orifice is directly formed by the substrate or even at one of the two sheets 2 and 3. In other words, the precise positioning of the dispensing orifice is not a critical feature for the present invention.

According to the invention, the dispensing orifice 41 is closed before use of the dispenser by a removable closure member 6 which may be under the shape of an easy grip tab. To unmask the hole distribution 41, simply pull on the tongue 6 so as to tear it off substrate 1. Again, other forms can be imagined for the organ removable shutter.

According to the invention, the substrate 1 forms a reservoir portion 10 and a actuating part 11 connected together at a fold line AA which is materialized at the level of the substrate 1 in the form of two windows 13 which extend in the axis of the fold line AA. These two elongated windows 13 realize a line of weakness that passes through the substrate 1 so that the substrate 1 tends to bend in half along the AA fold line if one exercises a pushing or pulling on the actuating portion 11 while holding the part 10 fixed tank.

The tank portion 10 forms a housing or internal recess 14 which form with the two sheets 2 and 3 the fluid reservoir 12. The piece of support 4 which is received in the housing formed by the substrate 1 closes the recess 14 and holds the piece of porous material 5 so as to extend inside the tank 12, as can be seen in Figures 1 and 2. Thus, before removing the shutter tab 6, the interior of the tank 12 is isolated from the outside.

For fixing the sheets 2 and 3 on the substrate 1, it is possible for example use a bonding technique, or advantageously heat sealing. The sheets 2 and 3 can thus be fixed or connected to the substrate 1 along lines which can for example extend all around the recess 14 and / or all around the outer contour of the substrate 1 as seen with lines of cross in Figure 1. Sheets 2 and 3 may extend over the entire substrate 1, or only on a part thereof. For example, sheets 2 and 3 can only extend over the tank portion 10 of the substrate 1, and leave the actuating portion 11 devoid of sheet coating.

According to the invention, the reservoir 12 comprises spring means 7 which are adapted to urge the sheet 2 at an actuating wall 21 which is located at the reservoir 12, as can be seen in Figures 2 and 4. The spring means 7 serve to urge the actuating wall 21 away from sheet 3, which of course is only possible after removal of the removable closure member 6. When the shutter member removable 6 is in place and closes the dispensing orifice 41, the means of spring 7 can also urge the deformable actuating wall 21, but to a very limited extent. However, this does not preclude the deformable actuating wall 21 looks quite unsightly due to a irregular deformation.

According to the invention, the spring means 7 extend inside the tank 12 under the actuating wall 21. It is not excluded that the wall actuator 21 is connected or fixed to the spring means 7. This is not however not required. The spring means 7 can be an integral part of the substrate 1 as is the case in the embodiment of Figures 1 to 5. The spring means 7 may for example be in the form of a lobe or pallet that extends inside the tank 12. In practice, this pallet 7 is obtained during the formation of the recess 14 leaving a part central connected to an edge of the recess 14 by a bridge 9. The spring means then extend inside the recess 14 in the form of a peninsula or of an isthmus. However, this is only one form of specific to that of Figures 1 to 5. It is of course possible to imagine other forms for the spring means. One of the essential features is the the spring means extend inside the tank 12.

Since the spring means 7 are formed here directly by the 1, they have the same thickness as the part of the substrate 1 which makes them surrounded. Without any solicitation, the spring means 7 extend exactly in the same plane as the tank part 10 surrounding them. Therefore, the spring means 7 do not bias the deformable wall 21 in deformation: it can therefore remain unconstrained in a suitable aesthetic state.

According to the invention, the spring means 7 cooperate with means in the form of the actuating part 11 formed by the substrate 1.

Therefore, a pivoting of the actuating portion 11 along the folding line AA by holding the tank part 10 fixedly has the effect to rotate the pallet 7 and the deck 9 in the same direction but beyond the folding line AA because of the relatively rigid connection which connects them, in the occurrence of the bridge 9. However, the drive of the spring means 7 by the actuating part 11 is very quickly limited and stopped by the sheet 2 which is connected to the substrate 1. The spring means 7 will deform the sheet 2 to define the actuating wall 21 to a state of maximum deformation which corresponds to the maximum volume of the tank 12. This is however true after removal of the removable closure member 6. When the organ Removable shutter 6 is still in place, the pallet 7 will of course be biased against the actuating wall 21, but this will only deform very slightly. Continuing to rotate the actuating portion 11 around of the fold line AA, a crease is created between the actuating portion 11 and the bridge 9 at the fold line AA between the two elongated windows 13, this place being designated by the reference numeral 91 in FIG. fold formed, one can continue to rotate the actuating portion 11 until it comes into contact with the tank part 10 as shown on the FIGS. 4 and 5. More precisely, it is the actuating part 11 which comes into contact of the sheet 3 attached to the tank portion 10 of the substrate 1. Advantageously, the actuating portion 11 has dimensions substantially identical or even perfectly identical to those of the part of tank 10 so that when fully connected, the actuating part 11 is placed exactly under the tank part 10. If the organ 6 has been removed previously, as is the case on the sequence of Figures 3, 4 and 5, the pivoting of the actuating portion 11a effect of moving the spring means 7 inside the tank 12 of way to come against the actuating wall 21 (Figure 4). Once the parts 10 and 11 superimposed, simply press the actuating wall to using a finger against the spring means 7 to dispense a dose of fluid product (Figure 5). The pivotal movement of the spring means 7 under the effect of the pivoting of the actuating portion 11 is of course rendered possible because air can enter the interior of the tank 12 through the dispensing orifice 41 once it is released from the closure member 6. You can also start by folding the operating part 11 on the tank part 10 while the removable closure member 6 is still in place and closes the dispensing orifice 41. In this case, the spring means 7 are urged in the same way against the wall actuator 21 but this is practically prevented from deforming the that the air can not enter the tank 12. The spring means 7 however, fully support against the actuating wall 21 and this is that at the time of removal of the removable closure member 6 that the means of spring 7 can relax slightly and increase the internal volume of the tank 12 by deforming the actuating wall 21. In a case as in the other, we see that it is possible to make the spring means operating in operating weapons means that little or very little time before the use of the dispenser. Therefore, during all storage time of the dispenser, ie from the moment of manufacture until the moment of its use, the spring means can remain totally inoperative this which leaves the actuating wall 21 unconstrained in an aesthetic state suitable.

The spring means 7 and the arming means 11 can also be considered as a substantially rigid foldable element that defines a inner part, in this case the pallet 7 and the deck 9, which extends inside the tank 12 and an outer part, in this case the actuating part 11 which extends outside the tank. Such an element is foldable at the level of the part 91. One can for example imagine the use of such a foldable element in a dispenser comprising only two connected flexible sheets together, ie in the absence of a substrate 1 as is the case in the example used to illustrate the present invention. Foldable element could then be in the form of a tongue or a slat of which a part penetrates inside the tank and the other part is located outside the tank. By folding the outer part on the inner part, it would be created automatically a deformation of the actuating wall formed by a two soft sheets. This is a bit like removing the tank part 10 of the substrate 1. The support piece 4 would then be stuck or fixed directly between the two leaves.

With reference to FIGS. 6a and 6b, there is shown a dispenser comprising other spring means, directly incorporating the arming means. The dispenser is formed from two sheets or a shell and a sheet or a shell and a plate: in the example shown, it is a shell 2 and a sheet 3. As in the previous example, a support piece 4 is fixed between the shell and the sheet and defines the outlet orifice 41 which is closed by a detachable tongue 6. A reservoir 12 is formed between the shell 2 and the sheet 3. This reservoir contains a spring 7 'which has the effect of soliciting the hull in away from the leaf. This spring 7 'comprises two branches 71 and 72 connected together by a bend 70. The spring also includes a tab 73 which extends to from the branch 71 to the branch 72. The branch 72 forms a stop 74 against which the free end of the tab can abut and stay locked.

In FIG. 6a, the spring 7 'is seen in the compressed state with the branches extending substantially parallel. The leg then extends between the branches with its free end located beyond the stop 74, towards the bend. The leg is elastically constrained and acts weakly so as to move the two apart. branches. If you release the spring, which is done automatically when you removes the tongue 6 due to the penetration of air into the reservoir, the end free of the leg will be positioned behind the stop. The spring is then armed. In pressing the spring, which is done by pressing the shell 2, the free end the tab comes to bear against the stop 74. By continuing to press, the branch 72 and advantageously the tab 73 will slightly flex elastic as shown in dashed lines in Figure 6b.

This spring 7 'has a low stiffness in the position of FIG. 6a and a much greater stiffness in the position of Figure 6b. The leg serves as means for arming the spring. But in this embodiment, the means are located inside the tank and advantageously integrated with the spring.

This distributor includes a fluid or powder fluid product pocket 23, which is here made from of a deformable flexible sheet folded on itself so as to define a lower sheet 233 and an upper sheet 232. The sheets 232 and 233 are joined at a binding fold 230. A sheet 231 is pierced with a hole 231. The two sheets 232 and 233 are attached together in a sealed manner on their free periphery. The waterproof fixation of the two sheets can be advantageously performed by heat sealing. We thus define between two sheets a fluid reservoir 12 of variable volume given that the sheets 232 and 233 are made of a deformable flexible material. The Each sheet then forms an actuating wall. Advantageously, the reservoir 12 comprises a piece of porous material 234 adapted to imbibe or to impregnate liquid or powdery fluid. Preferably, the coin 234 is positioned in direct contact with the dispensing orifice 231. The workpiece 234 can for example be fixed on the sheet 233 or on the sheet 232.

The dispenser also comprises spring and arming means which are here in the form of an upper plate 75 and a plate lower 76. The two plates 75 and 76 are here represented separately, but one could also have used a single piece of plate connected by a binding fold, as is the case for the constituent sheets of the pocket 23. upper plate 75 defines a substantially central area 7 "which will serve as spring return means, as will be seen below. The plate 75 is also formed with an opening 751 inside which can lodge a removable closure member 6. On the other hand, the plate 75 is formed with a fold line 752 which delimits an end flap 753, which can thus be articulated by pivoting around this line 752. This flap 753. will serve as arming means in the form of spacer means, as will be seen hereinafter. The flap 753 is further provided with a small locking tab 754 whose function will be explained below.

As for the lower plate 76, it can also define means of return spring 7 "at its central portion for example. lower plate 76 is formed with a window 764 for receiving the locking tab 754 of the upper plate 75.

The plates 75 and 76 are intended to be fixed together on their periphery, except at the flap 753 corresponding to the window 764. two plates can thus be advantageously heat-sealed on three of their U-shaped sides. This gives a kind of sealed envelope on three sides and open on the side where is formed the hinged flap 753. The flexible pouch 23 is disposed between the two plates 75 and 76 inside the envelope they together. The dispensing orifice 231 is advantageously positioned centrally at the opening 751. Thus, the shutter member removable can be disposed in the opening 751 sealingly sealing the dispensing orifice 231. The pocket 23 may advantageously be attached to inside the envelope constituted by the two plates.

When the flap 753 extends in the same plane as the remainder of the plate 75, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the plate 75 extends substantially parallel to the plate 76, with the flexible bag 23 interposed between them. The flexible pouch 23 advantageously contains only very little fluid, so that it can present a particularly flat configuration. So, when arranged between the two plates 75 and 76, it creates only a weak thickness, and thus the two plates 75 and 76 seem to be superimposed with almost nothing between them. This is shown in Figure 8. The cumulative thickness of the dispenser may be of the order of 2 to 3 mm. It corresponds substantially at the cumulative thicknesses of the two plates 75 and 76, the two sheets 232 and 233 and the thickness of the piece of porous material 234. The dispenser is then in a state of rest appropriate for its transport and storage. Sheets 232 and 233 of the flexible bag 23, which form part of the actuating walls of the flexible pouch 23, are not subject to any constraints. Similarly, the plates 75 and 76 are not subject to any constraint.

La feuille 232 est avantageusement fixée à la plaque 75 et la feuille 233 est avantageusement fixée à la feuille 76, hormis au niveau et à proximité de la ligne de pliage 230.The sheet 232 is advantageously fixed to the plate 75 and the sheet 233 is advantageously attached to the sheet 76, except at and near the line folding 230.

To arm the dispenser, simply flip the flap 753 around the hinge line 752 towards the lower plate 76, as is represented by the small arrow and the dashed lines in Figure 9. The line of folding 752 is advantageously performed in a curved manner, for example in shape of an arc. In a symmetrical way, the edge of the flap where is formed the tongue can also be made curved. So when the flap 753 pivots downward towards the lower plate 76, the plate 75 and the plate 76 take a curvature corresponding to the fold line 752 and the free edge. The flap 753 is articulated by pivoting until its free edge come to bear on the plate 76 and its small locking tongue 754 come to housed inside the window 764 formed in the lower plate 76. This is shown in FIG. 9. The flap 753 then extends substantially perpendicular to both plate 75 and plate 76. Because of the engagement of the tongue 754 in the window 764, the flap 753 is blocked in position. The flap 753 can for example be made rigidly. he thus constitutes spacer means which make it possible to maintain the two plates 75 and 76 distant from each other.

Since the sheet 232 is attached to the plate 75 and the sheet 233 to the plate 76, the spacing of the two plates due to the interposition of the flap spacer 753 also has the effect of moving the two sheets 232 and 233 apart. the other. The internal volume of the tank 12 thus increases by air intake to through the dispensing orifice 231, and advantageously through the piece of 234. Of course, this is only possible after removal of the organ 6. Indeed, it is practically impossible to destroy the dispenser, fold back the flap 753 to position it as represented in FIG. 9 without having previously removed the closure member 6. The spacing of the plates 75 and 76 is possible only if air can penetrate to inside the tank 12. According to the invention, the plates 75 and 76, particularly at the level where they form the spring means 7 ", are made of an elastically deformable material which gives them this characteristic of elasticity of return. So once the distributor in the configuration shown in Figure 9, it can be actuated by pressing the plate 75 at level 7 "using one finger and holding the other plate 76 to level 7 "using another finger In this embodiment, the plates 75 and 76 each form spring return means. However, imagine an embodiment in which only one of the plates forms elastic return means, while the other plate can be perfectly rigid and serve as a reaction surface. In this case, in the embodiment of FIG. 9, the two plates 75 and 76 can be deformed at level of 7 ", which has the effect of moving sheets 232 and 233 approaching each other by deforming the fold part 230. This has for effect of putting the reservoir 12 under pressure and thus to repress a mixture of air fluid product through the dispensing orifice. The fluid product is preferably impregnated into the piece of porous material 234, and the air contained in the rest of the tank passes through the piece of porous material to drive with him the fluid product.

It can thus be noted that the spacer flap 753 forms means for bringing the plates 75 and 76 into a configuration spaced as they form spring means associated with the walls actuating 232 and 233 of the flexible bag 23.

The spring and arming means are here in the form of a envelope that surrounds the flexible pouch 23. One can also imagine embodiments in which the means of spring and armament are present in the form of two narrow strips or blades, one of which includes arming spacer flap. The flexible pouch 23 would then be disposed between these two bands.

It can also be noted that the means of armament, namely the flap 753, are made in one piece by the plate 75. It would have could also be made in one piece by the plate 76. It would have It has also been possible to bring the flap back to one of the two plates.

In this embodiment, the flap 753 is rigid, and at least one of the two plates at 7 "is made elastically deformable. One can also imagine an embodiment in which the flap 753 is elastically deformable by flexion, whereas the two plates 75 and 76 are substantially indeformable or rigid. In this case, the means of armament also form the spring means. The flap and the plates can also to be deformable.

It differs from the previous embodiment in that it does not comprise a separate flexible pouch containing the fluid product. This dispenser comprises a front plate 75 'and a rear plate 76'. The plate 75 'forms a dispensing orifice 755 and a window 764. plate 76 'forms a fold and turn line 752 defining a flap 753. The two plates 75 'and 76' each form a 7 "spring area, the sheets 75 'and 76' are fastened together, advantageously by heat sealing on their periphery, with the exception of the side where the flap 753 and window 764. The fastener must be waterproof. Indeed, in this mode embodiment, the sheets 75 'and 76' together form the product reservoir fluid 12. They may also contain a piece of porous material 234, advantageously fixed to the sheet 75 'or to the sheet 76'. To complete the tank at flap 753, there is provided a hinge wall 230 'which is sealed to its entire periphery, both at the plate 75 'and at the plate 76 '. The tank is thus defined by the two plates and the wall hinge 230 '.

The arming of this distributor is done in the same way as in the previous embodiment. The flap 753 can be folded towards the plate 76 ' so as to engage the tab 754 in the window 764. Thus, both plates 75 'and 76' are spaced from each other by increasing the volume 12. This is of course only possible after removal of the the removable closure member 6. Then simply press the plates 75 'and 76 'to bring them closer to one another and thus reduce the internal volume of the reservoir 12 for discharging fluid product through the piece of porous material 234 and the dispensing orifice 755.

The plates 75 'and 76' are here elastically deformable at the level of their zones 7 ", but we can also predict that they are perfectly rigid and that the flap 753 is made elastically deformable.

On se retrouve alors avec un distributeur identique à celui de la figure 9.Reference is now made to Figures 12, 13a, 13b and 13c to explain another variant embodiment of the dispenser of FIGS. 7 to 11. distributor also includes two 75 "and 76" plates connected to each other 756. The two plates 75 'and 76 "can thus be made in one piece. The plate 75 "comprises an opening 751 and a window 755. The plate 76 "forms a flap 763 connected to the remainder of the plate by an articulation line 762. In the initial position, the flap 763 is folded and plated on the plate 76 ", as can be seen in Figure 12. A pocket flexible 23 is provided with a dispensing orifice 231 and advantageously a piece of porous material 234. The pocket 23 is disposed between the two plates. The dispensing orifice 231 is disposed at the level of the opening 751. According to this embodiment, an opening band 62, which acts as a means of actuator, comprises an end 621 connected to the flap 763 and a opposite end of traction 622. Between these two ends, the band passes to level of the dispensing orifice 231 to form a shutter member therein The strip 62 thus extends from the flap 763 to the orifice of distribution 231; then the band forms a fold so that it extends over the first part of the band. This is visible in Figure 12. Once the plate 75 " folded and fixed on the plate 76 ", only the pulling end 622 protrudes from the envelope formed by the plates. Of course, the actuating walls of the pocket 23 are respectively attached to the plates 75 "and 76". Before use, the dispenser is as shown in Figure 13a. By pulling tape by grasping it by pulling end 622, we start by removing the removable closure member 6 of the dispensing orifice 231. This is shown in Figure 13b. Continuing to pull on the band 62 rotate the flap 763 around the line 762 until its tongue 766 comes to lodge in the window 755. Additional traction can for example be used to disassociate the band 62 from the flap 763. We are then left with a distributor identical to that of Figure 9.

This actuating strip 62 thus fulfills a dual function, namely that of removal of the removable closure member and arming.

In the three main embodiments, namely those of the figures 1 to 5, FIGS. 6a and 6b and FIGS. 7 to 13c, arming means allow to bring spring means initially inoperative in a solicitation configuration in which they drive elastically to least one actuating wall of a reservoir in a state of maximum volume of the tank. These three embodiments can of course be protected separately. Some of their features can even be combined.
