Claims (5)
- Dispenser (1) for dispensing metered amounts of liquid to pasty products, consisting of a downwardly open cylindrical storage container (3), the lower open end (31) of which is closed by an axially displaceable piston (32), and a dispenser head (2), which is arranged on the storage container (3) and which contains a bell-shaped dispenser pump (10) with resilient side walls (13), which together with the top surface (30) of the storage container (3) and the inlet valve (7) thereof and an outlet valve (8) arranged in the pump neck (12) form a closed pump chamber (18), wherein the outlet valve (8) is so produced as part of the pump neck (12) integrally therewith that through a simple working step the entire upper passage opening of the pump neck (12) is closable by a valve flap (20) which in the starting position sealingly rests on the pump neck (12), characterised in that the valve flaps (20, 33) closing the passage openings of the inlet valve (7) and the outlet valve (8) are of identical construction and each consist of a flat resilient disc with central aperture, which are plugged onto a protruding axial mandrel (34) of the top surface (30) of the storage container (3) or onto a protruding axial mandrel (11) of the pump neck (12) and fastened there and which in the starting position flatly rest in a plane sealingly on the passage openings of the valves (7, 8).
- Dispenser (1) according to claim 1, characterised in that the valve flaps (20, 33) are rubber discs which rest in flat manner.
- Dispenser (1) according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the mandrel (11) is a part of the pump neck (12) and is produced integrally therewith and connected by way of webs (16).
- Dispenser (1) according to claim 3, characterised in that the mandrel (11) is formed with an encircling groove (14) at the level of the upper edge (27) of the pump neck (12) for detenting the valve flap (20) on the mandrel (11).
- Dispenser (1) according to claim 1, 2, 3 or 4, characterised in that the resilient valve flap (33) after plugging thereof onto the mandrel (34) is non-detachably fastened thereon by a rivet-shaped thermal deformation of the mandrel (34).
