Abstract
Description
The known luminaire has an approximately conical lampshade of milky opaque translucent glass, whose free edge is designed so that two projections alternate with two recesses. The two projections of the known lampshade are provided at diametrically opposite circumferential locations, each with an opening. Each breakthrough, which forms only one with respect to the light effect of the known light not relevant mounting recess, serves to receive the respective axial end portion of a longitudinal extent about its part-circular downward bent rod made of translucent clear glass or acrylic glass.
Each light passage opening is designed according to the invention lighting technology, by a last at least substantially filling clear transparent body is arranged in or on the frame-like reveal of the window-like light passage opening.
Auf diese Weise lockern die mit den klardurchsichtigen Körpern im wesentlichen ausgefüllten fensterartigen Lichtdurchtrittsöffnungen die ansonsten einheitliche Oberfläche eines Leuchtenschirms in eigenartiger Weise aufThese prism-like arranged partial surfaces influence the light by reflecting it, breaking it and possibly decomposing it into its spectral colors. In this way, the window-like light passage openings substantially filled with the clear-transparent bodies loosen the otherwise uniform surface of a lampshade in a peculiar manner
The translucent material of the lampshade according to the invention is preferably glass, but can also be made of a chemical material, for example made of acrylic glass. The same applies to the clear-transparent body, which is preferably made of glass, but on the other hand also of another material, such as acrylic glass; can exist.
An advantageous attractive lighting effect is obtained when the lampshade wall is at least partially made of a matt translucent material, such as opal glass, or a has matted inner surface and / or outer surface. In this way, there is an interesting light contrast between the predominantly made of matt material and therefore diffuse radiating lampshade wall and the light transparent openings with their clear-body translucent.
A particularly preferred embodiment consists in that the clear-transparent body is arranged with a partial area on the outer surface of the lampshade wall adjacent to the frame-like reveal of the window-like light passage opening and the outer surface engages over an edge region of the window-like light passage opening, wherein between the portion of the clear-transparent body and the edge region the window-like light passage opening is an adhesive joint.
According to this embodiment, the clear-transparent body can be inserted from the outside into the light passage opening, the outwardly facing edge region at the same time covering. Between the edge region of the light passage opening and the protruding edge region of the clear-transparent body, a gap with clear-transparent adhesive can then, as it were, be hidden.
