- la figure 4 est une vue de dessus de l'étape de soudure des bordures des feuilles à alvéoles d'air du complexe isolant conforme à l'invention.
Claims (7)
- Complexe isolant constitué d'une feuille (2) en polystyrène expansé placée librement entre des feuilles (3) à alvéoles d'air dont les bordures latérales sont soudées sur toute leur longueur, lesdites feuilles (3) étant munies d'un revêtement extérieur (4) en aluminium collé ou thermosoudé.
- Complexe isolant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la feuille (2) en polystyrène expansé a une épaisseur de l'ordre de 2 à 10 mm.
- Complexe isolant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte dans sa partie centrale, une ou plusieurs feuilles complémentaires en matériau du genre polyéthylène, ajoutée(s) à la feuille (2) en polystyrène expansé.
- Complexe isolant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il se présente sous la forme d'une nappe dont la largeur L est de l'ordre de 1,25 m correspondant à la largeur des feuilles alvéolées (3), la largeur Ip de la feuille (2) en polystyrène expansé étant de l'ordre de 1,20 m.
- Complexe isolant selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il est conditionné en rouleau.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un complexe isolant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5,
caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes suivantes :a) un revêtement (4) en forme de film d'aluminium est solidarisé sur une des faces d'une feuille (3) à alvéoles d'air par collage ou thermosoudure,b) deux feuilles (3) à alvéoles d'air, recouvertes du revêtement (4) extérieur, sont disposées chacune de part et d'autre d'au moins une feuille (2) en polystyrène expansé, le revêtement (4) en aluminium étant tourné vers l'extérieur,c) les bordures latérales (5) des feuilles (3) à alvéoles d'air sont soudées, de sorte à laisser libre la feuille (2) en polystyrène expansé. - Procédé de fabrication d'un complexe isolant selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'étape de soudure des bordures latérales (5) des feuilles (3) à alvéoles d'air est réalisée par une barre de soudure à chaud, le pas d'avancement de l'ensemble feuille (2) en polystyrène expansé et feuille (3) à alvéoles d'air étant égal ou sensiblement égal à la moitié de la longueur de la capacité de chauffage de la barre de soudure à chaud, ce qui permet une double pression de chauffage sur toute la longueur de la bordure latérale (5) des feuilles (3) à alvéoles d'air.
