Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zur Betätigung eines Schließsystems an einer Tür, einer Klappe od. dgl., insbesondere bei einem Fahrzeug,mit einem Griff (10), der aus einer Ausgangslage (10.1) in verschiedenen Endlagen (10.2) überführbar ist,mit einem vom Griff (10) mitbewegten Stellelement (31), welches in seiner Bewegungsrichtung in digitalem Code angeordnete Positionselemente (33, 34) aufweist,mit den unterschiedlichen Codebahnen zugeordnete Sensoren (40, 41, 42),und mit einem Auswerter (28), an dem die Sensoren (40, 41, 42) angeschlossen sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet ,dass der Auswerter (28) die Reihenfolge der eingehenden Codesignale (0-0, 0-1, 1-0, 1-1) zwischen der Ausgangslage (10.1) und der Endlage (10.2) des Griffs (10) ermittelt,und dass der Auswerter aus dieser Code-Folge auch den Richtungssinn (16, 46) der Griffbetätigung feststelltund dass der Auswerter (28) aufgrund der ermittelten Code-Folge bei der Griffbetätigung in der einen Richtung (16) eine erste Funktion auslöst und bei der Betätigung des Griffs (10) in der Gegenrichtung (46) eine zweite Funktion im Schließsystem und/oder im Fahrzeug einleitet. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stellelement ein Rotor (31) ist und die Positionselemente aus digitalen Segmenten (33, 34) bestehen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei der bewegliche Griff an einem ortsfesten Träger im Fahrzeug schwenkbar gelagert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass der Rotor (31) mit einem Laufrad (27) drehfest verbunden ist, welches am Griff (10) oder am Träger sitzt,und dass das Laufrad (27) bei der Griffbetätigung (16, 46) an einer Laufbahn (17) abrollt, die am Träger (20) oder am Griff sitzt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rotor (31) Bestandteil eines Drehschalters (30) ist und seine Segmente einerseits elektrisch stromleitend (33) und andererseits stromnichtleitend (34) sind
und dass die Sensoren aus Schleifern (40, 41, 42) bestehen, von denen einer als Eingang (40) für die Stromzuführung dient, während die übrigen (41, 42) als Ausgänge fungieren. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Funktion der Start eines Zugangsberechtigungsablaufs für das Fahrzeug ist, durch welche das Schließsystem wirksam gesetzt wird,
und dass die zweite Funktion die Zugangsberechtigung wieder aufhebt, womit das Schließsystem unwirksam gemacht wird. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das zwecks Vermeidung von Fehlfunktionen der Auswerter (28) erst dann anspricht, wenn die Pulssignale (0-0, 01, 1-0, 1-1) mehrfach wechseln.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Auswerter (28) erst auf einen zweifachen Wechsel der Pulssignal-Folge (0-0, 0-1, 1-0, 1-1) anspricht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drehschalter (30) in einem Ansatz (13) am beweglichen Griff (10) integriert ist, während die Laufbahn (17) mit dem ortsfesten Träger (20) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Laufrad aus einem Ritzel (27) besteht, welches auf der Drehachse (26) vom Drehschalter (30) festsitzt,
und dass die Laufbahn aus einer Zahnstange (17) besteht, welche mit dem Ritzel (27) in Eingriff ist.
