Claims (7)
- Schaltschloss zum Verklinken eines mittels eines Drehantriebes (10, 11) und eines streckbaren Hebelsystems (3, 4, 5) gespannten Federspeichers (1) eines elektrischen Schalters,bei dem das streckbare Hebelsystem (3, 4, 5) bei gespanntem Federspeicher (1) mittels eines Stützelementes (12), einer Hilfsklinke (14) und einer Hauptklinke (16) sowie eines der Hauptklinke zugeordneten Anschlages (17) arretiert ist,wobei die Hilfsklinke (14) durch Strecken des Hebelsystems schwenkbar ist undwobei die Hilfsklinke und die Hauptklinke einander zugeordnete Arbeitsflächen aufweisen, über die die Stellung der Hauptklinke beim Schwenken der Hilfsklinke beeinflussbar ist,dass die Hilfsklinkinke (14) und die Hauptklinke (16) jeweils zumindest zwei Arbeitsflächen (24, 25 bzw. 26, 27) aufweisen,wobei in einer ersten Schwenkphase der Hilfsklinke jeweils erste der beiden Arbeitsflächen (24, 26) aneinander anliegen undwobei in einer zweiten Schwenkphase der Hilfsklinke die zweiten Arbeitsflächen (25, 27) zahnradartig nachgreifend aneinander anliegen.
- Schaltschloss nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Arbeitsfläche (24) der Hilfsklinke (14) von einem quer zur Schwenkebene abragenden Zapfen der Hilfsklinke und die zweite Arbeitsfläche (25) der Hilfsklinke von einem konkav geformten Abschnitt der umlaufenden Kante der Hilfsklinke gebildet sind und
dass die erste Arbeitsfläche (26) der Hauptklinke (16) von einer Nase der Hauptklinke und die zweite Arbeitsfläche (27) von einer an der Hauptklinke gehaltenen Rolle gebildet sind. - Schaltschloss nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei arretierter Stellung des Hebelsystems (3, 4, 5) eine das Stützelement (12) bildende Rolle, die auf einem Gelenkbolzen (8) des Hebelsystems angeordnet ist, an einem zweiten konkav geformten Abschnitt der umlaufenden Kante der Hilfsklinke (28) anliegt. - Schaltschloss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Steuerung der Schwenkbewegung der Hilfsklinke (14) ein an das Hebelsystem angekoppelter Mitnehmer (8) und ein zweiarmiger schwenkbarer Steuerhebel (19) vorgesehen sind,
wobei der erste Hebelarm (41) des Steuerhebels (19) in einen Endabschnitt der Bewegungsbahn des Mitnehmers (8) hineinragt und der zweite Hebelarm (42) einer Mitnahmefläche (20) der Hilfsklinke (14) zugeordnet ist. - Schaltschloss nach einem der Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Steuerung der Schwenkbewegung der Hilfsklinke (14) ein zweiter an das Hebelsystem angekoppelter Mitnehmer (22) vorgesehen ist, der beim Strecken des Hebelsystems über einen Abschnitt seiner Bewegungsbahn an einer zweiten Mitnahmefläche (23) der Hilfsklinke anliegt. - Schaltschloss nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Mitnehmer von dem Gelenkbolzen (8) des Hebelsystems gebildet ist,
wobei dem Gelenkbolzen (8) ein nasenartiger Ansatz des Steuerhebels als dessen erster Hebelarm (41) zugeordnet ist, und
wobei an dem zweiten Hebelarm (42) des Steuerhebels ein Zapfen (43) ausgebildet ist, der in ein nahe dem Drehpunkt der Hilfsklinke ausgebildetes Langloch (44) eingreift, dessen Innenkante die erste Mitnahmefläche (20) bildet. - Schaltschloss nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Mitnehmer (22) als Bolzen ausgebildet ist, der das Kniegelenk einer an das Hebelsystem angekoppelten Kniehebelverbindung (21) bildet und
dass die zweite Mitnahmefläche (23) von einem weiteren Abschnitt der umlaufenden Kante der Hilfsklinke gebildet ist.
