Claims (13)
- Schneidvorrichtung zum Schneiden von Griffstreifen (2) für Kunststoffbeutel (4), in der ein Griffstreifen (2) von Förderelementen durch eine Schneidezone (C) förderbar ist, ein Schneidmesser (40) in der Schneidezone (C) gelagert ist, und das Schneidmesser (40) so verlagerbar ist, dass es mit seiner Klinge in den Querschnitt des Griffstreifens (2) in der Schneidezone (C) hineinragt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Schneidmesser (40) rotierend antreibbar gelagert ist und während eines Schnittes mittels Betätigung des Motors (20) mit einer Geschwindigkeit bewegbar ist, die ungleich ist zur Fördergeschwindigkeit des Griffstreifens (2) in der Schneidezone (C). - Schneidvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
dass das Schneidmesser (40) und der Griffstreifen (2) in der Schneidezone (C) in die gleiche Richtung bewegbar sind, wobei der Griffstreifen (2) schneller bewegbar ist als das Schneidmesser (40). - Schneidvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
zumindest ein Schneidmesser (40) auf einem rotierend antreibbaren Schneidteller (24) befestigt ist. - Schneidvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
ein Schneidteller (24) während einer Umdrehung mit unterschiedlichen Geschwindigkeiten antreibbar ist. - Schneidvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Schneidmesser (40) durch eine Klemmplatte (42) auf dem Schneidteller (24) gehalten ist. - Schneidvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Drehwinkel und/oder der Drehweg eines Schneidmessers (40) während einer Rotationsbewegung mittels eines Sensors messbar ist. - Schneidvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der schnittaktive Drehwinkel des Schneidmessers (40) einen Wert von maximal 60° aufweist. - Schneidvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Führungsblech (36) und/oder das Leitblech (38) verschwenkbar und/oder verschiebbar angeordnet sind. - Schneidvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Motor (20) um eine Schwenkachse (44) verschwenkbar ist. - Schneidvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
einer Steuerung/Regelung Messwerte von Sensoren zuführbar sind, die die Förderstrecke, -geschwindigkeit und/oder Drehwinkel des Griffstreifens (2), des Schnittmessers (40) und/oder des Materials des Kunststoffbeutels (4) repräsentieren, und die Messwerte von der Steuerung/Regelung mittels einer Software in Stellbefehle zur Beeinflussung eines Antriebs in der Schneidevorrichtung auswertbar sind. - Schneidvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Schneidevorrichtung Bestandteil einer Maschine zur Herstellung von Kunststoffbeuteln (4) ist und der Schneidevorrichtung andere Bearbeitungsgänge der Maschine vor- und nachgelagert sind, und das Material des Kunststoffbeutels (4) und des Griffstreifens (2) in gleicher Förderrichtung und in benachbarter Lage zueinander durch die Schneidezone (C) bewegbar sind. - Maschine zur Herstellung von Kunststoffbeuteln (4),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Maschine eine Schneidvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 aufweist. - Verfahren zum Schneiden von Griffstreifen (2) für Kunststoffbeutel (4) mit folgenden Schritten:Durchfördern von Griffstreifen (2) durch eine Schneidezone C und Bereitstellen eines rotierend antreibbaren Schneidmessers (40) in einer Startposition in der Schneidezone C,rotierende Bewegung des Schneidmessers (40) von einer Startposition (S) in eine Endposition (E) zur Ausführung eines Schnittes in den Griffstreifen (2), wobei während dieser Bewegung das Schneidmesser (40) in den Querschnitt des Griffstreifens (2) eintaucht,in der Schneidzone C werden der Griffstreifen (2) und das Schneidmesser (40) mit unterschiedlichen Geschwindigkeiten bewegt.
