Claims (9)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Gehäuses (1) zur Aufnahme mindestens einer elektronischen und/oder mechanischen Komponente (3), wobei das Gehäuse (1) Anschlüsse zur Kontaktierung der mindestens einen elektronischen und/oder mechanischen Komponente (3) an ein Anschlußelement (9) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zuerst ein die Anschlüsse umfassendes Kontaktelement (4) aus einem ersten Material hergestellt wird, und daß danach das Kontaktelement (4.1, 4.2, 4.3) zur Herstellung des Gehäuses (1) mit einem zweiten Material umspritzt wird, wobei das erste Material des Kontaktelementes (4.1, 4.2, 4.3) mit dem zweiten Material des Gehäuses (1) verschmilzt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei der Herstellung des Kontaktelementes (4.1, 4.2, 4.3) in dem vom zweiten Material zu umspritzenden Bereich mindestens eine das Kontaktelement (4.1, 4.2, 4.3) umlaufende Kunststoffnaht ausgebildet wird, die beim Umspritzen mit dem zweiten Material schmilzt und sich mit dem zweiten Material verbindet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlüsse des Kontaktelementes (4.1, 4.2, 4.3) von Stanzgittern (5) gebildet werden, und daß bei der Herstellung des Gehäuses (1) weitere Stanzgitter (2) umspritzt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach der Herstellung des Gehäuses (1) die Stanzgitter (5) des Kontaktelementes (4.1, 4.2, 4.3) und die weiteren Stanzgitter (2) des Gehäuses (1) durch Bonden (7) miteinander verbunden werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach dem Verbinden der Stanzgitter (5) des Kontaktelementes (4.1, 4.2, 4.3) mit dem weiteren Stanzgitter (2) des Gehäuses (1) der Bereich der Verbindung vergossen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unterschiedlich geformte Kontaktelemente (4.1, 4.2, 4.3) hergestellt werden, die auf der bei der Herstellung des Gehäuses (1) zu umspritzenden Seite der Kontaktelemente (4.1, 4.2, 4.3) immer gleich entsprechend dem herzustellenden Gehäuse (1) ausgeformt werden, und daß die an der an das Anschlußelement (9) anzuschließende Seite der Kontaktelemente (4.1, 4.2, 4.3) entsprechend dem anzuschließenden Anschlußelement ausgeformt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als erstes Material und als zweites Material das gleiche Kunststoffmaterial verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elektronische und/oder mechanischen Komponente (3) als elektromechanische Stellvorrichtung ausgebildet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elektromechanische Stellvorrichtung als Ventil zur Abgasrückführung verwendet wird.
