Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Aufnahmevorrichtung mit Sammler für das Trocknungsmittel des Kältemittels in einer Klimaanlage für Kraftfahrzeuge, welche die im Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 weiterhin aufgeführten Merkmale aufweist. Diese Aufnahmevorrichtung mit Sammler ist aus der FR 2 750 761 A1 bekannt.
Weitere Aufnahmevorrichtungen sind aus dem EP 1 147 930 B1 und aus einer Reihe anderer Veröffentlichungen bekannt. In der Aufnahmevorrichtung ist das Trocknungsmittel gewöhnlich in einem durchströmbaren Behältnis untergebracht. Die Aufnahmevorrichtung besteht meistens aus einem geeigneten Kunststoff mit Durchbrüchen in der gesamten Wand, so dass sie einen geschlossenen, käfigartigen Behälter darstellt, in dem sich das durchströmbare Behältnis mit dem Trocknungsmittel befindet. Diese bekannte Ausbildung hat funktionell wenig Nachteile, jedoch hat es sich herausgestellt, dass die Verwendung solcher Aufnahmevorrichtungen ein nicht unwesentlicher Kostenfaktor ist. Die Hersteller und die Anwender sind unterschiedliche Unternehmen, wobei die Hersteller die Aufnahmevorrichtung mit dem eingeschlossenen Trocknungsmittel als ein Produkt anbieten.
Ein nennenswerter funktioneller Nachteil der bekannten Aufnahmevorrichtung besteht jedoch darin, dass das granulatartige Trocknungsmittel in relativ kurzer Zeit aufgrund des Abriebs zermahlen ist, wodurch seine Wirkung nachlässt. Der Abrieb muss aus dem Kältemittel herausgefiltert werden.

Dadurch bleibt das Trocknungsmittel für längere Zeit einsatzfähig. Darüber hinaus wurde festgestellt, dass die Strömungsumlenkung die Separation der noch gasförmigen Anteile des Kältemittels von den flüssigen Anteilen befördert.
Weil der Aufnahmeraum für das Trocknungsmittel zwischen der von der Einströmöffnung entfernt liegenden Seite der Wand und der Wandung des Sammlers ausgebildet ist, können das Trocknungsmittel und die Aufnahmevorrichtung als Einzelteile beschafft bzw. bereitgestellt und zusätzlich wesentlich kostengünstiger, bei der Komplettierung des Kondensators, gemeinsam in den Sammler eingesetzt werden.Because the wall is substantially closed towards the inlet opening, it is achieved that the refrigerant can not flow directly onto the desiccant, which has proven to be the cause of the rapid abrasion of the desiccant.
