Definitions
- Roller shutter controls can pose particular problems throw up, as with retrofittable roller shutter drives are used.
- Such drives are common Drives with the existing tension belt of the roller shutter interact, i.e. Drives that are not in the winding shaft of the roller shutter sit and over arranged in the winding shaft mechanically adjustable limit switch contacts.
- the user is forced to to teach control in a complicated way where the permissible, maximum possible physical end positions of the Roller shutter curtains lie. This happens in a first Ride the roller shutter curtain. Without this initialization trip the roller shutter cannot be operated.
- DE-A-39 33 266 describes a method for control an electric motor for a fold-roll shutter, in which the roller shutter curtain is form-fitting via a winding shaft is driven.
- the drive torque is monitored by the in the Motor flowing current is measured. If the current is one exceeds the predetermined limit, the motor stopped.
- Measures to the respective physical end position corresponding data are not to be stored in a memory intended.
- EP-A-0 744 524 shows a roller shutter drive of the also works together with the tension belt.
- the motor shaft, with which the tension belt is started is with a Encoder coupled to the position of the roller shutter curtain indirectly via the movement of the tension belt. It there are no measures to the physical end positions of the roller shutter curtain. The user is rather forced in a learning run by sequential Pressing predetermined buttons to notify the control device which end positions the roller shutter curtain does not have may be moved out.
- the object of the invention is a device for Control a roller shutter to create that in the top End position not constantly the system under increased tension puts.
- the solution according to the invention allows the housing to provide two direction buttons and also accordingly to label, so that a self-explanatory operation for the minimum scope of services.
- the controller can do so be designed so that the control automatically without Intervention by the user of the upper and / or lower Border location itself, into which the roller shutter curtain is based of the spatial conditions are moved to the maximum can, automatically searches.
- This automatic search of the Limit positions can be triggered by the user Press the corresponding directional button on the roller shutter curtain starts in the corresponding direction.
- a another option is to turn on the first time a power supply voltage for the control, which is synonymous with a return of tension after a power failure, the roller shutter curtain automatically one Performs initialization run.
- a manually controlled one Initialization run is preferred, however, to unattended Collisions with any objects that are in the area of the roller shutter curtain, for example Flower pots to avoid.
- a counter can be used for this, which in turn is not necessarily a discrete counter, but in simulated a microprocessor with the help of a program becomes. This counter is set to a predetermined value and it starts from this state when draining the counter value of the roller shutter curtain continues to count, until the counting pulses fail to appear.
- FIG. 1 shows a highly schematic arrangement of a roller shutter with those essential for the understanding of the invention mechanical and electrical assemblies.
- the arrangement has a roller shutter 1, which a drive device 2 can optionally be started.
- the drive device 2 is controlled with the aid a control device 3.
- a roller shaft 4 belongs to the roller shutter 1 both on pins 5 and 6 in one not illustrated Roller shutter box is rotatably mounted.
- a roller shutter curtain 7 is attached with an edge, that of several parallel to each other Roller shutter slats 8, which is a tongue and groove connection are coupled together. Its lower edge is formed by an end strip 9 on the two stops 11 are rigidly attached.
- the stops 11 in shape of cylindrical pegs can extend to the edge of the Create slot of the roller shutter box, not shown, to to prevent the roller shutter curtain 7 completely in Roller shutter box disappears. To this extent, they work together with the slot of the roller shutter box as a mechanical end stop.
- a belt pulley 12 In addition to a front end of the winding shaft 4 is a belt pulley 12 arranged with the winding shaft 4 rotatably connected is.
- a tension belt 13 is on the belt pulley 12 can be wound up with one end on the belt pulley 12 is set.
- the belt pulley 12 is, as in roller shutters usual, a flanged wheel to run sideways to prevent the tension belt 13.
- the tension belt 13 is in his lower end in Fig. 1 in the form of a dashed line Line symbolically illustrated.
- the drive device 2 which at the lower end with the Tension belt 13 cooperates is highly schematic and also shown rotated by 90 ° around the course of the tension belt 13 to be able to illustrate.
- the drive device 2 includes a first one Friction roller 14, which excited over a permanent DC motor 15 driven with reduction gear is, two more friction rollers 16 and 17 that do not have illustrated spur gears with the friction roller 14 rotatably connected and axially parallel to this, and one housed in the wall of the building in question Automatic winding 18 with a belt pulley 19, which means a symbolically indicated spring 21 in the winding direction the tension belt 13 is biased.
- the lower end of the tension belt 13 is on the disc 19 attached, so with the help of the spring 21, which acts as a spring motor acts, the section of the tension belt 13 between the Friction roller 17 and the take-up disk 19 kept taut becomes.
- the motor 15 and the friction rollers 14, 16 and 17 are together in a circuit board, not shown arranged or stored.
- this board there is also one Tactile roller 22 rotatably mounted, namely about an axis that to the axes of the friction rollers 14, 16 and 17 and the Winding disc 19 is axially parallel.
- the feeler roller 22 is arranged so that the tensioned tension belt 13 over their Circumferential surface runs and the feeler roller 22 by friction can take with you.
- a disc 23 is rotatably coupled, which is sensed by a sensor 24.
- the Sensor 24 can be an optical or a magnetic field sensor be scanning irregularities on the disc 23 and with each passage of an unevenness over a connecting line 25 emits an electrical pulse.
- the number of pulses delivered is that of the tension belt 13 distance covered proportional.
- a microcontroller forms the core of the control device 3 or microprocessor 26, which has multiple inputs 27, 28, 29, 31 and 32 and a control output 33 features.
- a ASIC can be used according to the following explained program configured in hardware or is wired.
- Line 25 is connected to input 32, via which 26 pulses are supplied to the microcontroller, as long as the feeler roller 22 rotates, which is synonymous is with a movement of the tension belt 13.
- the counter is an up / down counter, which also takes the sign into account. He counts e.g. forward when the roller shutter curtain 7 moves up, and backwards when the roller shutter curtain moves moved down.
- the maximum counting range starting from of 0 is greater than the maximum in both directions expected number of pulses when the roller shutter curtain 7 goes through its full stroke. In this way there is no overflow when the counter is reset is when the roller shutter curtain 7 in one of its physically possible end positions.
- the output 33 is connected to a symbolically indicated one Relay switch group 37, through which the electrical connection from a supply voltage 38 to the motor 15 and from the motor 15 via a current sensor resistor 39 to Circuit mass 41 can be produced.
- the relay switch group 37 also serves as a pole reversal switch for the motor 15, with which a total of three states are at least possible, namely an off state in which the motor 15 does not Gets electricity and is short-circuited at the entrance, as well two switch-on states, in which he with one or the different polarity between the power supply 38 and the Circuit ground 41 is. It is understood that the exit 33 may be a multi-pole output to this several switching states of the relay switch group 37 enable.
- the entrance 31 is finally with the hot end of the Current sensor resistor 39 connected to the voltage drop to measure at the current sensor resistor 39.
- the voltage drop serves as a criterion for the physical end position of the roller shutter curtain 7.
- the microcontroller contains a voltage discriminator, the voltage drop with an internally definable Threshold value compares and depending on the comparison provides the corresponding binary signal.
- the discriminator can also be implemented outside of the microcontroller his.
- the microprocessor 26 on the design Start address started and initially wraps a program at 51 by which the registers are standardized and determined Memory variables to one required for the program run Initial value. This also includes the Presetting of the internal counter that receives the pulses on the Input 32 counts. The counter is e.g. set to "zero".
- the program continues and queries at 52 whether the direction key 34, with the the opening of the roller shutter 1 is arranged, is actuated. If so, the program goes straight to the beginning of the Query blocks 52 back. This is to prevent that accidentally immediately after turning on the Power supply or a voltage return of the roller shutter 1 is set in motion in one direction. If the direction button 34 is not pressed, that gets Program into a second query block 53, in which the program checks whether the other direction button 35, with the the closing of the roller shutter 1 is requested, operated is. If so, the program runs at the beginning of the query block 53 and only if no key is pressed the program moves to a next instruction block 54 continued.
- the query block 53 has the same function as the query block 52, namely a faulty or unwanted one To prevent the roller shutter 1 from being activated.
- variables MSA and MSE are used after an actuation of the set button 36 to recognize their release and only start the "stopwatch" from this point on. In this respect, the variables are used for negative edge triggering to realize how this follows from the following Description results.
- a query block 56 in which the program checks, whether the direction button 34 is pressed. If so, will a subroutine 57 started, which opens the roller shutter 1 causes. If the button 34 is not pressed, it drives the program continues with a query block 59 in which the Button 35 is checked. If pressed, wishes the user closing the roller shutter 1, which is why Program at 58 changes to the corresponding subroutine. If there is no actuation, then the Query block 59 a query block 61 in which checked whether the variable MSE is set. If no, check the program at 62 whether the user presses the set key 36 holds. If this is also not the case, the situation reverses Program back to the input of query block 56. is however, the key 36 in the operated state becomes an instruction block 63 executed. In this instruction block 63 the variables MSE and MP are set and also the LED 55 is turned on. Then that returns Program back to the input of query block 56.
- variable MSE The variable MSE is actually set, which the program starts with the query block 61 to the input of a query block 64 branches, in which it is checked whether the variable is also added MSA is set. If so, this is done in a query block 65 the check whether the set key 36 was pressed Condition. If no, that's a sign that the user has released the set key 36, with what the stopwatch formed by the variable SZ starts to run, so that programming an end position for only one predetermined time is possible to rule out incorrect operation. This time is determined by the duration of the Variables SZ defined stopwatch realized accordingly is decremented in an instruction block 66, and indicated by the LED 55.
- variable SZ has not yet returned to zero what has checked in a query block 67 has decreased the program returns to the beginning of query block 56 back. However, if the variable SZ decrements to zero the "stopwatch" has expired and it is no programming of the end position using the direction keys 34, 35 more possible until the set key 36 is actuated. The direction keys 34, 35 then serve just add the roller shutter 1 up or down in To set gear, which corresponds to normal operation. The program therefore returns in the event that SZ has become zero is returned to the input of instruction block 52. The Set time has expired and may need to be restarted become.
- variable MSA is set before the program at the output of the Instruction block 69 to the input of query block 56 returns.
- the user can be independent from the actuation of the set key 36 driving commands with the help instruct and execute the direction buttons 34 or 35 to let.
- the test takes place in a query block 71. If the subroutine is reached leave immediately to the entrance of the request block 52. If the upper end position has not yet been reached, an instruction block 73 ensures that over output 33 to the relay switch set 37 signals so that the motor 15 for the corresponding Direction of rotation is connected to the supply voltage 38. A waiting loop then follows in an instruction block 74 started before the program from there to a query block 75 continues.
- query block 75 it is checked whether the current through the sensor resistor 39, i.e. the voltage drop via the sensor resistor 39 above or below a predetermined limit value.
- Exceeding the limit occurs when the Motor requested torque a corresponding limit exceeds. This is usually the case when the stops 11 on the slot of the roller shutter box come to the plant, which in turn with the maximum possible upper end position of the roller shutter 1 is the same. in this respect serves the current sensor resistor 39 together with the in the microcontroller 26 realized discriminator as Detection device for the upper physically possible End position.
- the check takes place in the query block 75 not immediately after the instruction block 73, but delayed by the instruction block 74.
- variable MAUF serves as a flip-flop and is intended for this ensure that the roller shutter 1 continues to open even if the user has the direction key in question 34 has already let go.
- variable in the present flowchart MAUF after releasing the direction button 34 set and reset by pressing it again.
- the program runs with another Query block 78 in which the state of the direction key 34 is checked. It is not more in the actuated state, becomes 78 after the query block set the variable MAUF in the instruction block 79, in the otherwise, instruction block 79 is skipped.
- a query block 81 examines whether the current position is greater than one previously defined upper position. If no, it drives Program continues with query block 75, otherwise changes the program for a subroutine 81 "switch off above".
- the first function in the program part 82 "switch off above "is done in one Instruction block 85, through which a signal is output 33 is generated so that the relay switch block 37 the power supply to the motor 15 interrupts. After that it is checked in a query block 86 whether the variable MP is set. This variable MP was possibly in the Instruction block 63 (Fig. 2) set when the user Had pressed set key 36.
- the program after query block 86 also goes to the Return of instruction block 52 and wait as before mentioned. If the variable MP is not set, the Instruction block 87 not executed.
- roller shutter control 3 detects when the roller shutter curtain 7 its upper physical End position reached. This detection takes place in the Query block 75, wherein if the condition is met, in the program part 76 "upper limit switch” is changed. This program part is shown schematically in FIG. 5. Also in the program part 76 "final shutdown above” is first in an instruction block 88 the engine is switched off.
- variable “maximum end position up” in an instruction block 92 with the current counter reading occupied This variable “maximum end position up” will in future as already mentioned, evaluated in the query block 81, so that from now until the next deletion of all Variables, for example due to a power failure, the program piece 76 "Upper limit switch" no longer reached becomes.
- the program does not need an absolute one upper limit, but the control device 3 searches the upper limit position itself, the counter content reflects the position, but not to a specific one Position of the roller shutter curtain 7 at the start of the program run is fixed.
- the system works as it were a "floating zero point" and looks for the upper one End position itself. This upper end position is then marked with a Counter content equated to being in a random manner from the initial conditions, but then as long stays the same until the system due to a power failure has lost his memory.
- Fig. 6 shows the program part 58 "Close roller shutter”. It starts by checking in a query block 93 whether the content of the counter has become smaller than the content a variable "lower limit". This variable corresponds analogous to the variable "upper limit", only with the difference that this was-the chosen one lower end position. The way like this Variable is obtained is explained further below.
- the physically possible lower limit is determined by Absence of pulses from the sensing roller 22 detected. For this it is necessary to include a short-term clock in the program, with the help of which a retriggerable monoflop is simulated which is reset every time the sensor 24 an impulse arrives. If these impulses fail to appear, it will Monoflop no longer reset and thus recognized that the roller shutter curtain 7 is completely lowered or otherwise stands up with its bottom edge.
- a query block 101 decrements the variable "clock" and checks whether it has returned to zero. If so if not, the program goes to the input of the Query blocks 96 back. Otherwise, i.e. when expired O'clock, a query block 102 examines whether the counter content differs from the counter content that is in instruction block 95 was cached. In the event of there is a difference between these two values as before impulses came from the feeler roller 22. However, are the content is the same, the feeler roller 22 is now stopped because the tension belt 13 from the feeler roller 22nd has lifted off. The roller shutter curtain 7 stands up, which is why with a program part 103 "limit switch below" is continued. On the other hand, if there were still impulses the lowering movement can be continued, which is why Program for further incoming impulses after the query block 102 returns to the beginning of instruction block 95, in which the clock is reset and also the counter reading is cached again.
- variable MAB can be set with the result that after the query block 95 is no longer continued with query block 96, but is branched to a query block 104.
- Query block 104 becomes the state of the direction key 35 checked. If it is pressed again, the roller shutter curtain must be 7 are stopped. However, the key 35 is not actuated, the roller shutter curtain 7 runs continues and the program changes to the input of the Query blocks 99. Otherwise, i.e. when the direction button is pressed 35, in an instruction block 105 Variable MAB reset and the program towards leave the program part 100 "switch off below".
- the program part 100 "shutdown below", as in Fig. 7 is shown corresponds to the program part “Switch off at the top” according to FIG. 4.
- the program part 100 "shutdown below" begins with that in a subsequent instruction block 106 the engine is turned off. This is followed by an instruction block 107 checks whether the user has an arbitrary wanted to program the lower end position, which then the program based on the state of the MP variable, as already mentioned above, checks. If the MP variable is not set the program goes straight to the input of the instruction block 52 back. Otherwise, in a statement block 108 a variable "lower limit" with the value of the current counter content and the variable MP deleted.
- the program branches the program part 103 as shown in FIG. 8.
- This part of the program 103 largely corresponds to the program part according to FIG. 5, i.e. it is first prompted in an instruction block 109 that the engine is turned off.
- the loss of pulses arises because the tension belt 13 stands out from the feeler roller 22 but still runs a bit, before the system detects the stoppage of the feeler roller 22.
- the Correction value for this is determined empirically and provides that the same when opening the roller shutter 1 again Upper physical position of the roller shutter curtain 7 reached if the content of the counter is equal to the variable "maximum End position has become "or in the case of a custom End position equal to the "upper limit" variable.
- variable "minimum end position down” the current meter reading is set and the motor 15 is moved upwards until the first pulse arrives. This can be determined in the same way like this in connection with the query block 101 already was explained. Then the variable "minimal End position below "set to the value of the current meter reading.
- instruction block 112 checks whether a variable MPU is set. If you is not set, this is a sign for the first The roller shutter curtain 7 hits a lower obstacle and, as described above, the meter reading is read, corrected and under the variable "minimum end position below ". In addition, in the instruction block 110 the variable MPU is set.
- program block 111 corrects the counter reading, by setting the internal counter to the value which the variable "minimum end position below" has.
- roller shutter curtain 7 can only by active user intervention is set in motion, for example in the sense of opening if at the time the voltage return of the roller shutter curtain 7 closed was. To do this, the user presses the direction button 34 "UP” and the roller shutter curtain 7 will open Move upwards until the stops 11 on the roller shutter box come to the plant. The control then runs a corresponding correction so that in the future the mechanical stop is no longer reached. Sometime at a later time the user wants the Close roller shutter 1, which is instructed by the Direction button 35 "AB" pressed. The roller shutter 1 will start moving down until it is with its bottom edge gets up on any attacks and the Tension belt 13 relaxed. When opened again by pressing the direction button 34 moves the roller shutter curtain 7 in the previously determined upper end position in which the stops 11 just not on the roller shutter box nudge.
- the user can arbitrarily adjust at any time Program intermediate end positions by pressing first pressed the set key 36 and then within the available time window what through the glow the LED 55 is displayed, the roller shutter 1 either up or down using the direction button 34 or 35 or moves down and by pressing again stop the same button again. This then reached The final position is the position, which will be the roller shutter curtain in the future 7 will take if either the direction button "UP” or the direction button “DOWN” is pressed, without the user having previously pressed it again Button stops the movement.
- the query block 81 in addition to querying the variable "upper Limit "can still be checked whether the variable MP is set is what corresponds to a new setting of the limit.
- the program can be designed so that if the variable MP is set by pressing the set key 36, the value of the Variables "upper limit" is ignored.
- buttons be used to stop the movement.
- the query block Query blocks are inserted in which additionally the other direction button 35 and the set button 36 Actuation.
- a roller shutter arrangement includes one over one Pull belt operated roller shutter curtain as well as an electric one Drive device for the tension belt and a control for the drive motor.
- the control device monitors the Motor current to the upper physically possible end position of the Roller shutter curtain can be seen and is also a touch roller available, which are frictionally carried along by the tension belt is and provides impulses to the control device.
- the motor is switched off when either the motor current exceeds a predetermined limit or the tracer roller no longer delivers impulses.
- the control works with a counter to determine the position is designed so that the counter, depending on a random Initial value that works when starting the arrangement.
